Released Games

Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.

Welcome to the kingdom of Keltios! I have the honor to present my fangame project: Pokémon Sacred Phoenix. Born on June 23, 2018, here it is officially presented in the community! Currently developed on a heavily modded version 24 of PSDK, this ambitious project aims to bring audacity and originality both in terms of the scenario and Pokémon gameplay while retaining the very essence of this famous license. In the long term, it is on the open-source Godot engine that I want to develop on, because it is the only way to make a fangame worthy of my ambitions. In the spirit of the Relic Castle's game jams, this project that will be free of public use in order to allow everyone to benefit from it, but also to be able to make a contribution to the edifice. When a Legend falls into one of the eternal human conflicts, the Mythical King will lose his Guardian and will no longer be worthy of Arceus' Throne. From this fall will be reborn the curse of the Sovereign of Kalos. Then utter Shadow will plunge the Divine Pokémon into a tormented sleep, subjecting it to dark servitude. From this Shadow that puts many Pokémons' souls to sleep, the Rebirth will shine with the Rainbow Bird. Blessed by the flames of the Sacred Fire and the unconditional Love of the Phoenix Prophet, the Pokémons of Light will restore the balance of the Legendaries ... For from the Shadow type is born the Light, the balance of the world will never be broken. Pokémon Sacred Phoenix is a fan-game that will introduce you to the kingdom of Keltios, a medieval-fantasy world blessed by the Legendaries. Loving myths and legends, it is therefore only natural that I transcribe these passions through my creation. This will involve a unique project on many points, originalities that will make the strength of this project: On Giratina's sphere (the plot): What would a world be without adventures? A medieval-fantasy world is full of mages, prophecies, court intrigues, quests, enemies, battles, deaths, hope and heroes. Through a scenario that skillfully mixes Celtic inspiration and the richness of the official Pokémon Lore, you will live the Phoenix Prophecy and will be led to discover the origin of a mysterious evil (the Shadow type) corrupting the heart of some pocket monsters. On Palkia's sphere (the space): Keltios, a frontier nation of ancient Kalos, will be a brand-new land to explore. At the height of its glory, this historically rich kingdom remains twice the size of a traditional Pokémon region. On Dialga's sphere (the time): A very rare originality, the quest of the Sacred Phoenix will go far into the past: 500 years after the Kalosian reign of AZ, or 2500 years before the contemporary events of the Pokéworld. This implies the absence of almost all technologies. Forget about glass buildings, motor vehicles, computers, Pokémon Centers and modern medicines! It is an opportunity to discover new landscapes (tilesets) and a different philosophy of life, especially magic which is very prominent. It is thanks to it that the forging of Apricorns into Pokéballs was already known and mastered in Keltios. And to make sure you don't feel out of place, you will have the opportunity to "Gotta Catch 'Em All" and to collect dozens of pocket monsters thanks to a mage's privilege that you will inherit very quickly. Yes, an enchanted grimoire will act as a Pokédex! On Arceus' sphere (the physical laws): As magic replaces technology, the inhabitants have learned to live in symbiosis with nature and the "magical creatures" that populate it. You will learn for example that Pokémons recover their energy by camping or resting in an inn (or by praying at an altar), but also that battles can be deadly to your fellow travelers in case of a blow that is too powerful (feature that can be set in the options: disabled, realistic or Nuzlocke). Because yes, in Keltios, the carnal envelope of a Pokémon remains mortal and many trainers have shed tears as a consequence! Generally speaking, the Pokémon gameplay will be revisited in order to get closer to a classic fantasy RPG while keeping the essence of the license. The Sacred Phoenix Quest (and its secondary objectives) will lead you to visit all 22 kelt towns, but also potentially some of the 12 known cities beyond the borders. After an introduction on Phoenix Hill, where your starter will be given to you, your story will start in the peaceful province of Alienor in the west of Keltios, to the battlefields near the Distortion Massif, and to the dream of every trainer: the Mt. Asgard, where the Colosseum of Arceus, the headquarters of the Pokémon League of Keltios, is built. The map is designed to offer you a semi-liberty inspired by open worlds while guiding you a minimum to avoid finding yourself in an off-level zone. In keeping with the Pokémon tradition, most of the cities are themed around the Celtic tree. The geography will also make nods to ancient legends such as those of Avalon or Broceliande. – A mature scenario rich in myths and legends, and where the Legendaries are honored as gods. – Three Dragon Starters: Dratini, Bagon and Gible. All three final forms have their Mega-Evolution. – Unique tilesets for a medieval-fantasy atmosphere – Mapping using the terraforming technique: all Keltios maps have a realistic relief and are perfectly joined. This provides an organic environment and a semi-open world that will allow soaring in the sky between all areas. – An orchestral soundtrack by Pipevanes and Braxton Burks! – 3 rivals – 10 Augurs (replacing Gym Leaders), 2 of which are optional. Each will give a Talisman, equivalent to a badge. – Two sects that will act as Teams: the Cult of Darkrai and the Cult of Giratina. – Fully customizable difficulty, from Assist Mode to Giratina's Hell (hardcore Nuzlocke). – You can forfeit to most trainers and thus decline the battle (but it will be perceived as a dishonor by your party). It is also possible to explore Keltios without battle-capable Pokémon, but be careful not to make unfortunate encounters! – A Game Over is present and can be triggered in three ways: being defeated by a hostile enemy (death match), being killed by one of your own Pokémon or having all your creatures die (with an optional Black Out Clause). – Follow Me: you first Pokémon walks by your side. This can be toggled by [Ctrl] key and has implications on the gameplay. – Presence of holy and cursed places. This impacts your magic and the behavior of your Pokémons. – Shiny encounter chance increased to 1/1074. Shinies have better IVs. – Alpha and Noble Pokémons ! They have a greater chance of being shiny because of their perfect IVs (1/266 and 1/64 chances respectively). – Speed-up button ([F5] key). – An internal clock for the game with its own calendar and season management. – Harvest of Keltios: many wild plants can be harvested in the lands of Keltios and require no maintenance. Their productivity depends on the season, but the Floral Gift (a passive ability possessed by fully evolved Grass Pokémons) can speed up an almost ready harvest. – New potions and healing items adapted to the old era of Keltios. – A mining system allows you to collect the raw materials needed for crafting, including the creation of Pokéballs. – Field Effects: Like Pokémon Reborn, battlefields will have a very significant influence on the power of attacks and will combine with weather and auras. The number of weathers will also be extended. – Caught Overhaul: The capture mechanics have been revisited. A Pokémon that is not weakened or of too high level can deflect balls. Conversely, weakening them will significantly increase your chances of capture! At the same time, the Apricorns-based Pokéballs – the only ones present in Keltios – are rebalanced and offered in three levels of quality. Thus, each one of them will have its utility. – Death Overhaul: The death of Pokémon will be a reality in Keltios: you will be able to lose your magical creatures if they are hit too hard. This can be set in the options (disabled / realistic / Nuzlocke mode). A reincarnation system is present and allows you to get some ghost Pokémons! – Overkill mechanism: Grants a XP boost in case of a powerful fatal blow, but beware not to bloodshed too often. – Loyalty Overhaul: Many parameters influence the feelings of your Pokémons. Gain their trust by giving them food or massaging them. Their level of friendship will have a real influence on battles and will determine how loyal they are to you. You can also instill fear in them to gain respect. – XP Overhaul: Depending on the importance of the fights, the experience gain will be more or less important. At the same time, an original soft level cap greatly accelerates the experience gained if your Pokémon is underlevel and reduces it by half if your Pokémon is too high level. The overlevel also reduces the dread felt by your magical creature, which will impact the obedience they have for you. This effect can be compensated with high friendship. – Pokémons can evolve mid-battle and trade evolutions are replaced by alternatives ones. – A Keltios Pokédex made up of around 500 creatures, of which 15% are Fakemons and regional variants (known as "ancient" forms). New Mega-Evolutions are also present! – Two new types: Shadow and Light. It will be possible to grant one of these two types to your Pokémon through a ritual. – A rebalanced type chart! – Status moves are divided into three sub-categories: buff, debuff, and terrain. – Effectiveness Overhaul: Chances of hitting with a debuff move are influenced by type affinity. Affinity also influences the chances of inflicting a side effect and the rate of indirect or fixed damage. – Statuses and critical hits have been overhauled. – Hax smoother: Minimizes the luck/bad luck discrepancies that frustrate players in battle. This will be done by taking into account the success or failure of the last actions. For example, if you failed your Blizzard, the next one will have more chances to succeed, and vice versa. – EVs and IVs will be visible on the stats. The Pokémon summary will also include much more information than in the official games. (Great for fans of RPG feats). – The EV system is rebalanced and expanded to be closer to what it was in Gen 1 / Gen 2, rewarding trainers who train the same Pokémon over the long term. – Possibility to curse, strengthen or bless the IVs of your Pokémon in order to minimize or maximize them. All your magical creatures will have a chance to become "Perfect". The nature in battle can also be modified in the same manner as mints. – The hermaphrodite gender for Pokémons and egg groups redone from scratch. – Each Legendary Pokémon will have its own Legendary move and/or Ability, reflecting its divine power over the world. – A craft system with the smithing art. – Double and Triple battles with the possibility of meeting wild Pokémons in pairs or triples (the latter is a horde battle.) – Wild Pokémons that will act as bosses and will be fought in 1 vs. 2. In return, they will be able to call for reinforcements in the manner of the SOS battles in SM/USUM. – Augur Battles will take place in colosseums. (Pokémon matches are the most popular entertainment in Keltios and the public wants to see the show!) No puzzles in these buildings, but the Augurs will give you an Alola Trial-style quest before facing you. – Augur Battles will follow the Gym leaders' rules of the Anime with a battlefield to their advantage and a no item clause. – In-map use of HM moves based on the Pokémon's ability to learn the attack (instead of having it in its moveset) and the presence of Poké Ride. – Completing the three branches of crafting: forging, alchemy and enchanting. (Forging is done, left Alchemy and Enchanting.) – Develop the game in HD with a resolution of 1280x720 and sprites in 192x192 for the Pokémons. My ultimate wish is that these HD sprites are also animated. – A Pokémon League in the form of a Double battle tournament in a sumptuous colosseum. – Replacing PP system with 2 new energy gauges for your Pokémons: Mana and Breath. This will allow more than 4 moves per Pokémon. – 6 tactical options instead of 4 in battle: Attack, Stances, Tactics, Pokémon, Bag and Run. – Ho-Oh's Scepter will allow your character to use magic, including casting O-Power style spells, but also to Mega-Evolve your Pokémons and use the Z-Power. – The Sacred Mega-Evolution! Find the true Mega-Evolution as it is described in the anime: the one that requires a sincere love towards your Pokémon. It will also allow the use of Z-moves. – The possibility of performing Poké-Jobs, a kind of repeatable quest that will allow you to earn money without spilling the blood of your magical creatures. – Integration of Pokémon Contests. The Silvynis family is a lineage that has had several royal ancestors. The latest was Nimue the Pure, Mythical Queen who watched over Keltios a century ago. Going back in the genealogy, it is revealed that the blood of Morgana Harmonia and AZ of Kalos also runs in their veins. Of course, as in any self-respecting Pokémon game, you can choose your character's name. Be aware that if you take the hero, the heroine will become one of your rivals and vice versa. The hero Only son of Brendan and Ygerne, Aranel is a young man of 18 who, after the death of his father, found hope by following the teachings of the Ho-Oh cult. Shy but honest, he has always dreamed of becoming friends with Pokémons. He is very close to his cousin Viviane. The heroine Only daughter of Elowen and Gorlois, Viviane is a young lady of 19 years. Her destiny seems to be linked to Aranel's, for she too saw her father die during the terrible battle of Taranus 11 years ago, the same battle where the Mythical King Oromis lost his Suicune. Like her cousin Aranel, she decided to follow the teachings of the Temple of Ho-Oh. Enthusiastic and determined, she has always been fascinated by the magic of Pokémons. The Pokémon "Professor" Fintan the Wise is the grandfather of Viviane and Aranel, 68 years old at the beginning of the adventure. Lord of Sylvan Town, his manor houses a vast library, his dream being to list all the existing Pokémons in Keltios. Legend has it that he even met Celebi in the Lake of Time when he was 12 years old. When he sees that his grandchild has inherited the Scepter of Ho-Oh, he will entrust him with the Pokégrimoire, an enchanted book that acts as an ancient Pokédex. Gwydion High Priest of Ho-Oh, he plays the role of your mentor during the beginning of the game. Guardian of the Scepter of Phoenix Pokémon, he masters the Sacred Mega-Evolution, but it seems that his artifact attracts dangerous lusts... Kerdus He is the blacksmith and the Lord of Tintignac, the second town in the game. Master in the art of making Pokéballs from Apricorns, he will teach his knowledge to our hero very early in his adventure. (Yes, there will be crafting!) Aerouna Intrepid damsel of the Draconid People and aspiring Dragon Rider, it was she who gave you one of the three dragon eggs she possessed as a reward for your initiation. She will keep you company as your second rival, for she too was entitled to her dragon hatching as the new Priestess of Rayquaza. Sveifla Sveifla is an enigmatic character. The son of a high-ranking person, he used to serve the Cult of Giratina, but was banished after losing control of his Shadow Pokémon. The scar on his face is a testament to this. In revenge, he stole a dragon egg from Duiraco and hatched it, and is now trying to rebuild his career as a trainer. He will cross your path several times and will act as your third rival. AZ - Azoth of his real name Former King of Kalos and master alchemist, his love for Pokémon earned him the trust of Xerneas and Yveltal. But at that time, the Legendaries refused to intervene in human wars, which cost the life of his Floette. Despite the kindness of the two Guardians of Kalos who helped him create the Philosopher's Stone and resurrect his beloved Pokémon, the sovereign succumbed to his dark side by freeing Giratina from the Distortion World. The ultimate weapon was created and ravaged Keltios, ending a 16-year war... but at the cost of his Floette's departure and an unforgivable reputation as a god of destruction in the eyes of the kelts. The only thing he was able to keep was his Philosopher's Stone, which is why he is still living 500 years later, wandering around looking for his redemption. Our heroes will cross his path several times. Unos the Mythical King Successor of Oromis, he is the current Mythical King of Keltios. He is the first mortal to have obtained the allegiance of three Legendaries at the same time, including Arceus himself. Needless to say, with so many divine Pokémons at his side, he is an exceptionally powerful trainer! The equivalent of Gym Leaders, Augurs are the head of each Keltios Cult. Guardians of the wisdom of the Legendary they represent; they will subject you to a Grand Trial (like the Trials of Alola) if you express the desire to them to face them. Succeed in their quest, and they will then give you an appointment in their arena backed by the Temple, coliseums offering very beautiful shows for the inhabitants of their city. These official Keltios League battles will be tough, as Augurs treat their magical creatures with the utmost love, healing items will be forbidden, you won't be able to send more Pokémon than your opponent has, and the arena's terrain will be significantly to their advantage. A small concession, however: you will be allowed to switch Pokémon for free if you knock out one of the Augur's magical creatures, and the Augur will never be allowed to switch voluntarily. In short, it's exactly the official rules of the Gym battles from the Anime. Triumph and you will be rewarded with a Talisman, a badge that will reinforce your authority over your pocket monsters and unlock a quest that will allow you to learn a field move... And let's not forget the applause of the audience who will reward you with a nice amount of gold! List of Augurs Awena: Augur of Celebi – specialized Grass and Psychic-type Meirion: Augur of Kyogre – specialized Water and Ice-type Aedan: Augur of Groudon – specialized Fire and Ground-type Blodwyn: Augur of Xerneas – specialized Fairy and Grass-type Arianna: Augur of Lugia – specialized Water, Flying and Psychic-type Houarnon: Augur of Heatran – specialized Fire, Steel and Rock-type Erwana: Augur of Yveltal – specialized Dark and Ghost-type Cerridwyn: Augur of Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf – specialized Psychic and Light-type (It will be a Trio Combat) Neñvel: Augur of Rayquaza – specialized Dragon and Electric-type Ambros: Augur of Ho-Oh – specialized Fire and Flying-type Note that the Augurs of Ho-Oh and Heatran will be optional (although highly recommended). The first one, because you'll already have his Talisman from being initiated by the priests of Ho-Oh, the second one because it won't unlock a field move that's essential to the main quest (and the League of Keltios only requires 9 Talismans to compete). You'll also notice that their teams won't be monotype, but in the theme of the Legendary that fits them. Sacred Phoenix renews the battle mechanics in depth, offering a new wind on the Pokémon license. If your will is to be surprised and discover everything by yourself, follow the path of Azelf. The scenario will introduce you to these new features gradually. But if you choose the path of Uxie and wish his knowledge, a documentation has been specially written for you. It is available in the "doc" folder of the game. Fintan's library contains many books that can be accessed from the shelves of his manor. For an independent reading of the game, these writings are also available in PDF format. A good majority of the gameplay changes are described there, as well as some of the lore. The library of Fintan the Wise (French version) (Spanish version) Since June 23, 2018, Sacred Phoenix has grown and developed. The changelog traces its history. An All-New Adventure in the Altera Region --- Join our Discord Server! Follow us on Bluesky! Story Welcome to Altera, a wild and diverse region that overflows with abundance as well as danger. It is also the only place in the Pokémon world that emanates large amounts of Flux energy, a potent resource that has many uses. Flux is primarily used in electricity generation, but it also has applications in hand-held technologies as well as Pokémon Battles. The value and power of this resource led to rapid economic growth of the region. However, shortly after humans began tapping into Flux energy for power, reports started to emerge about vicious, powered-up Pokémon appearing: the Alter Pokémon. To combat these Alter Pokémon and preserve peace and prosperity in Altera, the Altera Pokémon League was formed. The purpose of this League is to produce strong trainers to fight the Alter Pokémon, rewarding them with money and fame. This prominent league attracts trainers from all over the world and is structured differently from a typical Gym challenge. After a championship match in Condor City, while going home, three friends meet face by face with the Alter Pokémon threat and soon after embark on a life changing journey across the Altera Region! Meet Skye, Terra and Aster! --- Screenshots --- New Features An entirely new battle mechanic, Flux Moves and Alter Battles! Order is born from Chaos, but this is merely the start of its gestation. Engine: Pokémon Essentials v21.1 Premise: The original Xenoverse holds a very special place in my heart, as the first fangame project I have been actively following for years finally coming to fruition. Over the years since its release, me and a lot of other passionate fans have had time to assess this charming, flawed, uneven game, and we felt like it deserved a second shot, to become the best version of itself it could possibly be. With the formation of Beehive Studios and the former developers moving onto an original IP, our as-of-now-unnamed Team has taken the opportunity, with the permission of said original developers, to retool this game while preserving as much of its original identity as possible. This is going to be a remake of Xenoverse, using Essentials v21.1, and this demo covers the first couple Gyms of the game, plus a little bit beyond that (everything before the Galvantula Boss + new stuff we added) Plot Summary: Months have gone by after the player character's father, esteemed researcher and family man Versil, was kidnapped by a mysterious figure from his past. Now his child, Kay or Alice, has set off on a journey across the Eldiw Region to grow strong and find out who has taken their father and why. In their travels, they fight off invasive X Pokemon from another dimension, the Xenoverse, as they wreak havoc, overtake territory, and endanger the lives of the people all throught the region. These encounters, however, are often less than spontaneous, as their appearances are tied to the criminal organization called "Team Dimension", the ones responsible for their father's kidnapping, whose ranks are filled by robots instead of people. Among the many mysteries of the Eldiw Region, the Starter that has chosen Kay/Alice seems to have a connection with the very forces that make up the fabric of reality, which becomes the point of interest for a young and brash cyborg, with a Pokemon who seems to share this connection alongside the Starters. For those who are familiar with Xenoverse's plot, this doesn't sound too unfamiliar, but the details and the context have been completely overhauled, while keeping the broad strokes of the story and the various set pieces mostly intact. I like to think that all the changes made were for the better, but I require feedback to be certain. What's new? The original Pokemon Xenoverse took place in an original region, featured Fakemon and Mega Evolutions and had a heavy focus on the story. None of this is going to change, but a lot of things around this framework have, and let's start off with a bang with: Rewrites While putting a lot of focus on the story, especially in the later half, this game seems to have never gotten the privilege of a second draft, and all sorts of creative turmoils behind the scenes have led to the overall story feeling very... unfocused and non cohesive. This is where this whole project started, my rewrites of the story that tried to tie together concepts introduced later into the very start, ensuring a more solid foundation from which the game itself could be built upon in terms of narrative. While the characters will be largely the same, outside of a few exceptions, I hope you find them more fleshed out and compelling than their original counterparts, especially since, as I said, the story is still going to be one of the main focal points of this game. Re-Balanced Many Pokemon from the original game have been rebalanced, that comes with the fangame territory a lot of the time, and some need it more than most (Looks at... all of Gen 2), but usually you don't really need that many powerful Pokemon if the trainers are as easy as they normally are... But not anymore! Because now the Trainers are (hopefully) gonna pose a real challenge, mostly in the important battles. Said battles are also mostly going to be double battles, as to spice up the gameplay experience, showcase potential strategies that help make bosses stand out from one another and allow more playstyle variety. Bossfights Speaking of battles, however, one of Xenoverse's biggest claims to fame was the X Pokemon Boss Battles, which sees you fighting a Pokemon with boosted stats and multiple health bars, and while that has remained, the boss battle mechanics have been remade to add more variety. You use 2 of your Pokemon to fight 1 Boss, like a reverse Totem Battle, but aside from the Pokemon you fight being stronger, they also possess multiple phases, where upon triggering the phase change all status and stat drops vanish, and something else happens to shake up the battle and make one boss more distinct from another. When I mean that important trainers and bosses are more powerful, however, I don't just mean their movesets and items (although they are), but they will also, after a certain stage, have fully realised IVs and EVs! Don't panic, because there's two other factors you need to consider: 1) We have a plug in that allows you to customize your own EVs from the very start! The EV Pool scales up with your level, so if you want to, you can try tailoring your mons to your needs. 2) ...A lot of these tougher buffs are reserved for the new Hard mode, and while Normal Mode is also gonna be harder, stuff like EVs and IVs and incredible items and moves is something that will be introduced more gradually later on. In short, your Pokemon are stronger, your enemies are stronger, and you are gonna have all the tools you need to face them and then some! Even more Fakemons We couldn't resist this one, this is what Pokemon is all about, creating creatures you can play with, and we wanted to stretch our creativity too! We mostly added more regional variants, so as to not leave Eldiwian Meowth completely alone, some Convergent Pokemon because those are just fun to design and come up with, and a few special scrapped Gen 2 Pokemon that have been given new life and new places in the world. There are plans for more regional forms and some brand new X Species Pokemon too, but those are best for locales that are beyond this demo's reach... for now. Gotta Catch them All Xenoverse's original Pokedex was by no means small, but since this franchise is all about monster collecting, I have decided to expand it even more, but to incentivse the player to actually CATCH the Pokemon, another fangame has shown me how to cater to that design philosophy. Pokemon Tectonic is a game entirely revolving around catching Pokemon to reap rewards in the form of EXP Candy and other items, so you can get any wild Pokemon into fighting shape (up to a level cap). The feedback loop of catching pokemon to get rewards so you can beat bosses to then unlock the ability to catch more Pokemon to reap more rewards is one that I find to be pretty engaging and satisfying, as such it has been applied to this game, with the addition of it being integrated with the Achievement system of the original Xenoverse too! Dens Dens were a really neat idea, exploring mini dungeons with your Starter to obtain some loot and engage in puzzles really helps both fleshing out both your connection to the Starter the world the Pokemon live in, since it is a den and all. This game also had some great puzzles... in the postgame. Yeah, it took them time to get good and most of the dens just... aren't. Most of the original dens puzzles rely on trial and error, and all for loot that is not worth it at all. Well, not anymore! Now there's more loot then ever, the loot is (hopefully) more worthwhile, and the puzzles have been diversified! This demo has 3 real dens to show that off, but there's gonna be way more in the future. Screenshots Demo 2 Download: MAC Version: Here WINDOWS: Here Invite This is the first step of a journey, where we try to make this game into the best version of itself it could possibly be, and we hope that you will provide all the feedback needed to get to that point. Thank you for your time, and hope you enjoy this Demo. Per Aspera Ad Astra. CREDITS:

Introducing Pokémon Extreme Epsilon! Pokémon Extreme Epsilon is a Pokémon Fan Game made with Pokémon Essentials and RPG Maker XP, with an unique region, Mega Evolution, Elite Battle DX, Pokémon from all Generations, and unique characters, as well as characters from the main series games. This game is a sort of continuation of my previous fan game Pokémon Epsilon (Sort of like how Ultra Sun/Moon is to Sun/Moon). The game features a hard mode that is meant to be quite difficult. Not quite on the level of a kaizo game, but still fairly challenging. But there is also a Normal mode for an experience that is more similar to the main series games (But still a bit more challenging). The game also has built in customizable randomizer and nuzlocke modes, and different pokemon from all 9 generations. The main game is fully completed, with all 8 Gyms and the Elite Four, and a ton of post-game content completed as well. Be sure to check out the wiki below for more info. The Trailer Pokémon Extreme Epsilon Wiki Download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/f8zobdgvclitq86/Pokemon-Extreme-Epsilon.zip/file 1.) Download from above link 2.) Open and "Extract all” 3.) Open "Game.exe" to play the game You can also view the changes made in each version at: Changes Log The Wiki For this game I have made a wiki page that outlines things such as the different battles and areas of the game, as well as where different items or NPCs are. Mega Stone Locations TM Locations Notable Trainers Notable NPCs and Items Legendary Locations Pokémon Changes Rhizo Region The New Region Welcome to the Rhizo Region! This region has Pokemon from all generations, and different unique environments. When creating this region I took inspiration from the main series games, but also wanted the layout and locations to feel different. In this region there are caves, mountains, frozen tundras, deserts, haunted mansions, volcanos, and more to explore! The Dex The PokeDex features many different Pokemon and forms. It includes all Pokemon from Gen 1 - 5, and then a selection of Pokemon from Gen 6-9. I choose to only include some Pokemon from Gen 6-9 primarily because not all Pokemon have publicly available animated sprites for Elite Battle DX. But also since Elite Battle DX uses the gen 5 art style I felt Pokemon from Gen 1 - 5 made sense, and also the game uses Gen 5 battle mechanics. For a list of all Pokémon currently in the game, see: https://pastebin.com/raw/A33LYrKd The Story The Story of the game is similar to my previous fan game and also Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon's postgame. You as the protagonist are given a Pokemon and tasked with taking on the Rhizo League and defeating the elite four and champion of the Region. The game also features Totem Pokemon that you must take on and prove yourself against before challenging the Gyms. Your rival Richard really lives up to his name if you know what I mean, and can be a real pain in your side with his smack talk. Luckily you have your friend Layla tagging along, to help you grow as a trainer and as a friend. You meet quite a few other interesting characters on your journey, as well as a familiar evil team… The Features Gen 5 animated style sprites Elite Battle DX A customizable Randomizer and Nuzlocke mode Mega Evolutions New events for Mythical Pokemon that never had events before Different difficulty modes Very robust post-game, with battle frontier Unique region and story Familiar Trainers from all over the Pokémon World Pokémon World Tournament and other battle options Screenshots Known Bugs There are a few bugs currently in game: Sometimes when using the "Last item used" option during a battle, if the item is a ball and there is only one more left in the bag, the game may display an error message. You can press ok to dismiss the error and continue playing but it may temporarily mess up the battle hud, but after the battle is finished it will fix itself. In the Bug Catching Contest in the Vulkan City National Park, if you open the menu at all during the contest the game will crash. In the Battle Tower or the Battle Arena in the Battle Frontier, when the attendant asks to "yes, use existing teams" or "yes, create new teams", do not select these as this will crash the game. If you find any more bugs while playing this game, be sure to let me know by replying to this thread. Other Currently the game is marked as "released" and not "completed", as there are still a few things I'd like to add to the game. Firstly the battle frontier isn't finished as of right now and only the Pokémon World Tournament is open. I'd also like to eventually add the Legends ZA Mega evolutions. I also may add other things in the future such as following Pokémon. Also worth mentioning is that if you choose the randomizer option at the beginning of the game, it can take quite a while to load after you select "done". You may think it's frozen, but it can sometimes take a few minutes to load depending on the options you select and your PC. Also, I have not done a ton of testing with the randomizer and nuzlocke modes, they seem to work fine but if you run into any troubles let me know in this thread. Pokémon Aragonite- Sylia Region [Made with Pokémon Essentials V21] -Introduction- Pokémon Aragonite is a fanmade project based on the real life island of Sicily, in the South of Italy. This project aim to reimagine Sicily into the Pokémon world by creating the Sylia region, where you will be able to explore many areas and cities based off actual places! Initially this started as a fakemon dex where we had fun interpreting our culture, flora and fauna into Fakemon, but then we decided to use Pokémon Essentials to turn it into a playable game! -The Sylia Region & Premise- The colorful Sylia region offers a rich climate where many Pokémon have inhabited its ancient ruins and coastlines. The people live with the respect of its prominent volcano: Mount Ethenelle. But it's not just sights that make Sylia unique, but also its rich and ancient history, myths of creatures inhabiting the Messen Strait, strange ruins on the island of Pharot and the fascinating mosaics of Forter Town... Recently Mt.Ethenelle seems to be acting more active than usual, and the law is getting involved in keeping an eye on suspicious activities, what could this mean? But there's a charismatic team of researches that aims to study and uncover everything that is hidden on the island! And it is your chance to join them and get to the bottom of these events! -The Aragonite Research Team (A.R.T.)- The Aragonite Research Team (aka ART) is a group of researchers that wishes to study and protect the ecosystem of the Sylia region. The team has some important members: -Carob: the main leader, a jolly fellow that never says no to a challenge and adores the sea! -Silena: the passionate main assistant of Carob, overlooking Mt.Ethenelle's volcanic activity. -Asfodelo: the tech guy, it's thanks to him that the region can use the Box System! -Palma: who researches the cold areas and caves that lie hidden around Mt.Ethenelle. -Baldassarre: A new recruit in the team, researching the marine life and ecosystems of the region. -The trainers and Pokémon of the region!- Embark on your journey as either Biagio or Cecilia alongside one of the three starters, it is gonna be quite a long trek! You aren't just going around to collect badges, but to become a fully fledged researcher! As you collect Gym badges, ART will recognise you more and more as a proper member of their team, and you will be allowed to partake in their various expeditions. You might help some people, or collect ancient relics, or perhaps find rare Pokémon! Here are the starters, Buncti, Geckoal and Tunibble! -Features- + New Region, New Pokémon! 150 new Pokémon for you to catch and battle with around the Sylia region, all based off Sicily's culture, flora and fauna! +Become a fully fledged researcher! In order to join ART, you will have to prove your stenghts, collecting badges will be enough to do so. As you rank up, you'll be able to access more and more hidden and dangerous areas of the region, with quests and special content! +A story with multiple layers Not everything is what it seems, why is the police getting involved in checking the current Ethenelle events? ART is a very passionate team, but could there be more to them? What dwells deep within Mt.Ethenelle? This is all up to you to dig deeper... +Speedup button with Q! Just don't use it in a nuzlocke accidentally... +A healthy postgame No hand holding, gloves are off, will you be able to properly show your detective skills and investigate what's left to search? +A detailed Pokédex Moves, abilities, stats, you name it, all neatly shown in your trusty Pokédex! -THE ACTUAL GAME- Of course, this is all gonna be playable! One year ago, your gym leader title was revoked and you were forced into an early retirement. But when a new opportunity brings you to the Hallio region, you'll find yourself enveloped in a region-spanning conspiracy. Just like in any mainline game, you'll catch Pokemon and battle gym leaders, but you'll also ask questions, team up with characters, and investigate the history of the region to figure out Hallio's biggest secret: Who is the Beast? ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ Pokémon Blooming Beast is a plot-focused fan game that still offers the traditional Pokémon experience. It includes: A fully-fledged conversation system with dynamic dialogue that reacts as you learn more An original region to explore with new fakemon and regional variants Gen 9 content Six difficulty settings ranging from easy to impossible New Game Plus lets you customize your replay experience Over 400 expressive talksprites A diverse regional dex Modified pseudo-legendary starters (yes, including Togepi!) A battle facility with endless replayability HMs usable from the PC, and other quality of life features Witty and charming writing alongside an engaging plotline And more! ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ Woah, what's this "conversation system" in the bullet points above? I'm so glad you asked, theoretical person! As you meet new characters, you'll have the option to ask them about themselves, the history of the region, their opinion on other characters, and more! As you learn more, either through these interactions or by progressing through the game, the options you can ask each character will expand. Exploring these options will make characters more likely to sponsor you in your goal of becoming a gym leader, while also offering clues to piece together a dark secret that preys upon the Hallio region. Okay that's cool, but what if I just want to play it like a normal Pokémon game? That's fine, too! These conversation options are just that: options. You can still get a complete experience (at least up to gym 6, for now) without them. ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ The full game is still in development, and we are open to feedback! The current version goes up to the 6th gym and has an estimated playtime of 10 hours, excluding optional content. Included in the game is a link to a playtester survey. This survey is optional, but recommended. It is the best way to support the game. This is the third of four chapters planned for Pokémon Blooming Beast. Each update is expected to take about a year to develop. Chapter 1: Hallio Lowlands (released) Chapter 2: Coreop Canyon (released) Chapter 3: Hallio Highlands Part 1 (released) Chapter 4: Hallio Highlands Part 2 (in development) The game includes all of chapters 1-3, which flow seamlessly into each other. Last update to this ROM Hack - January 10th, 2026 (Beautifully made logo by Lindsay Panes, thank you so much for your very pleasing work made for my game!) Pokemon Conquest: Twin Dragons is a ROM Hack of Pokemon Conquest, a hack with a few quality-of-life features sprinkled in with moves from newer generations, a few new maps, bigger distribution of Pokemon around the game, a harder difficulty, and rebalanced base stat totals for every Pokemon, akin to Scalemons. - What is Pokemon Conquest? Pokemon Conquest is a crossover of Koei Tecmo's Nobunaga's Ambition series and Pokemon made for the Nintendo DS. Pokemon Conquest is an SRPG (Strategy Role-Playing Game, ie Fire Emblem, FF Tactics) with 200 Pokemon from across gens 1 through 5. In terms of Pokemon games, the original game performed pretty poorly in sales, yet remains my favorite game in the Pokemon series. As of recent, I've seen a growth of appreciation for the game, especially with very popular ROM Hacks like Reconquered and Imperial, both serving their own purpose in the line of the (very few) Conquest ROM hacks out there. I would like to share my project here that has been updated over the course of nearly a year now. It has been downloadable on social media platforms like Discord, Reddit, and Twitter, but it was about due time it was posted here with the release of the largest update to date. - Story Synopsis In a place distant from the modern Pokemon world you may know, the Ransei Region thrives with the Pokemon living in the world. The Region is split into 17 territories with a respective kingdom for each territory. It is revered that if one were to claim every kingdom, a wish would be granted for the brave warrior. And so, the region falls into turmoil to claim every kingdom in an attempt to realize their dearest wish. Now, where does your story start? Will you be able to see your story to the end? Who will be your allies? Who will stand in your way? - FEATURES - Updated Stats Depending on where Pokemon are in an evolutionary line, their BST (Base Stat Total) has been shifted to match a number with any other Pokemon in that stage. For example, if you were to add up Eevee's stats and compare it to Wooper in the base version of Pokemon Conquest, Eevee would be a lot stronger, because it is stronger in mainline Pokemon games (in this game, they based BST on the stats of Pokemon when they are at level 100, so however strong a Pokemon is in mainline games are usually reflected in normal Conquest!), but in this game, Eevee and Wooper's BST add up to the same total, since they are both unevolved Pokemon with only one evolution. Here is a reference point for data purposes- Unevolved 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 585 BST Unevolved 2 Stage Evolution Pokemon (like Eevee and Wooper!) - 635 BST 2nd Stage 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 735 BST Standalone Pokemon (like Carnivine) + Scyther, Scizor - 785 BST Fully Evolved 2 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 835 BST Fully Evolved 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 885 BST Legendary Pokemon - 1035 BST These numbers may seem like a lot, but are actually pretty close to the averages that existed in the base game. This includes new moves I have come up with and moves that were not featured in the game. Rising Voltage Tailwind Waterfall Bitter Malice (changed to Dark Type) Reckless Bolt Metal Sound and many more! - Maps Every map now has a fresh new background color to make every area more unique, instead of having a generic sky color. I would like to thank Deijin and co. (WhatAUsernameIHave, Baconfry, Snap, etc) for their discoveries of Pokemon Conquest, and with their knowledge, helped foster the tool RanseiLink that helped create this ROM Hack. Link to RanseiLink tool, as it is needed to patch a Pokemon Conquest ROM (which I will NOT provide) with the .rlmod patch file that is in the Google Drive, which will be listed below- https://github.com/Deijin27/RanseiLink I would like to thank my testing team for the original version of the hack, released July 28th, 2022. Kirb, Rexbot2, ShiningBlue, and TJ The DJ played through the game to varying points and helped make it less of a mess. Thank you, Kirb, for refusing to play until I personally changed the starter to Scraggy for you, Rexbot2, for playing through the whole thing and introducing it to other people, ShiningBlue, for streaming the game to a large audience, and TJ The DJ, for inspiration for the hack itself. All documentation and information is listed in the Google Drive, along with the changelog (which will be updated soon with v1.5.0 changes). If you need to ask questions or report any bugs, I will be quickest to respond on Discord as @BagonGanda. To find the Google Drive, you can follow this link here, or visit the linktree here to get access to the Google Drive and the Twin Dragons Discord Server, alongside the Ransei Region server, which is the host of everything Pokemon Conquest (and Conquest ROM Hacks)! There is now a survey for people who have played Pokemon Conquest: Twin Dragons! If you have, please take a look! https://forms.gle/BaRzRaPY6ddZRcEW9 v1.6.0 Changelog ---------------------- Large difficulty increase in all Postgame stories Fix “Oichi’s Army” issue in Recruit 40 Warriors stories Fix "Ranmaru's Army” issue in Two Heroes Lower power of Starstriker Lower power of Leaf Blade, now 3 Row Ahead Raise Capacity of all Warriors by 1 besides Ranmaru Rank 1 Fix Greed Warrior Skill Update Rank Up requirement to 70, and 85 for MC Changed encounter tables for a few Pokemon (Pawniard, Axew, Sandile) Guardian Charm now does give exp, but only about 20% Dealt with issue in main story where Kai would teleport to the boulders to hit them Buffed Steel Spear’s chances of side effects WARNING. Neo Illusio is finicky in main story and may cause problems. If an issue occurs on the first time going into battle on one of these maps, like an enemy Pokemon being unhittable, running away from the battle/losing and trying again should fix it, unless you use that to cheese it and win anyways, your choice, but case in point, be aware these aren't perfect. I hope that you enjoy this new and (hopefully) improved Conquest experience. Have a great day! Feel free to ask anything!

Pokémon Ruckus Demo 1.0 Plot An Elite Four member's Pokémon has been stolen! The Torpedo Gang has always been a nuisance, causing ruckus around the region on their quest to get powerful Pokémon. The theft of Ernest's Pokémon however, is unprecedented. Their goals are... unclear. They've always operated with some vague semblance of secrecy, but it really just seems like they want to overthrow their own Leader for some reason. They're completely unorganized, with little to no functional teamwork between them, and the thieves of Ernest's Pokémon claim to be in the "Victini Chasing Special Unit"... ...Maybe it's best not to get too involved with them. You're on your own quest, after all! The Vibrund Region has 8 gyms to conquer and an annual League Tournament where the Champion is crowned. Just last year, Jaxton's seemingly neverending winstreak was stopped by relative newcomer Valerie. The League seems to be entering a new era, and maybe you could be the next Vibrund Champion? Features 90+ new Fakemon and Regional Variants A new region to explore with new Badges to collect (2 in current release) Plenty of sidequests to reward exploration Indoor furniture has unique dialogue for each room - some of them might even be funny Hard level caps Easy EV allocation on the summary screen Field moves can be used without teaching them to your Pokémon Goofs, gaffs, and more Screenshots Documentation Sheet w/ documentation on encounters, TMs, and Fakemon Download Demo 1.0 - Mediafire Credits

Pokémon Samba ReBirth is a revitalized take on the original Pokémon Samba fangame, bringing a fresh coat of polish to the "Brazil inspired Pokémon game". Revisit the vibrant Samba Region as you embark once more on a journey to collect 8 badges and challenge Champion Armstrong — now with enhanced visuals, updated mechanics, and a host of new features that elevate the experience while staying true to the spirit of the original. Many legends still echo throughout the Samba Region — tales of a chimera that watches over the Evergreen Jungle, or magical faes that are said to have been blessed by Arceus itself. These stories, passed down through generations, serve to guide the hearts of the goodwilled citizens and warn those who stray from the path. Though folklore plays a key role in shaping the region's identity, the people of Samba also rely on the strength and protection of the 8 Gym Leaders — powerful trainers elected by the people, tasked with safeguarding the region and challenging trainers who dare take on Samba's Pokémon League Challenge. Your journey begins at a special date — it's your 16th birthday, and with it comes the opportunity to become a Licensed Pokémon Trainer. Joined by your childhood friends, Marco and Clara, you'll travel across the Samba Region to take on the Gym Leaders, meet new friends and foes, earn your place in the annual Pokémon League Tournament, and perhaps even challenge Champion Armstrong himself for the title. But not all is as peaceful as it seems. The shadow of Team Gold looms over the region. These shady profiteers seem to be plotting to dominate the Samba region by disrupting the sacred Hidden Masters. What is their true plan — and can you stop them before they reshape the future of Samba forever? The Samba region returns in this remake as a vibrant, diverse land, filled with deserts, mountains, jungles, and more — each home to unique Pokémon. Its cities are just as varied, from the academic hub of Solanum to the battle-hardened Nanuza. With a growing mix of people and cultures from around the world, Samba has evolved into a rich, multicultural region, with 158 new Pokémon to be found. 158 Original, Fully Animated "Fakémon"! - Battle, catch and train never before seen Pokémon! One of The Gamer's / MSN's 25 "Best Fan-Made Pokemon Games"! Ten years ago, Ash Ketchum never left for his magical Pokémon journey. Instead, he hid in his mom's basement, played video games, guzzled energy drinks, and obsessed over his anime waifus. Misty, on the other hand, dominated the competitive landscape before retiring to the Water Gym to 'Tat stream to lonely men, one whom is Ash. One Friday, she announces she will marry whoever can defeat her by the end of the weekend! Armed with no potential, skills, or capabilities of any kind, Ash rushes out the door for the first time in a decade to win her hand. But will all those beautiful lonely girls along the way let Ash get to Misty? This game is a parody dating sim of the original Pokémon games/anime as reinterpreted through Pokébeach's 2008 interview with Masamitsu Hidaka, the director of the original anime. There, Hidaka stated that they did not have plans to bring Misty back to the anime at that time. This was admittedly because they changed out the girls and slapped them into bathing suits to keep boys interested with new eye candy. This game therefore is something of Misty's revenge for this. It is set a few years before the forgotten Myutsuu no Gyakushuu trailer, where Nintendo had Ash sire Misty's child and then abandon both of them for his Pokémon journey. The demo is written in Pokémon Essentials 20.1 and focuses on shenanigans with the various characters and environment. It lasts several hours and ends after beating the first gym. The demo is a third of the final game, which will hopefully be released in two or three years. While the game utilizes a lot of awkward flirty dialogue, there's nothing that would put this game beyond a T rating on ESRB and its age rating would be similar to a show like The Simpsons. Misty! Several hours of straight, unabated memes! Branching dialogues and secrets! Needlessly ornate GUI! Animated Visual Scenes! Exclamation Points! Date your favorite characters! What are hotfixes!? Catch tons of Pokémon? No, limitations! Compatible with Android via Joiplay! For install instructions on Android, see here (just replace the game depicted with Misty Orange). Pokemon Beyond the Peak - Demo V1.1 Release! Hey everyone, over the last few months a longtime friend and I decided to take on the project of creating a truly challenging pokemon game. This is the first of any kind of game that we have ever developed and have had a blast doing so. We hope you guys enjoy the game as much as we enjoyed making this demo! We're thrilled to announce that the demo for Pokemon Beyond the Peak is now available for download! After countless hours of development, we're excited to share our vision of the Ecru region with trainers everywhere. What's in the Demo? The demo offers 10+ hours of gameplay that will take you through the first two gyms of the Ecru region. And introduce you to some characters that will become mainstay throughout the future story. The Story so Far: The demo starts off with the player in a small costal area called Bisque Town. From there they are sent to the professors lab to choose their starter along side an eevee, to begin their journey. You will find very quickly that Ecru is a region where the best of the best have come to gather. Each team getting stronger as you progress through the game. There is no elite 4, but rather a yearly championship tournament that is held where the strongest 18 ranked trainers in the region compete for the title of champion. There was once someone who dominated the tournament with seemingly no competition, but they have vanished a long time ago without a trace. In the modern era the competitors are still great, and mostly made up of the Ecru Regions gym leaders, but every now and then there's a new face that comes along to shake things up. Because of how serious everyone takes this, the gym leaders are harder in the Ecru region than most games, and the gym leaders may be out training or on some other mission rather than inside of their gym. This has made it very difficult for new people to come through and complete the gym challenge as it isnt such a streamlined process. On top of all this, there's a shady group that has popped up (not yet introduced in the demo but will be in the next update :) ), who is in a grab for power and wants to make a move in the championship. They will do anything for power, including seeking out pokemon unlike others found anywhere else in the game (perma mega for example). Later leaders as well as high up evil admins have the aid of legendary as well as mythical pokemon. This story has been in play for some time now and you're late to the party. But you'll be shaking everything up. We will likely be revamping the early story as we get better at making maps, coding events, and have our story fleshed out more! We hope you guys enjoy the ride with us! Key Features: All Generations, All Starters - Choose your companion from ANY starter Pokemon across all nine generations as well as have the option to select their hidden ability! Double Battle Focus - Every battle in Pokemon Beyond the Peak is a double battle, demanding new strategies and team compositions. This isn't just a gimmick - we've completely overhauled the AI to provide challenging, strategic encounters that will test even veteran players. Complete Pokemon Roster - Encounter and catch Pokemon from generations 1 through 9. The Ecru region is home to an incredibly diverse ecosystem where classic favorites meet the newest additions to the Pokemon world. Battle Gimmicks (Coming in Full Release) - While not all are available in the demo, the full game will feature Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, Dynamax, and Terastallization, giving you unprecedented strategic options. EXP ALL - Given at the very start of the game. You will need to train up many team members as you make your way through the demo so we decided to give this from the start. There are also trainers who will help you grind up pokemon in each town. Speed Up Button - Press Q to speed up the game. Once is a 1.5x, Twice is a 2x. It is a toggle rather than having to hold down. You'll be running back to the pokemon center a whole lot in this game, so this should be some helpful info. Move Relearner In Stat Screen - You can have a pokemon remember moves they've learned previously right inside the stat menu. Just click on the moveset and then select "Remember Moves". Follower Pokemon - If for some reason you ever need to recall your follower pokemon because it's blocking an event Click "A" on the keyboard to have it go back into it's pokeball! What Makes Our Game Special? Beyond the features listed above, we've spent countless hours on creating an AI that provides a genuine challenge. The AI considers team synergies, predicts player moves, and adapts its strategy dynamically throughout battle. This AI was specifically designed to feel as much like another human playing against you as possible. It can pull off complex strategies that 99.9% of other games cannot pull off. This should play different than any other game out at the moment once you get to and past the first gym. Also each playthrough and the pokemon you will use varies greatly depending on what start you choose. Pick wisely! The Ecru region itself is crafted with a heavy approach to battling. It is a trainer ridden landscape with fights wherever you go. Always be ready for someone to come and surprise you! Pokémon Realities Kit Used: Essentials V20.1 (Planning to Update to 21.1) Game Summary Pokémon Realities is a fan made Pokémon game that heavily dives into the idea of the multiverse. Throughout the game, the player will travel through 6 different lands that make up the Kessho Region, each with their own unique traditions and cultures collecting 18 gym badges and preparing to challenge the Pokémon league. Early on in the player's journey, they end up running into a mysterious group known as team horizon who are looking to reassemble something called the reality crystal. This crystal was said to have the power to create any wish imaginable back in the ancient times. Now throughout their journey, the player attempts to stop team Horizon from achieving their goals while meeting many friends, allies, enemies, and Pokémon along the way. Features you'll see in V1 Gen 3 RSE Style Game Very Large Pokedéx with 1000+ Pokémon available to capture Field Effects (Like from Reborn, Reju, Deso, Etc) Level Caps QoL upgrades (PokéMart & PokéCenter combined into one New Regional Variants New Custom UI's Side Quests Content up to the 5th gym avaliable (gym 5 out of 18) Spoiler Free Story Outline The Kessho Region is home to a crystal known as the reality crystal. This crystal was said to be a gift from the gods for humanity to use to grow and prosper. One day a wish was made to bring prosperity and expansion to the region, and the wish was granted. However, due to the great magnitude of the wish, a great calamity struck the region, expanding it into 6 different islands with each having origins from their own realties. After such a massive wish was made, the crystal exploded and shattered itself into tiny shards, scattering itself until it could fully restore its power. In the present day, all 6 lands have come together, stemming from the primitive age, medieval age, modern age, and even ages of flying cars and magic! However, as of recent years, an organization has been on the move for the crystal shards, what are their goals? Perhaps it to create a new world using the crystal's power, or the destruction of life itself... POKEMON NEW FRONTIERS Version 0.0.5 | Developed using Pokemon Essentials v 21.1 "The Pokemon game of the future, today!" What is Pokemon New Frontiers? Pokemon New Frontiers is a fangame set in the far, far future. As a new recruit for the Silver Authority, the defense force of the revolutionary Silver Ship, your tasks are defending the ship and its residents from extraterrestrial life and other anomalies, exploring alternate points in time and space through portals, and fighting back against the criminals and the seedy underbelly of this futuristic society that seek to do it all in. Or is it? It's up to you to determine if you wish to be the brave hero of the futuristic police force and the Ship itself... or resist this role and follow the lead of a former member who seems to know more than he's letting on. As stated above, Pokemon New Frontiers takes place on the Silver Ship, a futuristic marvel designed to replicate life on Earth while taking humanity further into space to explore the new frontiers. While the classic gym structure returns, Pokemon New Frontiers introduces a ranking system somewhat similar to Legends Arceus where completing certain tasks will improve your ranking (visible on your Trainer ID). The game will encourage you to complete the missions to ascend through the ranks of the Silver Authority, but you can freely choose to ignore this responsibility... and see what happens from there. Features: New ranking system for progression Over 100 new Fakemon, along with several new evolutions/pre-evolutions Several returning beta Pokemon which have been given a second chance at life A handful of ZA megas, ideally they will all be in the full release but at the moment only a select few are obtainable Canon Pokemon lines have received reworks to breathe new life into them (For example, Beedrill gets a new (for now) signature move called Final Stinger, Spearow and Fearow get a new ability called Rage Winds that set Tailwind, the Roggenrola line gets a Defense buff, wider movepools all around) Pokemon that evolve via trade while holding an item can now evolve while just holding the item and leveling up New moves and abilities, with several older ones receiving significant reworks (Barrage is now a special Psychic clone of Rock Blast, Cut is now Steel-type and 80 power, Foresight now bypasses all type immunities, and more) Numerous quality of life features designed to speed up gameplay (faster Pokemon Center healing and bike speeds, gen 5 EXP system and EXP All simultaneously) Light-based moves. While Light is not a type in this game, it is a new move category (like sound, punching, biting, etc). Pokemon with the Illuminate ability gain a 50% damage increase to their light-based moves, and Pokemon with the ability Blindness are immune to light-based attacks. Minor type chart rework (Water is now weak to Poison, Fairy is now weak to Bug, Rock now resists Ghost) Additional notes: Since this is a demo, please let me know of any obvious bugs/glitches. I'll work on patching them out, but I won't add anything major to this for probably a few months at least. There is one hidden Ability Patch per gym. The first one is easy to find, but the rest will be more hidden. Since most of the newer Pokemon in this game have fantastic Hidden Abilities, use your patches wisely. The demo doesn't have an official "end" since the 4th and 5th gyms are somewhat open ended in order. You'll know once you've reached the end when the literal roadblocks block your path. There are a few obvious placeholder sprites that I'm still working on. Their finalized sprites will be included in my first patch, whenever that inevitably happens :P DOWNLOAD LINK: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1af21qAnC_a6UUkG-JtD_xQuZryxhOf7w?usp=drive_link OFFICIAL SERVER LINK: https://discord.gg/fE34tn7AGQ To contact me, please reach me at 2spicyforu@gmail.com or @spicygecko1 on Twitter.
