Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.

Made With: Pokemon Essentials GSC Kit & RPGMaker XP Team: Elle Elle again! Even. More. Elle. owo Inspiration: I remember as a teenager, late at night playing Pokemon Platinum and I reached Route 217. Trudging through the heavy snow, being bombarded by a heavy blizzard, no idea where I was going, no idea how big the route was; I was both curious and so anxious. I've always wanted to recreate that feeling, and that's how this project came to be. In the last couple years, I also discovered the charm of "walking simulators" and I thought it would be a neat experiment to create a game taking place in the Pokemon world, with a Pokemon-related story, but focused on people, on exploration, and on story. Summary: Polar Call is undeniably going to be very niche and understandably, not something for the majority of Pokemon players. Maybe it's the type of project not suited for a small screen, maybe it needs more things to examine, or more puzzles to increase engagement. I'm fairly flexible with the game's presentation, what with it being something new and experimental, so let me know and I'll try to adjust in a later release. I will say, I do hope for this to be the type of game where people take notes. Initially I wanted the game to be like Tunic, where you have to figure out how to play as you play, and though I couldn't capture that, it's my eventual aim. Oh and before I forget, the bulk of the exploration takes place in a large map called "The Wilderness," though only 1/4 of it is available in the demo. Plot: There really isn't much of a story per se, but what I can share is that it takes place in a snowy region far away. A beacon has sent out a signal, for someone to come check it out, but it's unclear for the reason behind it. It's up to you to figure out the reason for the beacon's use, explore the massive "Polar Region," and eventually find your way to get back home. Features: -So much walking, and I mean SO MUCH, that you might rage-quit. Will you accept the challenge? -Excellent atmosphere, from BGM to BGS, lighting, and weather effects. -A unique take on the Pokemon world. -A bit of basic resource management, but for the demo, nothing too noticeable. -Surprisingly, no secrets. This is a very simple and linear game for the demo. FAQ: Q: Where is the Run button? A: There isn't one, I'm on the fence if I'll add one. - Q: How do I open the menu? A: You don't, there is no menu for the game. - Q: How do I save my game? A: After finding the Charger, interact with one of the heaters. - Q: Will you share your custom UI scripts / events. A: No, sorry, those are private. - Q: Why is this using an old version of Essentials? A: Laziness. Known Issues: -Fixing the beacon softlocks you. -There are a few tile errors, though nothing game-breaking. Game Link: Demo Link Credits:

Hey! Today I bring you another little fangame I made: Pokémon Matching Card Game (PMCG)! Story: This minigame is part of another of my fangames: New Pokémon Camp, but I have decided to bring it independently. It is nothing more and nothing less than an arcade card game in which we will test our knowledge of the effectiveness of the different types of Pokémon. We will get 2 cards, ours and the reference, as well as a random effectiveness. We must drag our card if we believe that our Pokémon corresponds to the effectiveness against the Reference Pokémon. For example, Charmander + Effective (x2) + Bulbasaur -> swipe right. Game Modes: In PMCG there are 3 game modes: Infinity mode: Continue until you fail. Against the clock mode: Make as many points as you can in 2 minutes. If you fail, one point will be subtracted. Sprite vs Text: Test your knowledge of names. Instead of effectivities, check if the sprite and pokémon name are correct. Languages: The game is available in: Spanish English French German Italian Japanese Portuguese It can be changed at any time from the settings. Platforms: Windows (x64) MacOS (x64 Intel & Apple Silicon) Linux (AMD x86_64) Android 7.1+ iOS 17+ Screenshots: Video: Download: Zelda Credits: Part of the UI is from Pokémon Rumble Rush and Pokémon Sprites are from Pokémon Smile. Hey! Today I bring you another little fangame I made: Pokémon Hitmonchan Boxing (PHB)! Story: This minigame is part of another of my fangames: New Pokémon Camp, but I decided to bring it independently (same thing I did with Smeargle Splat, Sandshrew Bowling and Pikachu Volleyball). In this game we take the role of Hitmonchan who, for obvious reasons, wants to be the boxing Hitmon-champion! Game Modes: In PHB there are 2 game modes: Single Player: This mode is subdivided into several game submodes. 1) Player vs AI with full control of the character. 2) Player vs AI but the player character moves automatically to position himself where he thinks he is best. We control the character's fists. 3) AI vs AI where we can play the machine against itself. Multiplayer: (not available yet in current version but tested crossplatform with Photon Servers) Play against your friends! Localization, Gameplay and Controls: The game is available in Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Japanese for all platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS). On all platforms we can control our Hitmonchan using: Keyboard: WASD or mouse arrows to move the character. R for Right Punch (Right Punch) L for Left Punch (Left Punch) U for Up Punch (Uppercat) B for Block Console controller: Left Joystick to move the character R1/Right Bumper for Right Punch L1/Left Bumper for left fist (Left Punch) (Y)/Up action for Uppercat (Upper fist) (X)/Left action for Block. Touch on screen: Touch/click on the right side of the screen for Right Punch. Touch/click on the left side of the screen for Left Punch (Left Punch) Touch/click in the middle area of the screen but in the upper part of the screen for Uppercat (Uppercat) Touch/click in the middle of the screen but at the bottom of the screen to block (Block) Android/iOS: Gyroscope to move in control mode. -Project Maple- Around a century ago, people from other regions started immigrating to the land of Adanac, only inhabited by its Pokémon and the natives of the region, who were living in harmony with the abundant nature and energy flowing around them. A land that was once protected by its people and Pokémon, some even rising to the ranks of Guardian through the flowing Maple Energy, was now being rapidly populated by settlers of other regions, alongside their modern ideals. The land of Adanac was split into ten districts, and while some were able to accept the change, corruption was also born as a result of the clashing values, bringing forth the Beasts upon the region. At the rise of it all, you, the player, arrive to Adanac, hoping for a better future by seeking lower expenses, coming from the region of Unova. While your goal may be simple, and your intentions the same as anyone living in Adanac, peace, you will find yourself amidst the turning tides of this clash of forces. Will you take part in it? Whose side will you be on? How will you decide what is best for you when such a colourful world is in reality grey, and much more sinister at its core? -Click to Download on Website- Download link on the website page. Feel free to share the website around, but please be mindful not to directly share the download link or files. Redirecting newcomers to the main hub allows for the download links to always be up-to-date and ensures much cleaner quality control and an optimal player experience, while introducing people to my other projects as well. If it's your first time here, welcome! Please take a moment to look through my history of creations. Project Maple's development is usually livestreamed weekly on Twitch, which you can check out by using the links below too! -About the Game- Project Maple is a Pokémon Fangame inspired by the ten provinces of Canada. While it is greatly inspired by the works of GAME FREAK and co., its vision aims to deliver a unique spin on the series through a much more fleshed out story and slower pacing. As such, Part 1 sets the groundwork for future installments by subtly introducing most key aspects of the game and some important choices, from which the repercussions may only be felt later. The game also differs in many other ways from the traditional formula. In this game, you are NOT the protagonist. While your role gradually gains importance, the world doesn't turn entirely at your convenience. Few trainers wait aimlessly on routes for your arrival; most have a purpose, and among those who don't, some may later leave their position. A choice of starter Pokémon is not handed to you. Evil Teams don't wait for you to progress to train their Pokémon. While the divergence isn't extreme from a main series game, the shift is gradual and hopefully refreshing. Part 1 is around 3-5 hours of gameplay. In the beautiful region of Adanac, you will walk through a diverse environment and meet many characters that will influence the flow of the story from many different perspectives. If you're looking to avoid grimdark or overly light stories, you might be pleased to find that Project Maple fits nicely in-between, offering a very rich and vibrant world at peace on the outside, but influenced by harder themes at its core, and some very sinister entities. Similarly to other works of mine, morality is more often left as grey, rather than pushed to an extreme. With many of the game's choices and less linear story, it'll be up to the player to decide what's right or wrong. Part 2 of the game is being steadily developed. It will expand the game from one district to three districts, adding both Princeward and Novus, basically tripling the game's content. You will be exposed to the Guardians and the Beasts for the first time and encounter part of Team Scorch and Team Frostbite. Two more gym badges will be obtainable and between 15-25% of the game should be done by then, although that remains a loose estimate for the time being, just like its release date. Check back here for an updated changelog and new releases over time. A lot of emphasis was put on the feel of the game, even remaking the game entirely in a past version with a complete tileset overhaul. In Adanac, Pokémon typically found through the first five generations walk among the abundant trees and rivers, in addition to new species of Pokémon scattered sporadically throughout the region. So what are you waiting for? Professor Juniper's readied your passport already, so all that's left is to cross the frontier to Adanac! Join the Project Maple Discord Server! Follow for Weekly Twitch Development Streams -About the Creator- As an avid storyteller, I, C.Mea, have explored many different stories over the past decade, some of which later became major projects in my life. Notably, an animation project that began in 2012 still receives around 85% of my creative energy to this date, but is set to conclude in late 2021. X Fighters! has been an important journey personally, but it's an important mention here as it is the driving reason for Project Maple's slower development pace, among many other undertakings. I expect that Project Maple will receive a bit more attention in the next chapter of my life, but I have no current plans to work on it full-time. It may also never be completed, although my motivation remains high, so I am pushing to expand the game as much as possible. Feel free to support my other creative endeavors through the various links below. Thank you very much for reading this! C.MeaX - Main YT Channel TeaMea - Skit YT Channel Twitter - Random Updates MeaFamily - Discord Server -Screenshots- -Meet the Mascots- Moople The leaf on its back is said to taste very sweet. Its exact origins are currently unknown. It is rare even in its home region, but sightings of Moople have recently increased in the Brown District, blocking roads near maple trees. A few people have commented on its existence following your first encounter with it. It seems it might have a deeper connection to the land, and great latent potential. Could it have something to do with its evolutions? Bigbarel Bibarel's evolution, one of the 10 Guardians of the land of Adanac, and protector of one of its districts. As a Guardian, Bigbarel is one of the very few pre-existing Pokémon that, when the land needed it most, was able to surpass its limits and reach a new stage with the help of the region's abundant flow of Maple Energy. Its stronger connection to the natives of the land must have been key in unlocking this power, most likely as a token of its gratitude towards the Adanacians whom had been worshipping beavers centuries ago. Bigbarel possesses immense physical strength, but is equally kind. -Features- ➤ A Rich, Less Linear Story With Branching Paths (3-5 hours of gameplay so far) ➤ Gens 1-5, Plus Over 100 New Pokémon (8 obtainable so far) ➤ 10 Gym Badges (1 obtainable so far) ➤ 10 Mini-Regions Known as Districts (1 playable so far) ➤ A Unique Tileset for Each District ➤ New Abilities and Moves ➤ Three Save Files (code and animation by Marin, graphics by C.Mea) ➤ Key Items to Replace Select HMs and Remove Some Obstacles Forever ➤ An Internal Morality Compass ➤ Pokémon Essentials v17.2 & Elite Battle System

Hey fellas! Today I bring one more small project I made some time ago: Pokémon Battle Simulator Unity, aka PBSU. Making use of AJ20's Open-Sourced battle system I made a small battle simulator with online functionality and 1J battles. It makes use of my Pokémon Let's Go Unity database instead of the regular one and it has: The 1 player mode is a PVP against the machine. Online functionality: If you want to play with friends online, one will have to play as a server and the other will have to connect to his IP manually as a client. In case you are on the same LAN, Localhost should be enough. Gen 1-8 mechanics, all Pokémon and items from gen 1 to 8 with support for single, double and triple battles. Multi-language support. Compatibility with all platforms (or should be). Support for all the controllers you want to connect, either by Bluetooth or serial cable. Beautiful menus Screenshots: Video: Controls: Windows & OS X: - Keyboard: WASD: Move Spacebar: Confirm X: Cancel Z: Load/Unload the Dynamax Controller: DPad: Move B: Confirm A: Cancel R1: Load/Unload Dynamax In this case I have mapped the inputs as in Nintendo Switch. Pokémon Uprising The events of Pokémon Uprising unfold thirteen years after the events of Pokémon Platinum. Although you and your cousin are both fourteen years old, neither of you is a trainer yet, which is unusual in a region like Sinnoh. To become a trainer, this year, you two go to the annual trainer festival in Amberia City, a city near your home town. During the festival you will be able to obtain your first Pokémon! As you will see yourself, there are new cities and towns, routes, and even a different path around the island. A new, young professor —that you might know very well— will be the one that gives you the starters. But while you are having fun at the festival, a strange, huge and terrible phenomenon is currently happening in the region of Alola, an unprecedented scaled event that will eventually affect all other regions in the world. Adding to this dystopian atmosphere, the old criminal organisation known as Team Galactic has reassembled. Grunts with new outfits and hairstyles, and mainly new executives and commanders will reassemble this organisation with one goal: Bringing back their former boss: Cyrus. About: "The origin of the universe. Still, a great, unsolved mystery. How was it created? Who created it? And why? This is one of the few points where science and religions... still meet." Pokémon Uprising is a fangame project (using Pokémon Essentials v19 as the basis) that has been born from the huge desire of having DPPT remakes (or rather having the opportunity to revisit Sinnoh 15 years after we first met Lucas and Dawn). This time, instead of releasing a demo until the fully gameplay is available, this fangame will be yearly released by chapters, so that with each release the available playable content so far is complete. This will also allow our team to keep releasing content throughout the year, in the format of events, side quests, Mystery Gifts, etc. With any further ado, let's dive into it (for more information visit our website, from which you can download the game, as well as our Instagram and Twitter accounts). Pokémon Uprising: Chapter 1 is now available! Upcoming updates: The download link: Contact links: The region: New Features: Characters: Credits:
A rogue A.I. causing havoc in a simulated world... the Shadows in the code will be brought into the light... Access our Discord here: Dream Net Download the game here: Alyssia ZERO #==============================# Made using RPG Maker XP // Pokémon Essentials V19.1 #===============================# Hello all! I'm the Lead Developer of Pokémon Rosen, known online as Valiant. I hope you enjoy this full dive into the simulated world of Alyssia! #===================# Pokémon Rosen Version #===================# Welcome to Alyssia ZERO Server... The year is 2122, and the technology giant Cyber has recently released it's new product: an immersive deep dive system into a world long forgotten by modern culture: the World of Pokémon! At the behest of the Cyber CEO's child the long forgotten franchise was reawoken from the history books and recreated in virtual reality. Not content with simply repeating the past, the team behind this monumental effort created a whole new region, Alyssia! Within it, our dedicated team have created an immersive and dynamic story for you to explore, and introduced a new variant of Pokemon to the A.I-driven populace, the Rosen-formes. Lately, it seems that there have been errors with our program, and NPC's are not behaving as we have come to expect. #===================# The Story so far... #===================# You are the child of the CEO of Cyber, the worlds largest technology conglomerate. At your behest, Pokémon, a long dead franchise, has been revived in the form of an immersive reality simulation that utilises a player's dreams to create realistic experiences and sensations. On the launch day of this project, you are the first to test the system but something unforeseen goes wrong - the systems designed to protect you do not, and the failsafes are disabled, sending you spiralling into a test server known as Alyssia ZERO with no memories or recollections on where you came from. Your journey begins at the behest of Professor Oak who believes they have used strange technology to bring you through to this world, when he tells you that Rosen Forme Pokémon come from the same world that you do, and that his colleague, an expert on them, has gone missing. He wishes to see your effect on the world around you, as these Pokémon have been wreaking devastating changes on various ecosystems around the region. On your quest, you will encounter the mysterious Team Null who claim to know the reality around them is not quite what it seems, and wish to reduce that world to nothing, to Null... you will not fight them alone however, as oddly familiar figures from a life you no longer remember begin to appear to guide you through an ever changing world within which, you do not truly belong. Shadow Pokémon however have resurfaced alongside this evil. Will you and your allies be able to overcome this growing darkness? #===================# Release Date #===================# After years of work behind the scenes, and after months with the dream team, Pokemon Rosen is almost ready for the release of Episode #1 of its epic adventure. In March, the second ever annual Eevee Expo will launch, and with it our trailer will debut! On the very same day, the game will be released to the public. Please do visit our Discord and join our ever blossoming community in the meantime to make sure you don't miss a thing - as we reveal everything there first!

Hello fellas! Today I bring you another little fangame I'm making: Pokémon Pikachu Volleyball! Story: This minigame is part of another of my fangames: New Pokémon Camp, but I decided to bring it independently (same thing I did with Smeargle Splat). Well, inspired by an old bootleg from the early 2000's: Pikachu Volleyball, I have remade the game with a simple 2D Volleyball mechanic for PC and mobile. We take the role of Pikachu and we have to beat the opponent by balling the PokéBall on a beach volleyball field. Gameplay and Troubleshooting: In case the ball gets stuck you can drag it with the mouse or with your finger (if it is on mobile). For now there is no online multiplayer mode and the PVP is done WAD vs Arrows on the keyboard. You can also play with 2 gamepad controllers. The playable characters wear blue clothes and the AI wears red clothes. You can let the AI play even if it's just for fun or to make bets to see who wins. If you set the number of match points to 0 it becomes an infinite game. Otherwise, the first player to reach the number of match points you set in the menu wins. Images: Video: Download: Zelda Credits: Models, Textures and UI are from Pokémon Camp: The Pokémon Company Nintendo Creatures Inc Music: Total Music bundle on Asset Store

Hey fellas! Today I bring you another little project I've been doing as part of my portfolio: Pokémon Smeargle Splat, aka, PSS! Story/Synopsis: The premise is simple. In PSS we take the role of Mirguel the Smeargle. Professor Haya has asked him to try to paint all the Pokémon he finds to fill the PintaDex. To do this, Mirguel must go through each maze in the shortest time possible and try to capture all the Pokémon he paints. Game Modes: In PSS there are 3 game modes: Capture Mode: Run through the maze before time runs out starting at a random point in the maze. Collecting PokéBall will give you a few extra seconds. Once the maze is finished, you must enter the name of the Pokémon to capture. You will only be able to capture it if you do it correctly. Classic mode: Go through each level without time limit. Doing it in less time and with less steps will give you extra points. Learn each level and complete it as fast as possible. If you manage to beat all 150 levels with the highest score, something magical may happen. Limited Ink Mode: Similar to the classic mode but with limited ink. If Mirguel runs out of ink he won't be able to continue through the level and will lose his chance. Custom Levels, Level Editor and Online sharing: PSS has its own level editor for each player to unleash all their creativity. In addition, you can log into the game with your Whack a Hack account (as I don't have access to relic castle REST API) to upload the levels you have created so that other players can try them out. This feature is completely optional. Localization, Gameplay and Controls: The game will be available in Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese for all platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS). On all of them you can play with mouse/touch by swiping (dragging your finger sideways while touching the screen), with the WASD/arrow keys on the keyboard, or a console controller. If you want the mobile experience even on PC, the best way to play is to swipe with the mouse (click + drag).
