v0.1.8 Released 11/3/25! Welcome to the celestial land of Tenno! Known for its futuristic technology and advanced space program, the Tenno Region thrives thanks to the ambitions and benevolence of Team Planetary, an organization dedicated to the region's betterment. You start your Pokémon journey in the Tenno Region like many other trainers, but soon you and your childhood friend/rival witness a more sinister side of Team Planetary. They steal property and take Pokémon, all supposedly in the name of saving the region. Can the ends justify the means? As the only witnesses to these heinous acts in a region that idolizes the villains, it’s up to you to stop them while striving to become the Tenno Champion. Blast off on an out-of-this-world journey of astronomical proportions! Pokémon Sol Version is a fan project that aims to create a traditional Pokémon experience using Pokémon Essentials on RPG Maker XP. It is a part of the Cosmic Quest Project, and is technically the "third version" to the hypothetical Luna and Terra Versions. Currently released is a work-in-progress beta test/demo. What's a beta/demo? I explain in detail here. The main campaign is essentially complete and you can play the entire story up until the credits roll, but there is currently no post-game content. That will come in future updates, as discussed here. But, feel free to keep on exploring the region and completing missed optional content until then. Trailers Other Trailers Available Here Features 136 brand-new custom Pokémon (in addition to over 250 returning Pokémon from all generations) New Mega Evolutions New Regional Variants: Tennoan Forms Over 100 new moves and over 50 new abilities for new and old Pokémon alike An entire new region to explore, filled with a variety of unique locations A traditional Pokémon story, including a Pokémon League and evil team An expansive post-game story (Future Update) Light-Type Pokémon New mechanics, such as double abilities, combo-typed moves, and more Challenging boss battles against non-Pokémon entities and powerful Legendary Pokémon The Battle Final Frontier. It's the Battle Frontier, but in space (Future Update) The return of the Pokémon World Tournament, with more characters than ever before (Future Update) And so much more! Check out this link to read a series of articles that goes into behind-the-scenes explanations and examinations of many of the new aspects, features, and mechanics. Screenshots More Screenshots Important Notes This game is in beta and is an unfinished product. While playing, expect to encounter glitches and game crashes. If you do, please report them, as explained in the "Reporting Issues" section below. Due to the chances of encountering a game crash, I recommend saving your game frequently, especially before and after difficult or important battles or after long story events. The game is essentially complete up until the credits roll. That means you can play the entire main story, but there are no post-game elements added yet. Future updates to come. This game is designed to be a traditional and authentic Pokémon experience. It will not contain features common to fan games, such as a speed-up button. This game is designed to play more like the earlier Pokémon games (Gens I through V), rather than the more modern ones. As such, it may require more effort and thought to beat than you might be used to from modern Pokémon games. The game features the classic version of Exp. Share, rather than the modern version which distributes experience among all Pokémon in the party automatically. An Exp. All item, which functions like the modern Exp. Share, does exist in the game, but it is a reward for a side quest that spans the entire region and cannot be obtained until the very end of the game. It is better to think of it as a post-game item. One aspect of real Pokémon games that could not be replicated by this game is interactions with other players. This means it would usually be impossible to evolve Pokémon that require being traded. However, if you want to evolve such a Pokémon, just show a Pokémon that evolves through trade to the woman on the second floor of any Pokémon Center and she'll give you a special item that can evolve these Pokémon instead. Certain aspects of this game may be incompatible with JoiPlay. I have received reports of graphic display issues, random lag, and missing sound effects, all coming from JoiPlay, rather than any specific issue with the game. JoiPlay prevents players from skipping the opening movie. Players using JoiPlay should either delete or rename the folder titled "Movies" within their "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. This will cause the game to automatically skip the movie. This will have to be done every time the game is updated. Download v0.1.8 Here (Updated 11/3/25) No Hotfix Currently Required If you need help getting things working after downloading from this link, see here for instructions. Once you've downloaded the most recent version, apply the the most recent hotfix (if applicable) as explained below. Update Instructions: If you've already downloaded an older version of Sol Version and are looking to update, simply delete your outdated "Pokémon Sol Version" folder and download the current version from the above link. Your save data will transfer over automatically. Hotfix Instructions: If and only if there's a hotfix download link listed below the regular download link, then you'll need to apply the hotfix to Sol Version to play the most up-to-date version. Click the link to download a file called "Game.rgssad" and move that file into your "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. When it asks you if you want to replace the existing file, say yes. Now your game is up to date. You should always try to have to most recent hotfix applied to your game. If you've just installed Sol Version for the first time and a hotfix is available, you should apply the hotfix right away. Reporting Issues As this is a work-in-progress beta build of the game, expect to find glitches and other issues. Please report any issues you come across while playing. You can report them here, or send me an email at CosmicQuestProject@gmail.com. As much information as you can provide on the context of the issue, as well as screenshots if possible, is very helpful. If there's an error message, a picture or copy of the exact message would be of great assistance. The game's error log, with a list of all error messages you've received can be located in your file explorer under Users>[Your Name]>AppData>Roaming>Pokémon Sol Version. AppData is only visible if you first click the "View" tab, and then check the box labeled "Hidden Items." From there, you can copy and paste the exact error message, with the newest errors on the bottom. It is my hope that working together we can remove all of the issues that remain undiscovered in this game and we can move it ever closer to a final release. Known Issues Sometimes when an ability's name displays in battle, it will instead display the name of the Pokémon's other ability. This is a purely visual bug. The proper ability is still activating. Sometimes the game will crash when transitioning from the opening movie to the title screen. If this happens, you can simply relaunch the game and skip the movie to circumvent the crash. A handful of Tenno Pokémon are still a work in progress and do not yet have certain graphics. For a complete list of Pokémon missing some or all of their graphics, see here. Any Mega Evolved Pokémon not listed here is not yet available in the game, even if a Mega Stone is obtainable. The Mega Stone is a placeholder and will not work. Have A Question About Where to Find Something or How to Do Something in the Game? Look Here First Mystery Gift Sol Version has a rotation of Mystery Gift distributions. Plot Summary: When the Drakensberg government swept to power, the lives of many were changed overnight. Walled by the deep sea, the residents of South Fuso are forced to toil in the island's harrowing mines. One of these workers is you, the silent Trainer who is destined for greater things. The wounds from a torched friendship burn, but the desire to settle a score and preserve your family's legacy are paramount. At the center of attention is the Dragon's Cup - a prestigious and definitive competition where the world's best Trainers strive to prove themselves on the big screen. Your rival, a former friend-turned-archnemesis, appears unstoppable on his way to a three-peat championship. Behind the scenes, however, an authoritarian government operates in secrecy. Their hidden agenda remains elusive from the general public; enforced by a band of crooked cops. A meteor will soon graze the skies of Fuso. Fulfilling a 500 year promise, its emerald-green luster inspires hope to its lost children. Will the power of hope inspire you to fight for your family's legacy? Or will you and your loved ones be forever lost in the system? Logo is a WIP Welcome to Ayrei The Ayrei Region, a landmass split into four different quadrants. Each with their own people and Pokemon every moment of your adventure has something new in store. This is not the full planned region, only what's currently available in 4.0 No Gyms, No Elite Four In Project Vanguard, the role of the Pokemon Trainer is no longer to collect gym badges and become the champion. Instead, Trainers protect the region from criminal organizations, aggressive wild Pokemon, and whatever other conflicts come their way. As a brand new Trainer, you'll enroll in the Vanguard Academy, a school dedicated to teaching the next generations of Pokemon wielders. As you rise through the ranks, you'll face new challenges, meet new friends, and of course, uncover your mysteries past. Oh, that's right, you. With thousands of hours of work from both our artists and balancers, each one will be fun to play with and offer a useful role in your team. A Brand New World To Explore The region of Ayrei is built with exploration in mind. On your journey across it, you'll not just find trainers to battle, but also den's home to rare Pokemon, treasures guarded by powerful opponents, and a lot of optional areas you'll miss if you don't look hard enough. Defined Difficulty Modes Vanguard has three difficulty modes for your choose from. Each one with hand crafted teams for every important boss trainer. No matter what type of player you are, one of these modes should offer an engaging experience. Quality of Life While we still want Vanguard to feel like an proper adventure, we of course cut down on a lot of the tedious tasks you'd find yourself stuck with in other games. This includes the removal of EV training, as points can now be allocated at any time from the summary screen, and other Pokemon customization items now being easily purchasable. Additional Features Old Gym Leaders return as cosplayers ("super fans") for you to battle with new teams! Most route Trainers are optional (progress at your own pace!) Quite happy with how the final game has turned out but there were multiple points of scaling back scope and adjusting the story during development. Having worked together multiple times before we knew we'd be able to get something good out before the deadline but having never been Lead Developer myself before I now understand the pain a bit better! Hopefully people enjoy the exploration aspect without it feeling quite as open as our previous project, Pokémon Peppermint. I'm particularly happy with how the cutscenes came out, so I'm looking forward to hearing people's thoughts on those! Legends of Aurora Made with Pokémon Essentials v20.1 Introduction: Howdy! My name's Midnight. This is a project I've been working on for years at this point. Some of you might remember an older version of this game I posted a few years ago. That game, while very ambitious considering my skillset at the time, wasn't very good. It was buggy, maps and environments were open but barren, and the story didn't have a consistent throughline. In the years since, I've become infinitely better at using RPG Maker and Essentials and well as grown more accustomed to writing stories, so I decided to bring Legends of Aurora back and give it the treatment it always deserved. I hope you enjoy! Project Description: Legends of Aurora celebrates the Pokémon series' past while working toward a brighter future. Countless callbacks and references from the franchise's history enrich the new Region and setting with familiarity. At the same time, it emphasizes the core strengths of the Pokémon formula, such as exploration and world-building, and explores a more complex narrative focused on how the past affects people and the many ways people can change. Plot Synopsis: Legends of Aurora follows the journey of a young Trainer traveling through the recently settled Aurora Region. You will take on the role of either Ayden or Ava. Our protagonist originally had plans to work with their local Pokémon Professor, but instead joins a "super league", where the best Pokémon Trainers in the world are invited to participate. During their travels, our hero will discover the wrongdoings of Team Ace, who are reviving Shadow Pokemon. An encounter with a special experimental Riolu leads you to work together to stop Team Ace's schemes. Unique Features: A curated Regional Pokédex The return of Shadow Pokémon Several Quality of Life Features (Quicksave, multiple save slots, move relearning and nicknaming from the menu, etc.) A Hard Mode featuring revamped boss fights HMs are removed in favor of the HM Catalogue, a Key Item to aid in any progression needs A Quest Log to keep track of the main story and side activities Mid-battle dialogue to enhance battles Cinematic and expansive cutscenes Screenshots: Download Link: Discord Link: Documentation: Readme: Feedback Survey: Credits: Team Members: TheMidnightLucario Director, Scenario Writer, Interior Map Designer Frousteleous Lead City & Route Map Designer, Sprite Artist Halehallo Programmer Veryrealnoah City Map Designer

Hello! Welcome to Pokemon Alden, a fan game based loosely on my long running D&D game! Right now, this is a pretty modest project, but I want to share it regardless! I've done my best to fill this first big chunk of the game with as much detail and intrigue as possible. PLOT Pokemon Alden is set in the Helephen Region, a small portion of a larger nation ruled over by the technologically advanced Aldenian League. Your story begins when you are tasked with making a simple delivery for your neighbor, the local Pokemon Professor. As you travel North, you'll start to learn more about the region's problems. Pokemon are becoming sick and strange debt collectors are harassing the people of Helephen. All these unsavory happenings seem to point back to the Aldenian League, and you'll find yourself going from simple errand runner to hero. You may also find yourself joining factions such as the Pokemon Rangers and the archeologists of the Thaelian Society. You'll help the Pokemon Rangers in their fight against a group of poachers known as Team Plunder. If you choose to join the Thaelian Society, you'll pursue artifacts that tell the history of Helephen. And of course you'll also collect gym badges, hunt rare Pokémon, and achieve Pokedex milestones. FEATURES (Available in this Demo) Nearly 150 original regional variants. More than 400 new moves and more than 130 new abilities. 6 Gyms to challenge. More than 125 quests to complete. Basic crafting system with drops from wild Pokemon. The "Ancient" type. This includes all fossil mons, Totodile, Relicanth, and a few others + several new variant species. New weathers, terrains, and other significant battle system additions. New Take on the Expedition Zone, a vast run-based experience where you build a team on the fly and see if you can summit Expedition Volcano. New Hall of the Wardens, a facility for collecting special re-colors and signature abilities by defeating wild boss Pokemon. New Choose from three original player characters: Sable, Worthy, and Artemis. A couple other things I don't want to spoil :) POKEMON CHANGES I have rebalanced almost every original Pokemon available in the game to fit better with the pacing of a single player adventure. In general I changed the following: Pokemon have higher stats but evolve later (sometimes significantly). All fully evolved Pokemon have a BST of at least 470. Pokemon have vastly expanded learn sets and in many cases at least one new ability. All evolutions have been streamlined to be either: Level up, Stone, or Happiness. Happiness has been reworked to no longer include step grinding. Megas and Gmax forms are not present. Instead many of these have been repurposed and rebalanced as permanent evolutions for Pokemon like Lopunny, Lapras, Pinsir, Manectric, Garbodor, and many others. DOWNLOAD Download the Game Here! ------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------- POKÉMON LITTLE LEAGUE --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Are you tired of everyday life? Bored with the monotony of it all? BOOK A FERRY TO NINE ISLAND TODAY! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Being a Pokémon Ranger is hard work, so why not take an island vacation? In this new roguelike adventure made with Pokémon Essentials, you take the role of a Pokémon Ranger assisting the enigmatic inventor Bill with testing out his new invention: The Nine Island Little League! Explore Nine Island with your fellow intern Coral; battle modernized takes on the classic Kanto gyms; and catch over a hundred and fifty Pokémon in the demo alone! Pokémon Little League revolves around battling, so good teambuilding and resource-management are key to a winning run. Multiple weaker or dissatisfactory Pokémon have been given various buffs to become niche or even core members of your team if given the chance. Make sure to pick and choose your team wisely, however, as your money for Pokéballs, Potions, and Rare Candies is limited. Being a roguelike, every playthrough of Little League is different! Not only are the gyms shuffled around and encountered in a random order, but I've handcrafted teams for each iteration (for a more balanced experience). Additionally, there are six random events that can occur after each gym in this demo, with more planned for the full game. These can range anywhere between battling with Blue to playing Three-Ball Monte! There's more that I'd love to tell you about, but I think that may ruin some of the surprise... so if you want to know more, click on the spoiler below at your OWN PERIL!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So that's my sales pitch. I made this game on a whim for my roommate Ben to play, since he said he'd never played a fangame before. Bluntly speaking, I've had a hell of a good time making Little League (staying up until 2am working on a title screen will do that to ya), and I'd love for you to give it a shot. As stated, this is only a taste of what I have to offer, so if you have anything you particularly like or dislike about it, PLEASE let me know! I'd love to hear your feedback. And trainer, don't forget to have some fun while you're at it. After all, that's why we do this. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CREDITS ----- PLUGINS ----- Essentials - v21.1 Hotfixes - Maruno Modular Pokémon Selection - ChampChar110 Generation 9 Pack - Level Caps EX - NoNoNever Deluxe Battle Kit - Lucidious89 ----- ASSET RIPS ----- DPP - Kokinho Kokeiro HGSS - Dazz ----- CREATED BY ----- AvidClown ----- PLAYTESTING ----- Offline_8, Gyro, Ben, Aaron ----- SPRITE RIPS ----- Kokinho Kokeiro (DPP), Dazz (HGSS) ----- SPECIAL THANKS ----- Everyone who has helped me to learn and improve. Pokémon Pure Heart and Pokémon True Soul are my ROM hacks of Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver. HeartGold and SoulSilver are by far my favourite and most cherished games in the Pokémon series, and I wanted to make a ROM hack that would elevate these wonderful games into what I'd describe as my perfect Pokémon games. The purpose of this hack isn't to introduce a bunch of QOL from newer games, make all 496 Pokémon available to obtain before taking on the Pokémon League, or change the base stats of various weaker Pokémon, but instead to simply make a number of edits ranging from minor changes to substantial additions. In essence, Pure Heart and True Soul are my "dream Pokémon games", and my realised vision for the Johto remakes. I had never planned to share my creation outside of a small circle, but I have come to realise that there are many people who share my ideals, specifically regarding HeartGold and SoulSilver, who may appreciate my vision for these games. Please note that Pure Heart and True Soul are ROM hacks solely made for my pleasure, but in choosing to share them with the public, I am making them open to suggestions and ideas. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the changes I made to HeartGold and SoulSilver, and I hope you enjoy reading my post, and maybe even playing through my ROM hack! ✨ Features ✨ 🖼️ Screenshots 🖼️ 🔗 Download 🔗 📝 To-do 📝 Speaking about the ROM hack itself, there are a number of features that I had planned out a while ago, but never saw priority, or I just couldn't manage to get it working properly. One such feature includes turning the construction site in Vermillion City into a villa for the player to own, similar to the one in Platinum. Cynthia would give you the keys to it, and you would be able to unlock furniture as in Platinum. Getting the building model in would be the easy part, porting the furniture unlocking system would be the difficult part, and is currently out of my scope. I also wanted to turn that cutscene with your rival and their grandparents at the Day Care on Route 34 into the Odd Egg event from Crystal, but I ran into some troubles with the scripting. This is high up on my list though, so if this ROM hack garners enough attention, I will definitely attempt it again. A recent idea I came up with is composing a new battle track for Team Rocket Executives. Since I have already given Eusine a unique battle track, I thought, "why not?". This will take some time though, and I have completely forgot the entire process required to compose and insert new battle themes into HeartGold & SoulSilver (it's not fun, trust me). Other than that, there are some extra little things I'd like to add, like having Kurt move to his desk while making Apricorn balls, removing some unnecessary hand-holding/filler added in the remakes, and making the trainers in the S.S. Aqua re- matchable, as in the original games, perhaps the roster of trainers rotates every time you board the ship, and they get stronger over time. Features like these are definitely do-able! I just need the motivation to work on them.[/SPOILER] 📜 Credits 📜

================================= Project Title: Project Untamed ================================= Team Name/Team Members: Team Untamed Full credits attached in a text file ================================= Kit used: Pokémon Essentials v20.1 ================================= Project Description: Have you heard of the Mazah region created by Jack on the Subjectively YouTube channel? If not, take a look at this playlist! We are making this hypothetical region a reality! " ================================= Plot Outline: “In ancient times, the Mazah region was divided into two distinct societal groups: the Imata tribe, and the Katalu empire. The Imata were a peaceful people, living off the land and following the Pokémon that shared their desert home. The Katalu ruled over the vast jungles and established a sprawling empire with cities and structures that towered over the land. Each civilization followed the teachings of a separate deity. The Katalu were followers of Hylarmos, the first hunter. The Imata worshipped Maripome, the first hunted. The story goes that when the Mazah region was inhabited by only Pokémon, Hylarmos and Maripome set the ecosystem in balance. Hylarmos as the first predator, and Maripome as the first prey. When humans began to inhabit the land, some favored the ways of the predator: stagnant, unchanging, and always hungry for more. Other humans sought out the life of prey: ever moving, in fear of being caught, looking forward to a better future. After some time, the Katalu began to exhaust their resources. Depleting their jungle home of food, they sought to conquer what little the Imata had. They unleashed Hylarmos using special jewelry to control it. The Pokémon wreaked havoc over the land, laying waste to both the jungle and the desert, consuming everything in its path. In a desperate attempt to save their people, the Imata released their guardian, Maripome. Enticed by this ultimate prize, Hylarmos pursued its ancient rival. The ensuing chase caused more destruction than either civilization anticipated, and they were forced to work together to seal away both Pokémon in a sacred tomb. As the years went, by the remnants of the Katalu and Imata civilizations slowly unified. The land was no longer divided, and it adopted a new name: the Mazah region. While the empire of the Katalu and the tribes of the Imata have faded into history, their mentalities persist in their descendants. Some believe the only way to succeed is to remain hungry and ruthless. Change brings about destruction, and tradition must reign supreme. Others live more progressive lives, seeking to break out of the routines of old and blaze a new trail for the Mazah region.” The contrasting themes of the Mazah region are modernism versus tradition. Professor Ceiba of the region is researching the relationship between Pokémon and the culture of the region. She wants to find out how Pokémon influences the traditions of people. For this reason, she gives the player a starter Pokémon from a set of three that have historically contributed to the culture of the region. She also advises that the player take on the gym challenge to learn more about the culture of each town and learn more about Pokémon. Evil Teams: Eon Faction (Traditional): They are inspired by the old kingdom of Katalu that worshiped Hylarmos. They believe their way of thinking is correct and that breaking out of routine is dangerous for the region. They have ignored new ideas even if they benefit the Mazah region and its people. The current Eon Faction are landowners and usually pass down their accumulated land through generations, hoarding property and housing and making affordable housing impossible in some areas. Neo Collective (Progressive): They are inspired by the old tribes of Imata that worshiped Maripome. Although they are progressive and believe in breaking out to find new ways of improving the old, they will sometimes ignore traditions such as respect for ancestors and their way of life, even when those traditions provide a moral compass. They are more technologically advanced but never stay in the same place for more than a while which makes it difficult for their families to take root and develop a strong bond with their region. They go around the Mazah region looking for opportunities for progress (new tech and business opportunities, sometimes at the inconvenience of the local residents). ================================= Current Features: Objective (Quest) log - we plan to have many side quests in addition to the main quest line, and the main objective to progress in the story will remain tracked so players can check up on their objective and remember what to do after taking a break from the game Following Pokémon Pronoun selection Normal/Hard Difficulty New region, new fakemon and regional variants, of course (check them out on the Subjectively YouTube channel) Planned Features (subject to change): Number of Towns: 7+ Number of Cities: 3+ Additional Pokédex entries are planned for some Pokémon. These "CultureDex" entries add to the lore of the region and unlock via optional quests as rewards at times. This is planned because the region's professor studies how the Pokémon in the region have influenced the culture. Mega Evolution (+ new megas) Camping + Pokémon Amie Pokémon Contests ================================= Progress/Screenshots: Done with the first demo! Demo includes first two towns and a couple other areas. ================================= Method of Contact: If you would like to join, accept this invite to the Discord server, and take a look at the server rules and FAQ! https://discord.gg/4QfgJ26PWa ================================= Additional Information: We all respect each other's opinions and provide constructive criticism while we work as a team. Started in May 2022 and almost done with the demo! Woo! We like to have fun of course. Otherwise, we wouldn't be making a fan game! ================================= How to Play the Demo: Version 1.0.2 of the demo is out! NOTE: it's still in development stages and you might get stuck somewhere 1. Delete the entirety of the game you have so far if you have it. This will not delete your save file. This must be done to avoid any clashing of project versions. 2. Download the zip file here: https://www.mediafire.com/file_premium/6n4y758nvvwyebk/project-untamed-v0.1.3.zip/file 3. Order is born from Chaos, but this is merely the start of its gestation. Engine: Pokémon Essentials v21.1 Premise: The original Xenoverse holds a very special place in my heart, as the first fangame project I have been actively following for years finally coming to fruition. Over the years since its release, me and a lot of other passionate fans have had time to assess this charming, flawed, uneven game, and we felt like it deserved a second shot, to become the best version of itself it could possibly be. With the formation of Beehive Studios and the former developers moving onto an original IP, our as-of-now-unnamed Team has taken the opportunity, with the permission of said original developers, to retool this game while preserving as much of its original identity as possible. This is going to be a remake of Xenoverse, using Essentials v21.1, and this demo covers the first couple Gyms of the game, plus a little bit beyond that (everything before the Galvantula Boss + new stuff we added) Plot Summary: Months have gone by after the player character's father, esteemed researcher and family man Versil, was kidnapped by a mysterious figure from his past. Now his child, Kay or Alice, has set off on a journey across the Eldiw Region to grow strong and find out who has taken their father and why. In their travels, they fight off invasive X Pokemon from another dimension, the Xenoverse, as they wreak havoc, overtake territory, and endanger the lives of the people all throught the region. These encounters, however, are often less than spontaneous, as their appearances are tied to the criminal organization called "Team Dimension", the ones responsible for their father's kidnapping, whose ranks are filled by robots instead of people. Among the many mysteries of the Eldiw Region, the Starter that has chosen Kay/Alice seems to have a connection with the very forces that make up the fabric of reality, which becomes the point of interest for a young and brash cyborg, with a Pokemon who seems to share this connection alongside the Starters. For those who are familiar with Xenoverse's plot, this doesn't sound too unfamiliar, but the details and the context have been completely overhauled, while keeping the broad strokes of the story and the various set pieces mostly intact. I like to think that all the changes made were for the better, but I require feedback to be certain. What's new? The original Pokemon Xenoverse took place in an original region, featured Fakemon and Mega Evolutions and had a heavy focus on the story. None of this is going to change, but a lot of things around this framework have, and let's start off with a bang with: Rewrites While putting a lot of focus on the story, especially in the later half, this game seems to have never gotten the privilege of a second draft, and all sorts of creative turmoils behind the scenes have led to the overall story feeling very... unfocused and non cohesive. This is where this whole project started, my rewrites of the story that tried to tie together concepts introduced later into the very start, ensuring a more solid foundation from which the game itself could be built upon in terms of narrative. While the characters will be largely the same, outside of a few exceptions, I hope you find them more fleshed out and compelling than their original counterparts, especially since, as I said, the story is still going to be one of the main focal points of this game. Re-Balanced Many Pokemon from the original game have been rebalanced, that comes with the fangame territory a lot of the time, and some need it more than most (Looks at... all of Gen 2), but usually you don't really need that many powerful Pokemon if the trainers are as easy as they normally are... But not anymore! Because now the Trainers are (hopefully) gonna pose a real challenge, mostly in the important battles. Said battles are also mostly going to be double battles, as to spice up the gameplay experience, showcase potential strategies that help make bosses stand out from one another and allow more playstyle variety. Bossfights Speaking of battles, however, one of Xenoverse's biggest claims to fame was the X Pokemon Boss Battles, which sees you fighting a Pokemon with boosted stats and multiple health bars, and while that has remained, the boss battle mechanics have been remade to add more variety. You use 2 of your Pokemon to fight 1 Boss, like a reverse Totem Battle, but aside from the Pokemon you fight being stronger, they also possess multiple phases, where upon triggering the phase change all status and stat drops vanish, and something else happens to shake up the battle and make one boss more distinct from another. When I mean that important trainers and bosses are more powerful, however, I don't just mean their movesets and items (although they are), but they will also, after a certain stage, have fully realised IVs and EVs! Don't panic, because there's two other factors you need to consider: 1) We have a plug in that allows you to customize your own EVs from the very start! The EV Pool scales up with your level, so if you want to, you can try tailoring your mons to your needs. 2) ...A lot of these tougher buffs are reserved for the new Hard mode, and while Normal Mode is also gonna be harder, stuff like EVs and IVs and incredible items and moves is something that will be introduced more gradually later on. In short, your Pokemon are stronger, your enemies are stronger, and you are gonna have all the tools you need to face them and then some! Even more Fakemons We couldn't resist this one, this is what Pokemon is all about, creating creatures you can play with, and we wanted to stretch our creativity too! We mostly added more regional variants, so as to not leave Eldiwian Meowth completely alone, some Convergent Pokemon because those are just fun to design and come up with, and a few special scrapped Gen 2 Pokemon that have been given new life and new places in the world. There are plans for more regional forms and some brand new X Species Pokemon too, but those are best for locales that are beyond this demo's reach... for now. Gotta Catch them All Xenoverse's original Pokedex was by no means small, but since this franchise is all about monster collecting, I have decided to expand it even more, but to incentivse the player to actually CATCH the Pokemon, another fangame has shown me how to cater to that design philosophy. Pokemon Tectonic is a game entirely revolving around catching Pokemon to reap rewards in the form of EXP Candy and other items, so you can get any wild Pokemon into fighting shape (up to a level cap). The feedback loop of catching pokemon to get rewards so you can beat bosses to then unlock the ability to catch more Pokemon to reap more rewards is one that I find to be pretty engaging and satisfying, as such it has been applied to this game, with the addition of it being integrated with the Achievement system of the original Xenoverse too! Dens Dens were a really neat idea, exploring mini dungeons with your Starter to obtain some loot and engage in puzzles really helps both fleshing out both your connection to the Starter the world the Pokemon live in, since it is a den and all. This game also had some great puzzles... in the postgame. Yeah, it took them time to get good and most of the dens just... aren't. Most of the original dens puzzles rely on trial and error, and all for loot that is not worth it at all. Well, not anymore! Now there's more loot then ever, the loot is (hopefully) more worthwhile, and the puzzles have been diversified! This demo has 3 real dens to show that off, but there's gonna be way more in the future. Screenshots Demo Download: Windows version: Xeno EX v1.0.2.zip Mac version (Let us know if you encounter problems, we tested it a bunch and all seems correct but it's new so we wanna hear eventual problems. If yes, using Whisky to run the windows version will work just fine.) Xeno EX v 1.0.2 Mac.zip There is also a link to our Discord Server, from which you can give us all feedback on your experience. Invite Link: https://discord.gg/vNepvR4j This is the first step of a journey, where we try to make this game into the best version of itself it could possibly be, and we hope that you will provide all the feedback needed to get to that point. Thank you for your time, and hope you enjoy this Demo. Per Aspera Ad Astra. CREDITS:

Created in Pokémon Essentials v18.1 (+MKXP) Plot It is by chance one day that you fall into the Honnis Underground, left to fend for yourself with only a single Pokéball. It is through a rather unusual series of events that you find yourself wrapped up in a conspiracy involving the beloved "Baker's Dozen"! Will you save the region from chaos? Will you uncover the secrets of the Honnis Region? Will you beat 8 gyms and the Pokémon League in the process? ...Probably. The Honnis Region The Honnis region is a sprawling and diverse land filled with countless different Pokémon and cities filled with all kinds of interesting people and places. Though it contains countless secrets of its own, its most interesting feature is undoubtedly the Honnis Underground, a vast network of cave systems containing hundreds of Pokémon that cannot be found anywhere else in the region. Pokémon within it are more active than their surface counterparts, and there are some individuals that have demonstrated unusual amounts of strength and aggression. It is said that the Pokémon within have the mysterious property of 'scaling' to the strength of your party! Features Treat Traits Special abilities granted upon consuming specific items, Traits come in a wide variety of effects that can be granted to any Pokémon! Grants varying stat boosts depending on a species' strength, allowing even weaker Pokémon to keep up with their evolved counterparts While a Pokémon possesses a Trait, it loses the ability to evolve via level-up, requiring it to be evolved through the party menu. Through the use of the EZ-Oven and some recipes, you can even craft your own Pokétreats at any time! New Forms and Evolutions The Honnis region contains an utterly massive amount of Pokémon, and depending on what part of the region you are in, some species will even take on entirely new forms. It appears that some Pokémon even possess entirely new evolutions. Yet what are the mysteries surrounding this mysterious 'Flux Stone'? New Moves and Abilities, and Rebalances Freeze has been changed to Frostbite, as seen in Legends Arceus Certain 'weaker' moves and abilities have had their effects strengthened in some form Many Pokémon have had their learnsets expanded, and certain species that lacked secondary or hidden abilities have now gained them There are also a variety of brand new moves, items, and abilities! Various QOL Touches NPCs that allow you to fast travel between previously visited towns and areas All trainer battles can be forfeited, rather than requiring a loss TMs can now be taught directly from the summary screen (and even in PC boxes) instead of requiring you to manually sift through your bag. Sun Dust and Moon Dust, held items that let you make time-based evolutions at any time Marks can also be acquired through defeating wild Pokémon instead of being limited to newly captured Pokémon HMs can now be used just by having them in your inventory IVs and EVs are visible on the summary screen Pokémon with hidden abilities have a 10% chance of appearing in the wild Egg Moves can now be taught at any Pokémon Center (costs Heart Scales) 'Shards', items that allow you to boost a Pokémon's IVs Happiness-based evolutions have a much more lenient threshold The PC-Link, a rechargeable machine that lets you heal and use the PC from anywhere. And Many More...! Including... 2v1 Boss Battles against particularly powerful Pokémon Two additional shiny variations for every Pokémon Secret Bases Over 250 obtainable TMs Multiple battle facilities Raid Dens A wide variety of sidequests with exclusive rewards and encounters Wild encounters have a 20% chance of starting as double battles when possible, you can capture Pokémon even with two opponents on the field Soft level caps that slow experience gain past a certain threshold, boosted with each badge Online Trading & Battling Team Mak Lead Dev, general stuff-doer Vendily Scripting AOZero2 Composing Playtesters TanookiPrick, Donut, Glacierfury, saltymuch.jpg, Doop, senok, DoopyAngel, Ashwell, Count Sushik, HauntedDitto, KennyCatches, Ayrei, Mashirosakura, Lunarus Note: The game has not been developed with Joiplay in mind, and is not currently compatible with the app. DOWNLOAD LINK v0.4.15 (Updated 09/11/25) https://www.mediafire.com/file/40p6bjx4ojj3pt7/Zirconium_v0.4.15.rar/file Mirror: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18Nyywp-NODAZObvXSN7LJXMBFhuYloNL/view?usp=sharing Contains 3 gyms; 8-10 hours of main story content discounting side content Patch (v0.4.15) Install by unzipping the file and combining the 'Data' folder within with the root game folder. https://www.mediafire.com/file/anpypscdpqsc7am/Patch_v1.0.15.rar/file Changelog v0.4.15 Added two additional ingredient options to every café Nerfed the encounter rates in various areas across the game Fixed sidequest event triggering if you lost to Tyson in Ambell City Fixed issue where TMs did not work on the regional eeveelutions Fixed softlock that would occur when accepting the “A Special Specimen” quest from a certain direction v0.4.14 Fixed crash that would occur when picking up a Poison Barb during an expedition Added frequent checks to badge variable to prevent sidequest-related crashes v0.4.13.1 Fixed issue with shuffled Pokémon form data v0.4.13 Fixed pseudo-softlock on Route 7 Fixed issue where Route 8 could not be accessed prior to completing the Gym 3 plot. Pokémon Starrise is a fangame being made in RPG Maker XP/Pokémon Essentials v21.1. I've been working on it in my spare time as a one-man team for over a year now. DOWNLOADS: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WMnsomGKlrHoo-2gXNwF3jhYn-yJWB4c?usp=sharing DISCORD: https://discord.gg/9wCNzNPQtS PLOT: You wake up in a laboratory hidden in a cave, and are almost immediately handed a Pokémon and thrust out the door on an adventure with very little explanation. Your adventure, that of qualifying to challenge the region's eight Gyms and the Elite 4 to become the new Champion seems standard enough at first, but it quickly becomes apparent that not all is as it seems. Who are these people attacking you, and why? What happened to that abandoned island? What's the deal with those laboratories? What is the secret to the champion's strength? All this- and perhaps more- will be revealed, in time. This game primarily aims to be a new story set in an interesting world, with gameplay designed for Pokémon fans who want a challenge a bit tougher than the vanilla games usually offer, but not so tough that they can't play with their favorites. FEATURES (CURRENTLY IN THE GAME): -A wide selection of Pokémon from all 9 generations -Generation 9 battle mechanics -Several Pokémon with custom regional variants (and even a handful with custom convergent evolutions) -An in-game way to look up the stats, abilities, and evolution requirements of custom variants -Several custom moves (some being custom TMs, others being signature moves of custom variants) -A few custom abilities I've tried to keep balanced (all on custom variants) -Two challenging gyms, each with their own in-battle gimmicks (ex: permanent Grassy Terrain) -A Move Reminder in every Pokémon Center -Time-based evolutions are no longer time-based, and can be done whenever -Trade evolutions made possible in-game -All Egg Moves now learnable through Move Reminder (some only after evolving though) -An option to switch between Single and Double Battles -An option to switch between Classic and Modern EXP Share -HM Items -Sidequests -A sort of "superboss-lite" (Me!) with new teams after each gym who gives permanent buffs to shiny odds for each team beaten FEATURES (UNIMPLIMENTED BUT PLANNED): -The other six gyms, Elite 4, Champion, the rest of the plot, etc. -Regional variants for all 27 fully-evolved starters (already made, just not obtainable yet) -A difficulty setting -A post-game dungeon reminiscent of the Paper Mario games' Pit of 100 Trials -A functioning Union Room for trading and PVP, if that's even possible
