Released Games

Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.
The Rules and Regulations applies to this forum. Please give these a read before posting. When Posting a Project in Released Games While "Completed Games" is for completed games, this forum section is for games that have a playable release, but aren't complete. If you aren't ready to release a public, playable demo, then you should create a thread in the In Development section instead. Threads must be approved by a staff member before they're public. If we do not approve your thread within 48 hours, you will receive a message from us with what is missing from the rules as listed below. If we do not hear from you after that, your thread will be deleted and not make it to public view. If you believe it did meet the requirements, or the requirements do not adequately apply to your projects, please get in touch with a staff member. The following are the requirements for your thread to be approved. Each thread must have a clear project description, and must state what engine and/or kit, if any, is being used. For instance, "RPG Maker XP," "Godot," or "Pokémon Essentials." Each thread must have a plot outline. Include a small write up or summary of your plot and or backstory. Try for a paragraph at least. It doesn't have to include spoilers or in-depth plot details, but try to capture people's interest. This may not always be applicable, as not all projects have a plot. Each thread must have a list of unique features. Include any features in your game that you believe will make it stand out from other projects, preferably in a list instead of a block of text. They don't have to be ground-breaking. Commonly used resources are not unique features, and generic statements like "new characters" do not count. Each thread must have at least four screenshots that are unique to your project and tell us something about what your project entails. As such, generic screenshots, such as an unmodified Pokémon Essentials screenshot, do not count towards this threshold. Make sure they're fairly different from one another. We don't want four screenshots of one area of your game or just of your interfaces. Each thread must credit the creators of all assets they did not create themselves. This includes credits for your engine/kit. All individuals in a kit or resource's credits must be included. Be absolutely positive that you're giving the full and correct credit when using public resources, and make sure to list any team members you might have working on the game. We take credits very seriously. Not crediting someone for something they created is considered content theft and is a very serious offense. No thread may use URL shorteners to share images, patch notes, game files or other miscellaneous file, or host any files directly on the Eevee Expo forums. Considering file-sharing websites for this, such as Mediafire or MEGA. You may not use URL shorteners for this. Threads in this section are required to have a demo download link that is accessible by anyone, i.e. without signing up for an account on a website, including Discord. Advertising a Discord server is allowed, but you shouldn't require the reader to sign up for another website and/or join your Discord server in order to play your game. Some important things to note regarding credits... If you aren't sure the proper credits for something you're using, do some searching to find out who made it. If you for some reason can't find out who made it, you shouldn't be using that resource. If you're using Pokémon Essentials, Luka's Elite Battle System, or some other widely used resource: be sure to credit them as well. Just because they're well known doesn't mean you don't have to credit them. If we find that you are using (private) resources without the author's permission and or without credit, there will be repercussions. This is considered content theft, and your project will be taken down. We will then require proof that you have permission, or to talk to the author ourselves. If you notice your content is being used against your wishes or you're not being credited for your work, please contact a staff member. We'll work with you and the offending project to make sure proper credit is given or the project will be removed from the forums. Posting in General The following things should be kept in mind when posting in a project thread: Project feedback is highly encouraged; if you see something in a project that you feel needs improvement, point that out, but be respectful about it. Keep in mind that it's ultimately the developer's project and it's their vision for the project. Not all posts have to be feedback; you can talk about how much you like the game (make sure to say what you like about it), ask questions about it, or talk about it in general! A project developer (usually) loves nothing more than people discussing what's going on in the game. Spam The following types of posts are considered spam and will be deleted. If you notice a post breaking this rule, please report it and move on. Posts asking for a release date. Posts asking for a download link. Posts asking if the game is finished. Posts asking if they can be a game tester, unless stated by the project author that they're looking for testers. Posts with little to no substance: (eg. "I like your game, it's cool!") Tell us why you like the game! Double posting. Please edit your post instead of double posting. If you're the thread author, you may double post if you have some new content to share.

v0.1.10 Released 2/27/26! Welcome to the celestial land of Tenno! Known for its futuristic technology and advanced space program, the Tenno Region thrives thanks to the ambitions and benevolence of Team Planetary, an organization dedicated to the region's betterment. You start your Pokémon journey in the Tenno Region like many other trainers, but soon you and your childhood friend/rival witness a more sinister side of Team Planetary. They steal property and take Pokémon, all supposedly in the name of saving the region. Can the ends justify the means? As the only witnesses to these heinous acts in a region that idolizes the villains, it’s up to you to stop them while striving to become the Tenno Champion. Blast off on an out-of-this-world journey of astronomical proportions! Pokémon Sol Version is a fan project that aims to create a traditional Pokémon experience using Pokémon Essentials on RPG Maker XP. It is a part of the Cosmic Quest Project, and is technically the "third version" to the hypothetical Luna and Terra Versions. Currently released is a work-in-progress beta test/demo. What's a beta/demo? I explain in detail here. The main campaign is essentially complete and you can play the entire story up until the credits roll, but there is currently no post-game content. That will come in future updates, as discussed here. But, feel free to keep on exploring the region and completing missed optional content until then. Trailers Other Trailers Available Here Features 136 brand-new custom Pokémon (in addition to over 250 returning Pokémon from all generations) New Mega Evolutions New Regional Variants: Tennoan Forms Over 100 new moves and over 50 new abilities for new and old Pokémon alike An entire new region to explore, filled with a variety of unique locations A traditional Pokémon story, including a Pokémon League and evil team An expansive post-game story (Future Update) Light-Type Pokémon New mechanics, such as double abilities, combo-typed moves, and more Challenging boss battles against non-Pokémon entities and powerful Legendary Pokémon The Battle Final Frontier. It's the Battle Frontier, but in space (Future Update) The return of the Pokémon World Tournament, with more characters than ever before (Future Update) And so much more! Check out this link to read a series of articles that goes into behind-the-scenes explanations and examinations of many of the new aspects, features, and mechanics. Screenshots More Screenshots Important Notes This game is in beta and is an unfinished product. While playing, expect to encounter glitches and game crashes. If you do, please report them, as explained in the "Reporting Issues" section below. Due to the chances of encountering a game crash, I recommend saving your game frequently, especially before and after difficult or important battles or after long story events. The game is essentially complete up until the credits roll. That means you can play the entire main story, but there are no post-game elements added yet. Future updates to come. This game is designed to be a traditional and authentic Pokémon experience. It will not contain features common to fan games, such as a speed-up button. This game is designed to play more like the earlier Pokémon games (Gens I through V), rather than the more modern ones. As such, it may require more effort and thought to beat than you might be used to from modern Pokémon games. The game features the classic version of Exp. Share, rather than the modern version which distributes experience among all Pokémon in the party automatically. An Exp. All item, which functions like the modern Exp. Share, does exist in the game, but it is a reward for a side quest that spans the entire region and cannot be obtained until the very end of the game. It is better to think of it as a post-game item. One aspect of real Pokémon games that could not be replicated by this game is interactions with other players. This means it would usually be impossible to evolve Pokémon that require being traded. However, if you want to evolve such a Pokémon, just show a Pokémon that evolves through trade to the woman on the second floor of any Pokémon Center and she'll give you a special item that can evolve these Pokémon instead. Certain aspects of this game may be incompatible with JoiPlay. I have received reports of graphic display issues, random lag, and missing sound effects, all coming from JoiPlay, rather than any specific issue with the game. JoiPlay prevents players from skipping the opening movie. Players using JoiPlay should either delete or rename the folder titled "Movies" within their "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. This will cause the game to automatically skip the movie. This will have to be done every time the game is updated. Download v0.1.10 Here (Updated 2/27/26) No Hotfix Currently Required If you need help getting things working after downloading from this link, see here for instructions. Once you've downloaded the most recent version, apply the the most recent hotfix (if applicable) as explained below. Update Instructions: If you've already downloaded an older version of Sol Version and are looking to update, simply delete your outdated "Pokémon Sol Version" folder and download the current version from the above link. Your save data will transfer over automatically. Hotfix Instructions: If and only if there's a hotfix download link listed below the regular download link, then you'll need to apply the hotfix to Sol Version to play the most up-to-date version. Click the link to download a file called "Game.rgssad" and move that file into your "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. When it asks you if you want to replace the existing file, say yes. Now your game is up to date. You should always try to have to most recent hotfix applied to your game. If you've just installed Sol Version for the first time and a hotfix is available, you should apply the hotfix right away. Reporting Issues As this is a work-in-progress beta build of the game, expect to find glitches and other issues. Please report any issues you come across while playing. You can report them here, or send me an email at CosmicQuestProject@gmail.com. As much information as you can provide on the context of the issue, as well as screenshots if possible, is very helpful. If there's an error message, a picture or copy of the exact message would be of great assistance. The game's error log, with a list of all error messages you've received can be located in your file explorer under Users>[Your Name]>AppData>Roaming>Pokémon Sol Version. AppData is only visible if you first click the "View" tab, and then check the box labeled "Hidden Items." From there, you can copy and paste the exact error message, with the newest errors on the bottom. It is my hope that working together we can remove all of the issues that remain undiscovered in this game and we can move it ever closer to a final release. Known Issues The Picnicker on Route 16 who walks in a square pattern near a pond will crash the game when challenging the player to a battle. Avoid her line of sight. Opening the city maps at Kanaveral City causes the game to crash. Using Terrain Trek while in the field and on a bike will cause you to ride your bike instead of Pokémon on the rough terrain. A fence tile on the north end of Cosm City can be walked through. Sometimes when an ability's name displays in battle, it will instead display the name of the Pokémon's other ability. This is a purely visual bug. The proper ability is still activating. Sometimes the game will crash when transitioning from the opening movie to the title screen. If this happens, you can simply relaunch the game and skip the movie to circumvent the crash. A handful of Tenno Pokémon are still a work in progress and do not yet have certain graphics. For a complete list of Pokémon missing some or all of their graphics, see here. Any Mega Evolved Pokémon not listed here is not yet available in the game, even if a Mega Stone is obtainable. The Mega Stone is a placeholder and will not work. Have A Question About Where to Find Something or How to Do Something in the Game? Look Here First Mystery Gift Sol Version has a rotation of Mystery Gift distributions. To learn how to unlock the Mystery Gift feature in Sol Version, see here. The currently running Mystery Gift is a tie-in with the release of Pokopia, a Ditto! Only available until April 3rd! Additionally, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise, you can grab a special event-exclusive item, the VR Cartridge Red, via Mystery Gift as well! Take this item to the scientist on the top floor of Game Freak Tower in Kanaveral City to participate in a very special 30th anniversary battle. Once you defeat the Elite Four, you'll have access to a different special battle. Trust me, you don't want to miss this one. The Year of Tenno Favorite Tenno Pokémon Quiz! There are 136 new Pokémon in the Tenno Region, as well as 19 Tennoan Forms, and I want to know what your favorites are. Just follow this link to the poll and select up to six of your favorite Tenno Pokémon and Tennoan Forms! Who knows, the results of this poll may even have an impact on the future of Sol Version. I really would appreciate your participation. Thank you. A part of Find Out More! For more updates and details, as well as further content from the land of Tenno, such as an anime-styled fan fiction based on the story of Sol Version, visit the Cosmic Quest Website!

INTRODUCTION "The year is 202X. The world has seen countless innovations and quality of life improvements since the dawn of the new millennium. This rapid abundance of prosperity is all owed to the continued symbiotic relationship between humans and Pokémon. Together, we live, we learn and we grow and eventually... we understand one another and form the most powerful of connections. Through this bond, my father's dream of everlasting utopia may finally become a reality. However... There are others who use Pokémon to aid in their nefarious goals. It's profoundly sad that there are some who have no moral boundaries... But... Thankfully... There are those who choose to stand up to the wicked and cherish the ideal of peace just like us. Though my time here draws closer to its end... I know deep within the inner confines of my heart that you will crystalize a new, brighter reality for us all." The peaceful region of Omeyria is in danger of being compromised by unknown invaders... Cities and towns all across the region have been locked down without any explanation... Citizens have been disappearing left and right... The city of Asteria has been hit with a brutal crime spike... With townspeople and government officials paralyzed by fear, the region needs a lionheart who can liberate it... The clock has started ticking and the stage is set... All that's left is for our heroes to take the spotlight. Will you heed the call in Omeyria's time of need, or will you ignore the people's pleads for help? Pokémon Ar:Syncronía is developed using Pokémon Essentials v20.1 and RPG Maker XP. FEATURES Doubles Battle Format: Most of the battles in game will be doubles-centric. Order is born from Chaos, but this is merely the start of its gestation. Engine: Pokémon Essentials v21.1 Premise: The original Xenoverse holds a very special place in my heart, as the first fangame project I have been actively following for years finally coming to fruition. Over the years since its release, me and a lot of other passionate fans have had time to assess this charming, flawed, uneven game, and we felt like it deserved a second shot, to become the best version of itself it could possibly be. With the formation of Beehive Studios and the former developers moving onto an original IP, our as-of-now-unnamed Team has taken the opportunity, with the permission of said original developers, to retool this game while preserving as much of its original identity as possible. This is going to be a remake of Xenoverse, using Essentials v21.1, and this demo covers the first couple Gyms of the game, plus a little bit beyond that (everything before the Galvantula Boss + new stuff we added) Plot Summary: Months have gone by after the player character's father, esteemed researcher and family man Versil, was kidnapped by a mysterious figure from his past. Now his child, Kay or Alice, has set off on a journey across the Eldiw Region to grow strong and find out who has taken their father and why. In their travels, they fight off invasive X Pokemon from another dimension, the Xenoverse, as they wreak havoc, overtake territory, and endanger the lives of the people all throught the region. These encounters, however, are often less than spontaneous, as their appearances are tied to the criminal organization called "Team Dimension", the ones responsible for their father's kidnapping, whose ranks are filled by robots instead of people. Among the many mysteries of the Eldiw Region, the Starter that has chosen Kay/Alice seems to have a connection with the very forces that make up the fabric of reality, which becomes the point of interest for a young and brash cyborg, with a Pokemon who seems to share this connection alongside the Starters. For those who are familiar with Xenoverse's plot, this doesn't sound too unfamiliar, but the details and the context have been completely overhauled, while keeping the broad strokes of the story and the various set pieces mostly intact. I like to think that all the changes made were for the better, but I require feedback to be certain. What's new? The original Pokemon Xenoverse took place in an original region, featured Fakemon and Mega Evolutions and had a heavy focus on the story. None of this is going to change, but a lot of things around this framework have, and let's start off with a bang with: Rewrites While putting a lot of focus on the story, especially in the later half, this game seems to have never gotten the privilege of a second draft, and all sorts of creative turmoils behind the scenes have led to the overall story feeling very... unfocused and non cohesive. This is where this whole project started, my rewrites of the story that tried to tie together concepts introduced later into the very start, ensuring a more solid foundation from which the game itself could be built upon in terms of narrative. While the characters will be largely the same, outside of a few exceptions, I hope you find them more fleshed out and compelling than their original counterparts, especially since, as I said, the story is still going to be one of the main focal points of this game. Re-Balanced Many Pokemon from the original game have been rebalanced, that comes with the fangame territory a lot of the time, and some need it more than most (Looks at... all of Gen 2), but usually you don't really need that many powerful Pokemon if the trainers are as easy as they normally are... But not anymore! Because now the Trainers are (hopefully) gonna pose a real challenge, mostly in the important battles. Said battles are also mostly going to be double battles, as to spice up the gameplay experience, showcase potential strategies that help make bosses stand out from one another and allow more playstyle variety. Bossfights Speaking of battles, however, one of Xenoverse's biggest claims to fame was the X Pokemon Boss Battles, which sees you fighting a Pokemon with boosted stats and multiple health bars, and while that has remained, the boss battle mechanics have been remade to add more variety. You use 2 of your Pokemon to fight 1 Boss, like a reverse Totem Battle, but aside from the Pokemon you fight being stronger, they also possess multiple phases, where upon triggering the phase change all status and stat drops vanish, and something else happens to shake up the battle and make one boss more distinct from another. When I mean that important trainers and bosses are more powerful, however, I don't just mean their movesets and items (although they are), but they will also, after a certain stage, have fully realised IVs and EVs! Don't panic, because there's two other factors you need to consider: 1) We have a plug in that allows you to customize your own EVs from the very start! The EV Pool scales up with your level, so if you want to, you can try tailoring your mons to your needs. 2) ...A lot of these tougher buffs are reserved for the new Hard mode, and while Normal Mode is also gonna be harder, stuff like EVs and IVs and incredible items and moves is something that will be introduced more gradually later on. In short, your Pokemon are stronger, your enemies are stronger, and you are gonna have all the tools you need to face them and then some! Even more Fakemons We couldn't resist this one, this is what Pokemon is all about, creating creatures you can play with, and we wanted to stretch our creativity too! We mostly added more regional variants, so as to not leave Eldiwian Meowth completely alone, some Convergent Pokemon because those are just fun to design and come up with, and a few special scrapped Gen 2 Pokemon that have been given new life and new places in the world. There are plans for more regional forms and some brand new X Species Pokemon too, but those are best for locales that are beyond this demo's reach... for now. Gotta Catch them All Xenoverse's original Pokedex was by no means small, but since this franchise is all about monster collecting, I have decided to expand it even more, but to incentivse the player to actually CATCH the Pokemon, another fangame has shown me how to cater to that design philosophy. Pokemon Tectonic is a game entirely revolving around catching Pokemon to reap rewards in the form of EXP Candy and other items, so you can get any wild Pokemon into fighting shape (up to a level cap). The feedback loop of catching pokemon to get rewards so you can beat bosses to then unlock the ability to catch more Pokemon to reap more rewards is one that I find to be pretty engaging and satisfying, as such it has been applied to this game, with the addition of it being integrated with the Achievement system of the original Xenoverse too! Dens Dens were a really neat idea, exploring mini dungeons with your Starter to obtain some loot and engage in puzzles really helps both fleshing out both your connection to the Starter the world the Pokemon live in, since it is a den and all. This game also had some great puzzles... in the postgame. Yeah, it took them time to get good and most of the dens just... aren't. Most of the original dens puzzles rely on trial and error, and all for loot that is not worth it at all. Well, not anymore! Now there's more loot then ever, the loot is (hopefully) more worthwhile, and the puzzles have been diversified! This demo has 3 real dens to show that off, but there's gonna be way more in the future. Screenshots Demo 2 Download: MAC Version: Here WINDOWS: Here Invite This is the first step of a journey, where we try to make this game into the best version of itself it could possibly be, and we hope that you will provide all the feedback needed to get to that point. Thank you for your time, and hope you enjoy this Demo. Per Aspera Ad Astra. CREDITS:

This game is still a work in progress. The second demo (v0.2.2) is now available! Download Here The project is being developed using Pokémon Essentials v21.1 and RPGMakerXP Join the Bug Run Discord server here for updates and discussion: DISCORD SERVER Overview What originally started as a small, game jam-styled game has quickly grown into something more: Bug Run was inspired by and conceptualized as a forced Mono-type run. For anyone, however unlikely, that isn't familiar with a Mono-type run, it's a chosen game style in which you capture and use Pokémon of only a certain type (not including the Pokémon's secondary type into that equation). Plot Story wise, why would anyone catch just Bug-Type Pokémon? Why, you're a Bug Catcher, of course! As a young boy or girl who loves the Bug-Type, you will join the titular “Bug Run” to prove your merit amongst other Bug Catchers. …and the world? This region does not have an evil organization. There is no Pokémon League. It’s just you and your journey to be the best Bug Catcher you can be. Explore and find secrets. Collect resources and craft your future! What is the Bug Run, Exactly? The Bug Run itself is an event within the region that has contestants traveling to various areas to take part in puzzles, exploration, and--of course--catching bug Pokémon! In place of badges, you will be collecting stamps (the ink kind, not the postage kind). The Region Ecryus is a land steeped in many forests, though you can also find an immense desert, volcanic slopes, deep ocean trenches, tropical islands, and glacial passes. (Not all present at the time of this demo, of course) You can expect to encounter all manner of bug Pokémon, new regional and convergent forms, and new fakemon, many with lots of alternate forms. One species is known to have 10+ forms. Can you collect them all? Gameplay It sure is hard being a BugCatcher. After all, your Type-specialty is often looked down upon…so much so that most Marts won't even sell goods to you and other Bug Catchers. I guess that means you'll need to break rocks, gather plants, look in peoples’ houses, and dig through the trash if you want to be able to have what you need to venture out into the world with any success! Features Catch only “Bugs”! Well…actually, there are three game modes. “Purist” allows you to only catch Pokemon that contain the “Bug”-Type, exactly as on the label. Sorry, no evolving Skorupi for you! “Bug Lover” is the recommended and sort of ‘default’ play style, which allows for some questioning on what a bug is (Goomy is a slug and slugs are colloquially bugs…right?). “Shrimps is Bugs” mode allows you to catch some crustaceans and nudibranchs that are…close enough to bugs (Krabby got jealous of Dwebble, for example) Resource gathering and crafting Mining mini-game with new items to find Loads of new items items in general New tree-shaking mechanic (think Headbutt, but with interaction!) In place of badges, you will collect stamps (the ink kind, not the postage kind). In place of a Trainer Card, you have a Trainer Passport which adds pages and adjusts and updates as you progress through the game. As one player put it: your character is a bit of a journaler... HM moves can be used outside of battle by Pokémon that can learn the move but do not know the move, so long as you have enough Stamps to do so. E.g. Parasect doesn't know the move Cut but can learn it, so it has access to cut down small trees, assuming you've obtained your first stamp. Quest system (a large number are integrated but not all are fully developed or completed). The quest log itself is being reworked, so may change drastically in the future. It looks kind of messy right now, to be honest All Bug-Types from gen 1 - 9 will be available (not all are available as of this demo, but by the game's final release, they all will be). If gen 10 is out by then, new bugs will be added! New regional and convergent forms Dozens of fakemon, some with 10+ forms to collect and use! A handful of Pokemon from the CAP project. Mega evolution, including new megas! (These are not available as of this demo but planned accessible in a future update) Exp.All On/Off (semi-early into the game) TRs and reusable TMs New moves (most lack proper animations, but I’m getting around to it!) and abilities Increased shiny odds (1/512 standard; higher odds for certain static encounters and special resource-prompted encounters) Speed Up option (be careful/wary with this; it has been known to cause some issues sometimes if used outside of battle) Day/Night cycle using ‘Unreal’ Time: 48-minute Day clock, a la Scarlet/Violet Trash Cans (so many Trash Cans). In seriousness, Trash Cans, Fridges, and Cabinets all have an item/spawn system that makes this game RNG and luck heavy in a fun and even dare I say addictive way! 17 rivals, one for each other type (just kidding) Screenshots Credits

Welcome to the kingdom of Keltios! I have the honor to present my fangame project: Pokémon Sacred Phoenix. Born on June 23, 2018, here it is officially presented in the community! Currently developed on a heavily modded version 24 of PSDK, this ambitious project aims to bring audacity and originality both in terms of the scenario and Pokémon gameplay while retaining the very essence of this famous license. In the long term, it is on the open-source Godot engine that I want to develop on, because it is the only way to make a fangame worthy of my ambitions. In the spirit of the Relic Castle's game jams, this project that will be free of public use in order to allow everyone to benefit from it, but also to be able to make a contribution to the edifice. When a Legend falls into one of the eternal human conflicts, the Mythical King will lose his Guardian and will no longer be worthy of Arceus' Throne. From this fall will be reborn the curse of the Sovereign of Kalos. Then utter Shadow will plunge the Divine Pokémon into a tormented sleep, subjecting it to dark servitude. From this Shadow that puts many Pokémons' souls to sleep, the Rebirth will shine with the Rainbow Bird. Blessed by the flames of the Sacred Fire and the unconditional Love of the Phoenix Prophet, the Pokémons of Light will restore the balance of the Legendaries ... For from the Shadow type is born the Light, the balance of the world will never be broken. Pokémon Sacred Phoenix is a fan-game that will introduce you to the kingdom of Keltios, a medieval-fantasy world blessed by the Legendaries. Loving myths and legends, it is therefore only natural that I transcribe these passions through my creation. This will involve a unique project on many points, originalities that will make the strength of this project: On Giratina's sphere (the plot): What would a world be without adventures? A medieval-fantasy world is full of mages, prophecies, court intrigues, quests, enemies, battles, deaths, hope and heroes. Through a scenario that skillfully mixes Celtic inspiration and the richness of the official Pokémon Lore, you will live the Phoenix Prophecy and will be led to discover the origin of a mysterious evil (the Shadow type) corrupting the heart of some pocket monsters. On Palkia's sphere (the space): Keltios, a frontier nation of ancient Kalos, will be a brand-new land to explore. At the height of its glory, this historically rich kingdom remains twice the size of a traditional Pokémon region. On Dialga's sphere (the time): A very rare originality, the quest of the Sacred Phoenix will go far into the past: 500 years after the Kalosian reign of AZ, or 2500 years before the contemporary events of the Pokéworld. This implies the absence of almost all technologies. Forget about glass buildings, motor vehicles, computers, Pokémon Centers and modern medicines! It is an opportunity to discover new landscapes (tilesets) and a different philosophy of life, especially magic which is very prominent. It is thanks to it that the forging of Apricorns into Pokéballs was already known and mastered in Keltios. And to make sure you don't feel out of place, you will have the opportunity to "Gotta Catch 'Em All" and to collect dozens of pocket monsters thanks to a mage's privilege that you will inherit very quickly. Yes, an enchanted grimoire will act as a Pokédex! On Arceus' sphere (the physical laws): As magic replaces technology, the inhabitants have learned to live in symbiosis with nature and the "magical creatures" that populate it. You will learn for example that Pokémons recover their energy by camping or resting in an inn (or by praying at an altar), but also that battles can be deadly to your fellow travelers in case of a blow that is too powerful (feature that can be set in the options: disabled, realistic or Nuzlocke). Because yes, in Keltios, the carnal envelope of a Pokémon remains mortal and many trainers have shed tears as a consequence! Generally speaking, the Pokémon gameplay will be revisited in order to get closer to a classic fantasy RPG while keeping the essence of the license. The Sacred Phoenix Quest (and its secondary objectives) will lead you to visit all 22 kelt towns, but also potentially some of the 12 known cities beyond the borders. After an introduction on Phoenix Hill, where your starter will be given to you, your story will start in the peaceful province of Alienor in the west of Keltios, to the battlefields near the Distortion Massif, and to the dream of every trainer: the Mt. Asgard, where the Colosseum of Arceus, the headquarters of the Pokémon League of Keltios, is built. The map is designed to offer you a semi-liberty inspired by open worlds while guiding you a minimum to avoid finding yourself in an off-level zone. In keeping with the Pokémon tradition, most of the cities are themed around the Celtic tree. The geography will also make nods to ancient legends such as those of Avalon or Broceliande. – A mature scenario rich in myths and legends, and where the Legendaries are honored as gods. – Three Dragon Starters: Dratini, Bagon and Gible. All three final forms have their Mega-Evolution. – Unique tilesets for a medieval-fantasy atmosphere – Mapping using the terraforming technique: all Keltios maps have a realistic relief and are perfectly joined. This provides an organic environment and a semi-open world that will allow soaring in the sky between all areas. – An orchestral soundtrack by Pipevanes and Braxton Burks! – 3 rivals – 10 Augurs (replacing Gym Leaders), 2 of which are optional. Each will give a Talisman, equivalent to a badge. – Two sects that will act as Teams: the Cult of Darkrai and the Cult of Giratina. – Fully customizable difficulty, from Assist Mode to Giratina's Hell (hardcore Nuzlocke). – You can forfeit to most trainers and thus decline the battle (but it will be perceived as a dishonor by your party). It is also possible to explore Keltios without battle-capable Pokémon, but be careful not to make unfortunate encounters! – A Game Over is present and can be triggered in three ways: being defeated by a hostile enemy (death match), being killed by one of your own Pokémon or having all your creatures die (with an optional Black Out Clause). – Follow Me: you first Pokémon walks by your side. This can be toggled by [Ctrl] key and has implications on the gameplay. – Presence of holy and cursed places. This impacts your magic and the behavior of your Pokémons. – Shiny encounter chance increased to 1/1074. Shinies have better IVs. – Alpha and Noble Pokémons ! They have a greater chance of being shiny because of their perfect IVs (1/266 and 1/64 chances respectively). – Speed-up button ([F5] key). – An internal clock for the game with its own calendar and season management. – Harvest of Keltios: many wild plants can be harvested in the lands of Keltios and require no maintenance. Their productivity depends on the season, but the Floral Gift (a passive ability possessed by fully evolved Grass Pokémons) can speed up an almost ready harvest. – New potions and healing items adapted to the old era of Keltios. – A mining system allows you to collect the raw materials needed for crafting, including the creation of Pokéballs. – Field Effects: Like Pokémon Reborn, battlefields will have a very significant influence on the power of attacks and will combine with weather and auras. The number of weathers will also be extended. – Caught Overhaul: The capture mechanics have been revisited. A Pokémon that is not weakened or of too high level can deflect balls. Conversely, weakening them will significantly increase your chances of capture! At the same time, the Apricorns-based Pokéballs – the only ones present in Keltios – are rebalanced and offered in three levels of quality. Thus, each one of them will have its utility. – Death Overhaul: The death of Pokémon will be a reality in Keltios: you will be able to lose your magical creatures if they are hit too hard. This can be set in the options (disabled / realistic / Nuzlocke mode). A reincarnation system is present and allows you to get some ghost Pokémons! – Overkill mechanism: Grants a XP boost in case of a powerful fatal blow, but beware not to bloodshed too often. – Loyalty Overhaul: Many parameters influence the feelings of your Pokémons. Gain their trust by giving them food or massaging them. Their level of friendship will have a real influence on battles and will determine how loyal they are to you. You can also instill fear in them to gain respect. – XP Overhaul: Depending on the importance of the fights, the experience gain will be more or less important. At the same time, an original soft level cap greatly accelerates the experience gained if your Pokémon is underlevel and reduces it by half if your Pokémon is too high level. The overlevel also reduces the dread felt by your magical creature, which will impact the obedience they have for you. This effect can be compensated with high friendship. – Pokémons can evolve mid-battle and trade evolutions are replaced by alternatives ones. – A Keltios Pokédex made up of around 500 creatures, of which 15% are Fakemons and regional variants (known as "ancient" forms). New Mega-Evolutions are also present! – Two new types: Shadow and Light. It will be possible to grant one of these two types to your Pokémon through a ritual. – A rebalanced type chart! – Status moves are divided into three sub-categories: buff, debuff, and terrain. – Effectiveness Overhaul: Chances of hitting with a debuff move are influenced by type affinity. Affinity also influences the chances of inflicting a side effect and the rate of indirect or fixed damage. – Statuses and critical hits have been overhauled. – Hax smoother: Minimizes the luck/bad luck discrepancies that frustrate players in battle. This will be done by taking into account the success or failure of the last actions. For example, if you failed your Blizzard, the next one will have more chances to succeed, and vice versa. – EVs and IVs will be visible on the stats. The Pokémon summary will also include much more information than in the official games. (Great for fans of RPG feats). – The EV system is rebalanced and expanded to be closer to what it was in Gen 1 / Gen 2, rewarding trainers who train the same Pokémon over the long term. – Possibility to curse, strengthen or bless the IVs of your Pokémon in order to minimize or maximize them. All your magical creatures will have a chance to become "Perfect". The nature in battle can also be modified in the same manner as mints. – The hermaphrodite gender for Pokémons and egg groups redone from scratch. – Each Legendary Pokémon will have its own Legendary move and/or Ability, reflecting its divine power over the world. – A craft system with the smithing art. – Double and Triple battles with the possibility of meeting wild Pokémons in pairs or triples (the latter is a horde battle.) – Wild Pokémons that will act as bosses and will be fought in 1 vs. 2. In return, they will be able to call for reinforcements in the manner of the SOS battles in SM/USUM. – Augur Battles will take place in colosseums. (Pokémon matches are the most popular entertainment in Keltios and the public wants to see the show!) No puzzles in these buildings, but the Augurs will give you an Alola Trial-style quest before facing you. – Augur Battles will follow the Gym leaders' rules of the Anime with a battlefield to their advantage and a no item clause. – In-map use of HM moves based on the Pokémon's ability to learn the attack (instead of having it in its moveset) and the presence of Poké Ride. – Completing the three branches of crafting: forging, alchemy and enchanting. (Forging is done, left Alchemy and Enchanting.) – Develop the game in HD with a resolution of 1280x720 and sprites in 192x192 for the Pokémons. My ultimate wish is that these HD sprites are also animated. – A Pokémon League in the form of a Double battle tournament in a sumptuous colosseum. – Replacing PP system with 2 new energy gauges for your Pokémons: Mana and Breath. This will allow more than 4 moves per Pokémon. – 6 tactical options instead of 4 in battle: Attack, Stances, Tactics, Pokémon, Bag and Run. – Ho-Oh's Scepter will allow your character to use magic, including casting O-Power style spells, but also to Mega-Evolve your Pokémons and use the Z-Power. – The Sacred Mega-Evolution! Find the true Mega-Evolution as it is described in the anime: the one that requires a sincere love towards your Pokémon. It will also allow the use of Z-moves. – The possibility of performing Poké-Jobs, a kind of repeatable quest that will allow you to earn money without spilling the blood of your magical creatures. – Integration of Pokémon Contests. The Silvynis family is a lineage that has had several royal ancestors. The latest was Nimue the Pure, Mythical Queen who watched over Keltios a century ago. Going back in the genealogy, it is revealed that the blood of Morgana Harmonia and AZ of Kalos also runs in their veins. Of course, as in any self-respecting Pokémon game, you can choose your character's name. Be aware that if you take the hero, the heroine will become one of your rivals and vice versa. The hero Only son of Brendan and Ygerne, Aranel is a young man of 18 who, after the death of his father, found hope by following the teachings of the Ho-Oh cult. Shy but honest, he has always dreamed of becoming friends with Pokémons. He is very close to his cousin Viviane. The heroine Only daughter of Elowen and Gorlois, Viviane is a young lady of 19 years. Her destiny seems to be linked to Aranel's, for she too saw her father die during the terrible battle of Taranus 11 years ago, the same battle where the Mythical King Oromis lost his Suicune. Like her cousin Aranel, she decided to follow the teachings of the Temple of Ho-Oh. Enthusiastic and determined, she has always been fascinated by the magic of Pokémons. The Pokémon "Professor" Fintan the Wise is the grandfather of Viviane and Aranel, 68 years old at the beginning of the adventure. Lord of Sylvan Town, his manor houses a vast library, his dream being to list all the existing Pokémons in Keltios. Legend has it that he even met Celebi in the Lake of Time when he was 12 years old. When he sees that his grandchild has inherited the Scepter of Ho-Oh, he will entrust him with the Pokégrimoire, an enchanted book that acts as an ancient Pokédex. Gwydion High Priest of Ho-Oh, he plays the role of your mentor during the beginning of the game. Guardian of the Scepter of Phoenix Pokémon, he masters the Sacred Mega-Evolution, but it seems that his artifact attracts dangerous lusts... Kerdus He is the blacksmith and the Lord of Tintignac, the second town in the game. Master in the art of making Pokéballs from Apricorns, he will teach his knowledge to our hero very early in his adventure. (Yes, there will be crafting!) Aerouna Intrepid damsel of the Draconid People and aspiring Dragon Rider, it was she who gave you one of the three dragon eggs she possessed as a reward for your initiation. She will keep you company as your second rival, for she too was entitled to her dragon hatching as the new Priestess of Rayquaza. Sveifla Sveifla is an enigmatic character. The son of a high-ranking person, he used to serve the Cult of Giratina, but was banished after losing control of his Shadow Pokémon. The scar on his face is a testament to this. In revenge, he stole a dragon egg from Duiraco and hatched it, and is now trying to rebuild his career as a trainer. He will cross your path several times and will act as your third rival. AZ - Azoth of his real name Former King of Kalos and master alchemist, his love for Pokémon earned him the trust of Xerneas and Yveltal. But at that time, the Legendaries refused to intervene in human wars, which cost the life of his Floette. Despite the kindness of the two Guardians of Kalos who helped him create the Philosopher's Stone and resurrect his beloved Pokémon, the sovereign succumbed to his dark side by freeing Giratina from the Distortion World. The ultimate weapon was created and ravaged Keltios, ending a 16-year war... but at the cost of his Floette's departure and an unforgivable reputation as a god of destruction in the eyes of the kelts. The only thing he was able to keep was his Philosopher's Stone, which is why he is still living 500 years later, wandering around looking for his redemption. Our heroes will cross his path several times. Unos the Mythical King Successor of Oromis, he is the current Mythical King of Keltios. He is the first mortal to have obtained the allegiance of three Legendaries at the same time, including Arceus himself. Needless to say, with so many divine Pokémons at his side, he is an exceptionally powerful trainer! The equivalent of Gym Leaders, Augurs are the head of each Keltios Cult. Guardians of the wisdom of the Legendary they represent; they will subject you to a Grand Trial (like the Trials of Alola) if you express the desire to them to face them. Succeed in their quest, and they will then give you an appointment in their arena backed by the Temple, coliseums offering very beautiful shows for the inhabitants of their city. These official Keltios League battles will be tough, as Augurs treat their magical creatures with the utmost love, healing items will be forbidden, you won't be able to send more Pokémon than your opponent has, and the arena's terrain will be significantly to their advantage. A small concession, however: you will be allowed to switch Pokémon for free if you knock out one of the Augur's magical creatures, and the Augur will never be allowed to switch voluntarily. In short, it's exactly the official rules of the Gym battles from the Anime. Triumph and you will be rewarded with a Talisman, a badge that will reinforce your authority over your pocket monsters and unlock a quest that will allow you to learn a field move... And let's not forget the applause of the audience who will reward you with a nice amount of gold! List of Augurs Awena: Augur of Celebi – specialized Grass and Psychic-type Meirion: Augur of Kyogre – specialized Water and Ice-type Aedan: Augur of Groudon – specialized Fire and Ground-type Blodwyn: Augur of Xerneas – specialized Fairy and Grass-type Arianna: Augur of Lugia – specialized Water, Flying and Psychic-type Houarnon: Augur of Heatran – specialized Fire, Steel and Rock-type Erwana: Augur of Yveltal – specialized Dark and Ghost-type Cerridwyn: Augur of Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf – specialized Psychic and Light-type (It will be a Trio Combat) Neñvel: Augur of Rayquaza – specialized Dragon and Electric-type Ambros: Augur of Ho-Oh – specialized Fire and Flying-type Note that the Augurs of Ho-Oh and Heatran will be optional (although highly recommended). The first one, because you'll already have his Talisman from being initiated by the priests of Ho-Oh, the second one because it won't unlock a field move that's essential to the main quest (and the League of Keltios only requires 9 Talismans to compete). You'll also notice that their teams won't be monotype, but in the theme of the Legendary that fits them. Sacred Phoenix renews the battle mechanics in depth, offering a new wind on the Pokémon license. If your will is to be surprised and discover everything by yourself, follow the path of Azelf. The scenario will introduce you to these new features gradually. But if you choose the path of Uxie and wish his knowledge, a documentation has been specially written for you. It is available in the "doc" folder of the game. Fintan's library contains many books that can be accessed from the shelves of his manor. For an independent reading of the game, these writings are also available in PDF format. A good majority of the gameplay changes are described there, as well as some of the lore. Logo is a WIP Welcome to Ayrei The Ayrei Region, a landmass split into four different quadrants. Each with their own people and Pokemon every moment of your adventure has something new in store. This is not the full planned region, only what's currently available in 4.0 No Gyms, No Elite Four In Project Vanguard, the role of the Pokemon Trainer is no longer to collect gym badges and become the champion. Instead, Trainers protect the region from criminal organizations, aggressive wild Pokemon, and whatever other conflicts come their way. As a brand new Trainer, you'll enroll in the Vanguard Academy, a school dedicated to teaching the next generations of Pokemon wielders. As you rise through the ranks, you'll face new challenges, meet new friends, and of course, uncover your mysteries past. Oh, that's right, you. An individual who's awoken in this region with no memory of who they were before. With no where else to go, you join your newfound friend, and become a Pokemon Trainer. New Regional Forms In the region of Ayrei, you'll encounter a total of over 300 new regional forms, evolutions to existing Pokemon, and even completely new ones. With thousands of hours of work from both our artists and balancers, each one will be fun to play with and offer a useful role in your team. A Brand New World To Explore The region of Ayrei is built with exploration in mind. On your journey across it, you'll not just find trainers to battle, but also den's home to rare Pokemon, treasures guarded by powerful opponents, and a lot of optional areas you'll miss if you don't look hard enough. Defined Difficulty Modes Vanguard has three difficulty modes for your choose from. Each one with hand crafted teams for every important boss trainer. No matter what type of player you are, one of these modes should offer an engaging experience. Quality of Life While we still want Vanguard to feel like an proper adventure, we of course cut down on a lot of the tedious tasks you'd find yourself stuck with in other games. This includes the removal of EV training, as points can now be allocated at any time from the summary screen, and other Pokemon customization items now being easily purchasable. Additional Features Old Gym Leaders return as cosplayers ("super fans") for you to battle with new teams! Most route Trainers are optional (progress at your own pace!) Non-Binary protagonist option 28 Starters (22 of whom are Regional Variants!) Advanced Pokedex that displays the stats and learnsets of every seen Pokemon EXP all (right after picking your starter) Infinite Repel (right after picking your starter) Canon Pokemon up to generation 9 Fast travel between towns Download Goes up to chapter 35, around 36-38 hours of playtime The discord https://discord.gg/sr24E8keRs Why join the discord? Hello! This is my first Pokémon Fan game. I've been planning on doing a Pokémon Manga, and this game will soon turn into one. This is not Pokemon Adventure Red, This is whole new thing with it's own history in development. I'm using the same features from Pokémon Adventure, so this kind of level of violence should be known: "Someone hit someone", "Pokemon attacking humans". Yep :/ The game is currently on it's demo stage, and i'm planning a lot of special things. And in the future will have more than 10 endings. Depending on the choices and friendships. Yes this is my first time, i'm not a experienced fool :D. The Demo finishes at Saffron city, a small run, but really fun. Made using Pokemon Essentials v.21.1 STORY: Ahh the Kanto Region, we all miss this region form the bottom of our hearts. Long before the lights of Galar and the Dynamax phenomenon took center stage, a new journey begins in the quiet streets of Viridian City. You play as Neto, a 12-year-old trainer starting his adventure alongside his buddy Squirtle. Prove your skill by traveling across the iconic Kanto Region. Earn 8 Gym Badges, forge lasting friendships, and strive to become a true Pokémon Master. However, as you climb the ranks, you will realize that not everything is as it seems. While the world looks ahead to the future, something stirs in the shadows of the present. Beyond the gym battles and the thrill of discovery, a mysterious plot is unfolding, one that will require more than just brute strength to overcome. Pokémon Adventure retells the classic Kanto journey through a fresh lens, set in a time before the events of Galar. Experience a traditional adventure infused with a new layer of suspense and secrets waiting to be unearthed. Only those with a strong heart and a sharp mind will uncover the truth behind the shadows.

Story The world is at its prime. Technology and health care are at its peak. Humanity is reaching new heights and the sky is the limit. But a heavy price must be paid, and like Icarus, humanity will learn that nothing comes without a toll. Welcome to the region of Dalmaria, where people are now living underground, on chambers, after a big catastrophe that eradicated life on the surface almost 500 years ago. Everyone has to do their part for the community, so once you turn 16, you receive your first pokemon to become a trainer and thus helping everyone in the chamber. Everything is good, until they discover that they are not alone. This the story of Damon, a 16 years old boy living on Chamber 58 with his father and sister. He's about to receive his first pokemon, although he doesn't care much with anything else besides himself. However, he will soon discover that there's more than the life he knows, changing his ideals. But, is he a good person, or just the cynical hero? https://pkmntrainerkatelyn.itch.io/pokmon-expedition Expedition's philosophy is all Pokémon are viable and trainable to your own specs with the exception of a few that lean one way or another. Expanded Egg Moves allow for Trainers to breed Pokémon in a variety of ways. No bad Pokémon. If it's your favorite Pokémon, use that Pokémon and see what kind of combos you can come up with! :) An immersive reimagining of Kanto and Johto Pokémon Expedition is a classic-style journey through Kanto, Johto, and the Sevii Islands, combining the stories of Red/Blue/Yellow and Gold/Silver/Crystal into one cohesive narrative — with elements from Pokémon: The First Movie integrated into the plot. Giovanni still controls the Mewtwo project… and he won't hesitate to bring out the ultimate weapon. IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOU START This is a long-form RPG experience. One major midgame raid-style battle lasts ~75 minutes. A small handful of other key battles may run 15–30 minutes depending on skill and team. There is NO speed-up function. The game is designed around immersion and pacing. There are NO Mega Evolutions, Z-Moves, Gen 6+ battle gimmicks or Fakemon (misconception by some sites). -Also, some occasional language may not be suitable for all audiences, but all language is "FCC Approved" radio/TV language. Created in Pokémon Essentials v20.1 This has been an on-and-off passion project for over 15 years (wild, I know 😅). The beta 3.3 currently includes 3 full regions - Johto, Kanto, and the Orange Islands - with Gyms and main story progression already in place. Plot Pokémon Silver Chronicles is a re-imagined version of Pokémon Silver (and Soul Silver) games, expanded into a much larger, more connected Pokémon world, with new narrative arcs, long-term progression, and a more grounded take on legendary Pokémon. What if Pokémon Silver didn't end in Johto, and you were able to keep going with the game a bit more? This game aims to provide you with that experience! You still play as Ethan (or Kris), a 14-year-old kid from New Bark Town, starting your journey by receiving your first Pokémon from Professor Elm. As in the original games, you can choose between Totodile, Cyndaquil, or Chikorita. From there, the adventure slowly expands far beyond the standard Gym challenge. Your journey begins in Johto, where you’ll face the eight Gym Leaders, fight against Team Rocket, and challenge the Elite Four. Johto is very similar to the original game, so expect this part to really look like a remake. Things start to change after you beat the Elite Four, as now you can take part in a major global event called the Pokémon World Cup, a tournament that happens only once every four years. So winning the Elite Four is not the end of the game, but the beginning of a much larger journey. After Johto, you move on to Kanto, where you can earn eight more Gym Badges while uncovering a darker storyline. The Pokémon Association, once seen as a symbol of order, is now being run by corrupt figures, and you need to help restore order in Kanto. The story continues into the Orange Islands, where you can collect four additional badges and eventually challenge the Supreme Gym Leader, Drake. The adventure doesn’t stop there. Hoenn will be your final destination, where you’ll face eight more Gym Leaders and participate in the Pokémon World Cup one last time, now older, stronger, and far more experienced than when you first started your journey. One of the core ideas behind Pokémon Silver Chronicles is to make the world feel a bit more realistic and grounded. The game spans roughly five in-game years, allowing your character to grow from a teenager into a young adult. Legendary Pokémon exist, including Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, and many others, but they are not handed out easily. I wanted to avoid the idea of a young trainer casually owning many legendary Pokémon, so encounters with them are rare, meaningful, and tied to the world and its story. Even after finishing the main storyline, the game is designed to never truly be “over”. There’s always something to train for, explore, or discover. Pokémon Silver Chronicles is my love letter to the Pokémon franchise and fans open to the idea of growing alongside their Pokémon. I’m excited to finally start sharing it with the community, and I’d love to hear any feedback or thoughts you might have. Downloads Beta 3.3.7 The beta 3.3 currently includes 3 full regions - Johto, Kanto, and the Orange Islands - with Gyms and main story progression already in place. Most side-missions are still missing and will be added later, after I gather more feedback from the community, fix more bugs, and finish the Hoenn main storyline. Follow the project on Twitter/X : Twitter/X Join the Discord ! Lethalmon's Discord TikTok account (in french) : TikTok Lethalmon's website here ! DOWNLOAD HERE ! Presentation Lethalmon is a Pokémon fangame that take inspiration from Lethal Company and Pokémon Emerald Rogue with a little sprinkle of the "Safari Zone". The project started in march 2024, but i started to ponder about it's base principles after discovering Lethal Company in november 2023. My main goal with this fangame is to make sure that no playthrough is the same. Inspired (as its name suggest) by Rogue-like games, your main goal as a player will be to explore dungeons to capture Pokémon. Limited by a certain number of steps, you will have to show creativity in optimizing your explorations of the dungeons. The further you will go, the rarer and more powerful the Pokémon will become ! Your task is to become as powerful as possible! Explore the dungeons and collect the 8 badges that will grant you access to the Pokémon League. Plot Outline Centuries have passed since our time. Humanity, having exhausted Earth's naturel resources, had no choice but to flee into space in hope of continuing to thrive. Over time, the once-special bond between humans and Pokémon gradually faded, despite the vital role these creatures play in our species survival. It is now your duty, oh prisoner, to capture as many Pokémon as possible during your planetary expeditions. The lives of millions are at stake. Freedem will be yours—if you succeed in your missions. You have no choice but to prevail! Credits : @Dracoyan2 Screenshots Features The Hub It's from here that you will start each of your explorations in the dungeons. Most of the features i will present will be available in here, making it essential in your future ventures in the dungeons! Selling your Pokémon The main way to gain money is by selling the Pokémon captured in the dungeons, the rarer the Pokémon, the more money you will get. And if it's shiny? It will multiply its value by five! You will likely face a dilemma, you have a super powerful Pokémon that could be even more powerful, but selling it would grant you a hefty sum of money which could be used to upgrade your other Pokémons... So? What will it be? That's for you to decide! Upgrading your Pokémon In a game where we sell our pokemons, everything has a cost! Changing its nature, upgrading your IVs, redistribute its EVs and others! Make the local economy flourish! Improving your Competence Increasing your number of steps, unique items to Lethalmon to ease your explorations... You will find a ton of objects to improve your character! Huge Replayability The arenas and dungeons will change everytime you start a new exploration and the Pokémon you encounters will depend on the number of badges you have acquired so far. The dungeons will be very varried in terms of themes and fauna, so i hope you're ready for it! Global Pokédex Your Pokédax data will be automatically saved on a global Pokédex regrouping all your runs! Seven years ago, Supreme Leader Gharal initiated Operation Migration, sending his ruthless Pokémon Rangers across the seas to other regions to migrate hundreds of species by force. Tensions with Paldea halted the operation, so the second phase has begun: bringing in Pokémon from other dimensions. Scientists on Neon Island have discovered how to remotely harvest bits of DNA from extradimensional Pokémon. But their experiments have led to unusual anomalies in the region that some think are full gateways into those dimensions. And an ancient cult has resurfaced, believing these anomalies to be signs that their ascension to godhood is near. All this has led to a scientific boom throughout Cyniir. The eccentric Professor Ginkgo is developing a new lab in Bismuth Village, and as top of your class at the Naranja Academy in Paldea, you’ve been sent to Cyniir to help. The biggest questions he seeks to answer: why did Pokémon in Cyniir go extinct? And could it happen again? Discovering seemingly endless floors beneath the lab, Ginkgo decides to fund your scientific endeavors by turning it into a service hub that will revitalize Bismuth Village. But rumors say the town is cursed, and there may be more secrets hiding deep beneath the lab… Features 950+ Pokémon available; all through Gen 8 (plus some Hisui, Gen 9, and Fakémon evolutions), start the game with a National Dex; Mega Evolutions and alternate forms available, with a plot-related reason why so many Pokémon are present in one region (~700 implemented in v0.4.0) New region with 8 Gyms + 8 Dojos, using challenging custom movesets and a tough Elite 4, plus rematches for them and most trainers (6 Gyms + 6 Dojos implemented + rematches for Gym 1-3 + Dojo 1-3) Reputation system, 6 factions that affect the plot and your rewards - work with the power-dismantling Team Autonomy, the labor-organizing Team Unity, the business-focused Team Fortune, the dictatorial Pokémon Rangers of Cyniir’s government, the mysterious Fellowship of the Ascendants, and/or another secret faction lying in wait… Recruit system to build out a gargantuan hub and home base for shops and services, inspired by Suikoden and Legion Saga; upgrade it in a variety of ways; unlock deeper and deeper basement floors of your Research Lab as you progress, renovate them, and populate them with 40+ recruits (28 available in v0.4.0) Crafting system with 100+ unlockable recipes (68 available in v.0.4.0); many Pokémon hold (and drop) crafting items Study system that provides your character with new perks and other benefits the more you learn and experience in the world, ex. expertise in Hacking lets you break into computers, Negotiation gives you a word up in negotiation events, Botany gets you extra Apricorns, Finances gives you access to investment machines, etc. Built-in quest log to keep track of hundreds of quests and side quests (157 currently completable, many more to come); some have multiple solutions (ex. unlock a locked door by bringing a Klefki or a Pokémon that knows Thief, crafting a Lockpick, or negotiating with the person holding the key) Combat updates including Z-Moves, new Mega Evolutions, Strong and Agile Styles, statuses from Hisui, and 70+ new moves and Abilities A variety of useful Pokégear apps to discover, including ones that show type matchups, access an array of Move Tutors, track available wild encounters, connect with NPCs for bond bonuses, and access a portable PC, plus customizable themes for different Pokégear displays Every NPC has something to offer, no more useless one-liner NPCs - my least favorite quality of all RPGs!: get usable advice, quests, items, Pokémon, crafting recipes, new mechanics, Pokégear apps, faction reputation, recruits and upgrades for your lab, eggs, battles, clues to help solve quests, Move Tutors, and more; if an NPC seems like they provide nothing, they’ll likely offer something later (or you’ve made a choice that’s closed them off from you!) Interacting with items that normally gave nothing of substance may now provide new benefits (ex. books, TVs, sinks, fridges, binoculars, etc.) Choices matter; many different decisions you make will affect the plot, your standing with the six factions, how tough battles are, what rewards you’ll earn, how negotiations go, and what ways the world will change: Will you privatize the Poké Centers? Will you support the Poké Ranch strike? Will you insult the Supreme Leader on live TV? 100 TMs, 100 TRs, and 100 SMs to customize your movesets even further, with revised eligibility so more Pokémon are able to learn more moves; SMs are all former signature moves that were previously usable by only one or very few Pokémon Reworked HM system; some obstacles only require an HM Device, but others require consumable HM Charges, offering limitations to HM field moves but without requiring HM slaves or entirely blocking progress 7 new types (Sound, Cosmic, Food, Mystic, Slime, Chaos, Dream), adds a variety of new moves, new evolutions, move type changes, and type changes for 250+ Pokémon; there are far fewer single-type Pokémon Some Pokémon type changes and rebalances, boosts to weaker Pokémon like Magcargo, Ledian, and Tropius (among others), expanded movesets for many Pokémon, many additional Hidden Abilities, as well as overall type rebalances, including buffs to Bug, Ice, and Psychic and nerfs to Water, Fairy, and Steel; nearly every type combination is represented Weather system to keep battles interesting, using seven location-based biomes that ensure certain areas only get certain types of weather Social bonds with 25 NPCs, granting you XP, catch rate, and shiny rate bonuses for each of the 25 types as your choices and actions connect you with certain characters No day/night system; no more limitations to when Pokémon can be caught or evolved, play whenever you want New ways of acquiring shiny and other different-colored Pokémon Loads of collectibles; not only can you catch them all, you’ll collect charms, recruits, Mega Stones, Z-Crystals, plushies, Diancie Jewels, Move Tutors, birthsign beads, Triple Triad cards, and more - and get rewarded for it! An assortment of QOL upgrades including quicksave, multisave, and autosave, egg groups in the UI, new evolution stones for easier evolutions, a name randomizer, IV/EV indicators, unlockable happiness tracking, text skipping, in-battle move and stat change details, and a turbo speed toggle Legendary breeding (with plot-related reason), new Natures, moves, and Abilities, a BerryDex, a Charm Case, Triple Triad, and numerous other special concepts and features! Notes This is a one-person project, and I don’t have a strong eye for design. This may not be the game for you if you’re looking for exceptional graphics or mapmaking, and I know there are mismatched/blurry sprites and some bad recolors, but my hope is that it’s feature- and content-rich enough to make up for what it’s missing in visuals. There is a lot of additional content planned - so it’ll be a long while until this is in its finished state. I’ve been working on it for a few years and I estimate that it’s about 35% complete (including postgame). ALSO: with the new type changes, rebalances, and new moves, I strongly recommend using the new battle info screens liberally (press M when selecting a move to see type effectiveness and press N at any time to see the types of all active Pokémon). v0.4.1 is compatible with v04.0. It might be compatible with saves from v0.3.1, but I can’t guarantee it. It is not compatible with saves from v0.3.0 or earlier. There’s a higher chance that save files from v0.4.0 on out will be forward-compatible, but these are still just demos, and things may change significantly from version to version in ways that could corrupt save files or cause game-breaking bugs for previous saves. I'm not currently looking for additional dev team members, but I may be open to that further down the line. I'd love to hear any feedback that anyone has to offer, good or bad. Especially if you find any bugs! If you get stuck anywhere, want to know something about the project, or want any specific guidance toward completing tasks/catching Pokémon/finding Crafting Plans/etc., let me know here or in the Discord!
