Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.

- Pokémon Bermuda - Hi guys, I've already posted this on reddit, but I thought I'd post it here too. I decided to share the progress of my game. I started in 2021 and continue to work on it regularly to this day. The game is far from finished but I would still like to take the opportunity to get opinions and feedback! Feel free to join my discord! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Information about the game: The game was made with Pokemon Essentials v19.1 The game takes place in the Bermuda region, which, as the name suggests, is based on the Bermuda Triangle. But that's not what the story of the demo will be about, simply because the story isn't there yet. The demo covers the first 3 gyms and some banter afterwards Some new evolutions and regional forms The structure of the game progression is similar to other Pokemon games: defeating Gymleaders, fight evil team, become the strongest. The antagonists are a powerful crime syndicate called Crimson Dawn. They have a lot of power within the region due to corruption, extortion, etc. However, you wont see much of Crimson Dawn in the demo; Their influence on the story comes later in the game Mechanics: The game uses gen 8 mechanics, As of now there are Pokemon from all gens (1-9) to find. It is important to mention that I do not plan to integrate the full national dex because there are simply too many Pokemon. I don't know how many Pokemon there will be in the regional dex at the end. Speedup possible (Q on Keyborad, can be changed by pressing F1. You shouldn’t use it permanently because it can mess up some events and cutscenes. It can also create performance issues) HM items (HM attacks are no longer necessary and can be removed without Move-deleter). Quest system to keep track of the main story and side quests. Trade evolutions have been replaced by regular evolutions Possible bugs/errors that could occur: Because this is a one-man project, there will be some bugs or errors. Since I'm not a native English speaker, some typos will probably appear. I've corrected all the ones I've seen, but I'm sure that there are stille some left. Incorrect tiles Performance issues, especially on weaker computers, but I think this is partly due to Pokemon Essentials. When you encouter performance issues you can try to restart the game. Missing Overworld sprites for some events (I changed the names of some sprites to keep the naming of my files more consistent) The overworld fishing sprite isnt showing. The move sketch shows an error message, but the game doesn't crash (will be fixed) You should save regularly to be safe in case the game crashes unexpectedly! Feel free to let me know if you find any of these or other problems. I also added a “wiki” for the game folder. It includes a copy of the Pokemon PBS file to quickly look up evolutions, moves etc, a list of item locations and a list of quests and their locations. I know 3 Gym is a lot for a demo but I didn't want to take anything away from the game. Download version 1.3.4 of the demo here, have fun:) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pokémon The New Order About the Fan Game Pokémon The New Order is an RPG XP Game that I've been developing since April 2020, probably due to boredom but most likely because I've always wanted to try and create my own Pokémon game! The game is a fangame made in RPG Maker XP and in no way do I receive any profit or monetary compensation for it. I have made this game under fair use laws and do not intend to breach those. The game takes place in the Fabelle region, a brand-new place with lots of new challenges to take on! However, the game is inspired by colonelsalt's Team Rocket Edition ROM Hack. That means the gameplay will take an unexpected turn. This isn't your usual Pokémon game with you being a child completing your dream as a champion... The Plot You finally make your dream come true. Through your contacts, you manage to join the infamous Team Cipher, the dominant mafia group in the whole region of Fabelle! Complete numerous missions and climb up the ranks to fulfill your very own destiny! Develop bonds with your teammates! Fight off other villainous groups to reach the top! Discover the dark side of Fabellian history and all the secrets the government has been keeping away from the public eye! Screenshots GIFs (outdated) Features The whole new region of Fabelle! Many new locations to explore and many new trainers to battle! Gen. VI Pokémon While it may not be anything too new anymore, Fairy Type and Gen VI Pokémon are included in the game. A unique, branching story Play the game, while making choices that branch the game, changing the story as you progress, and determining how the characters see you. Gen 3 style map The whole game gives off a nostalgic vibe from the old gen 3 Mechanics and abilities up to Gen 9 With Gen 9 Pokémon come their abilities! Miscelanous features that improve the gameplay More features, like HMs for items, reusable TMs, nature changers, an item updating your current objective and more... Download DOWNLOAD BETA V3.0 DOWNLOAD BETA V2.1 DOWNLOAD BETA V1.0 FAQ None, at the moment, but if there are any, they'll be in this section. Credits Of course, I didn't make most of the assets used in the game. In this spoiler I've listed people whom I'd like to thank for their work, since without them, this wouldn't even exist. If you notice any asset you created in this game and you're not listed in the spoiler, I am terribly sorry. Message me and I'll quickly add you to the credits. If you see me using your work and you haven't stated it's completely free to use and are dissatisfied with me using it, message me and I'll work out the situation. (Credits are bound to change as more Betas are released) If you find any bugs, errors or typos, be sure to message me

Pokémon Pure & Corrupt Made with RPG Maker XP & Pokémon Essentials v21.1. Demo Download: Link Discord Server: Link -------------------------------------------------------------- Background: Pokémon Pure & Corrupt was born out of my desire to create a Pokémon ROM hack/fangame since I was a child. It is being developed completely by myself using Pokémon Essentials and all the various incredible resources created by the community for public use. Currently, I have up to five badges completed on each path, making a grand total of 10 badges to collect. Estimated gameplay time is about 10-12 hours. Plot Synopsis: Set two weeks after a virus infected the Kyrn Region's Pokémon Storage System, the region grapples with their new reality as they prepare to host the year's Pokémon World Tournament. The "MissingNo. Virus", as it has come to be called, was successful in corrupting the data of all Pokémon stored in the PC at the time causing them to "fuse" with MissingNo. You are set to begin your Pokémon journey on your 14th birthday during this time of mass panic and confusion throughout your region. Shortly after leaving your house, you are presented a choice. Will you take the route of a standard Pokémon Trainer, or will you be tempted by the alluring power of Glitched Pokémon to reach your ultimate goal? Which path will you choose, I wonder... The Path is Yours to Climb... Inspired by Fire Emblem: Fates, I've loved the idea of having two different paths to play through in a Pokémon game. Near the beginning of the game you are given a choice of path to take. the "Pure" Path or the "Corrupt" Path. The Pure Path is more of your standard Pokémon journey. Defeat Gyms, take down the evil team, etc. The Corrupt Path, however, is intended to deviate from the standard Pokémon format. Not drastically, but it will be more difficult (both literally and lore-wise.) Your ultimate goal is still to defeat Gyms and become the Champion, but the methods in which you get to that point are different. Due to the MissingNo. Virus the region has closed off many of its doors to anyone who uses Glitched Pokémon. Pokémon Centers cannot heal you, Gyms will reject your challenges, and more. Who will you turn to in order to achieve your goal as the best Trainer in the Kyrn Region?! Features & Gameplay Mechanics: Mechanics up to Gen 8 (currently) but with all Gen 9 Pokémon, moves, abilities, etc. Two paths each with a storyline that connects with the other. You must play both paths to learn all the information. A huge region to explore, essentially split in half for each main story but free-roam will be allowed in the post-game! Over 450 Pokémon to find throughout the large Kyrn Region. Current demo has around 260 available. A brand new form of Pokémon: Glitched Pokémon. They come with moveset changes and sometimes even new typings and abilities. A new, fitting typing for all Glitched forms: Bird! But that's not all... each of the 18 types in the game has its own Bird variant! The Bird-typing introduces the type-effectiveness chart from Inverse Battles when battling Pokémon of the opposite form as you (i.e. Glitched vs non-Glitched Pokémon.) The type chart is vanilla otherwise. 16 unique Gyms to battle across the region. Not all are available in current demo. 19 Side Quests and counting! A very long ways away but a Battle Frontier and the Pokémon World Tournament are both planned for the post-game! Level Caps on the Corrupt Path, adding to the difficulty. See a Pokémon's IVs and EVs right on the summary screen! Speedup button: Q by default. Multiple save files plugin; you don't have to lose your progress on one path to play the other! PokéUpdater support, allowing players to update their games right from the main menu! Overworld Encounters in some areas, sometimes aggressive like in Legends: Arceus! Screenshots: View them all here: Download: Current Version: v0.6.3b Link No PokeUpdater version The no updater version is intended for: Those who cannot launch the game due to a PokeUpdater-related error JoiPlay users Those who wish to play without requiring an internet connection. Demo goes up to Gym #5 (Thyone City) on the Pure Path and Badge #5 (Eirene Town) on the Corrupt Path. There are three secret battles to find. Other Links: Wild Pokémon Locations Known Bugs/Issues: Custom music volumes are not normalized at the moment; some may be too loud or too quiet. Some custom music does not loop properly at the moment. Some door animations may look weird/not work properly. Visual bug entering Heratta House door. Weird graphical bug when exiting caves. Minor stutter lag when nearing map borders. This is an RPG Maker XP issue related to tileset loading. Claw Game might act slow/buggy. I haven't fully checked how it works on v21.1 yet. Graphical bug after going up/down side stairs. Basically displaces the player character on the Y Axis until you enter a new map, should be purely graphical but stuff like Trainer encounters look weird. Bicycles act strangely going up and down side stairs. FLY DOES NOT WORK. I haven't figured out why. Top priority to fix. PETRA MANDALA In the worlds of the Petra Mandala, two forces are locked in an eternal struggle for power. One side puts safety above all - even if it may come at the cost of freedom. The other prioritises freedom, even if it may put one's safety in jeopardy. Created with RPG Maker XP and Pokemon Essentials (V21.1 & a lot of tutorials from Thundaga), Pokemon Cackalacky takes a very similar approach to the mainline games, with 8 gym leaders to defeat, an Elite Four after that, and even some post game at the battle frontier. The game takes place in the state of North Carolina (often called "Old Cackalacky") and the player will travel through the various real-life cities. You can roam the beaches of WIlmington for fossils, explore the mountains of Asheville drinking "brews" or battle trainers in the capital city of Raleigh. This game has 104 brand new, original Pokemon with original pixel art, and new moves have been added as well. The post-game offers a battle factory/tower incorporating these new pokemon with already existing Gen 1-3 Pokemon for some fun cross overs. Overall, the plotline for this game starts off as usual with the player going away from home to start their own adventure. But eventually, they are thrust into action as Team Rocket starts tinkering with the potential impacts of radiation on Pokemon at the Nuclear Power Plant. Can you stop them and address the fallout from their actions? Can you collect all 8 gym badges and defeat the Elite Four? Come give Pokemon Cackalacky a try! Features: 104 brand new pokemon with unique movesets & pixel art Original Map designed after the state of North Carolina, with all of the major cities in that state Original story line (though borrowing from typical pokemon themes like Team Rocket, Gym Leaders, and E4) View: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17iUt-tBLBJGnI1q9ewTdYCT_lA4Y91CV/view?usp=drive_link Screenshots below of gameplay, new Pokemon, and other content "Pokémon Essentials" was created by: Flameguru Poccil (Peter O.) OVERVIEW ~Made using Pokemon Essentials~ For Generations, Pokemon has been a game where you get your starter from the professor, catch wild Pokemon, Beat the gym leaders, defeat the elite 4 and inevitably become Champion. Maybe you even get a legendary or two during your journey. All of this is known as the typical Pokemon game format. Today, I bring you something different.. Unique, so to speak. This project is currently being worked on by two people. Both of us enjoyed the creation of this game and this is the first game we ever made and released. We hope you all enjoy playing it. Without further delay! FEATURES & SCREENSHOTS ~ Player's Choice - A majority of in game outcomes are solely dependent on your choices alone. What you say, do and decide will dictate your future, just like real life. ~ Character Stats - Stats such as Intelligence, Strength, Charm and Skill are all calculated based on your choices in game. These stats also determine what you as an individual are capable of. Make a choice, and you'll see one of these stats effected. Intelligence - Determines how smart the player is. It is needed to ascend to higher rank classes and discover the unknown. Strength - Determines how physically strong the player is. It is needed to move, make or break objects! Charm - Determines how attractive the player is. It is needed to increase success when flirting and to encounter Legendary Pokemon! Skill - Determines the player's abilities as a Pokemon trainer. It is needed to unlock more wild Pokemon and Trainers to battle! ~ Energy - A character stat that determines how many actions you are able to do in a day. Various activities will consume your Energy. You will be notified once your Energy is low, and once it is low enough, you will have the choice to sleep and start the next day. ~ Interactions - Not necessarily a character stat, but still effected by player actions. It determines the game's time of day. Essentially, the more interactions you make in a day, the more time has passed. It is reset everyday. ~ Reputation - Positive and Negative alignment based on your choices in game. Some may be good, others not so much. The same person may say different things to you depending on your level of Reputation. ~ Academy Perks - Winning Club activities will grant you different perks that are permanent! There are 13 in total but you can only have two so choose wisely! ~ NPC Affinity - Some of the NPC's in your class are students you can bond with. These NPC's will give you a variety of things. Their affinity with you is displayed when interacted with. You may talk and battle with them daily, and will be able to unlock future interactions as well. ~ Schooling System - You are at an academy with your own dorm room. You are expected to complete homework on time and attend class Monday - Friday. Failure to do so will result in a detention. Getting enough Detentions and skipping detentions skipped will ultimately lead to your expulsion. ~ Multiple Save Files - You are able to have up to 8 different savefiles! This gives you the option to see and experience the many different choices and outcomes available in Pokemon Pathways without having to lose your main progress! Here's a video made by me doing a quick overview of the 9.0 update Shout to all the people who went out of their way to make videos showcasing the game! GAME DOWNLOAD Thank you for everyone who has downloaded the game and tested the alpha up to this point, and also for everyone who will download from this point on. There shouldn't be anything wrong with this latest release, but of course if there is feel free to comment about it here and we'll get to it ASAP. Again, Thank You for Playing! Whether by luck or by fate, you've encountered a mythical Pokemon and formed a psychic bond. Now you're on a journey with your Pokemon to find inspiration together and discover Meloetta's true potential. Don't know what version you have? If your titlescreen looks different than the above image, or doesn't say version 2.3, please update! Download Here! If you've already played, get yourself a forum badge! This game is designed to be free range. I guess I might mean "Open World" but it's not as if there's a large open field with infinite directions to travel in, so by calling it free range I mean that it's really chill and has features like these: Features: You can completely ignore the story and what characters tell you to do Wild Pokemon and trainers will scale with your party, so do things in any order you want The region map isn't filled out, at least not with route markers. If a character mentions a certain area or asks you to travel somewhere, they'll try to mark the path for you. Gyms have no strict order or type, so challenge them in any order! Or not at all! They'll also rematch with different teams. Following Pokemon! The first Pokemon in your party can be toggled as a following partner, and they'll unique reactions or pick up items based on your surroundings. Catching Mechanics Earn exp for catching Pokemon, and have the option of switching them into the party immediately. Unreal Time Some Pokemon might only appear at night or might appear more often in the day, but time moves fast so you don't worry about resetting your system clock. Elite Battle System Battles look great, thanks Luka! Breeding Heck yeah the daycare is in get those egg moves and hidden abilities. Known issues/bugs: F.A.Q.: Q: Why did HeroVoltsy get a shiny Zorua and I didn't get a Pokemon? A: It's an easter egg! If your character is named Voltsy, or Jasmine, you'll get a shiny Zorua. Q: Are there other easter egg names? A: Heck yeah. I love adding gifts for my friends so there's a bunch of names and you might even find something by accident. Q: Why do I have to play as the boy character? Why do I have to play as the girl character? A: The character is chosen at random, you can reset if it really bothers you. I prefer to write without using pronouns, but both protagonist's pronouns are they/them. Q: What's the shiny rate? A: Higher than normal. If you wanna have a giggle, there's also some names you can give your character (Glitter, Glimmer, Shimmer, Sparkle, or Shiny) that will make your whole game shiny. (some stuff is shiny locked though and won't be affected) Q: Which Pokemon are available? A: There's not a plan, I just add whatever suits the areas I design. At time of writing I can say that all the starters from generations 1-5 are available, and there's also some regional forms and split evolutions. Q: How many badges are there? A: Currently, 4 badges. Q: Was that a reference to another fan game? A: Probably, I like fan games and I'm not subtle about it. Q: Why isn't this working with my emulator? What emulator do I need? Can I play this on mobile? A: This game isn't played with an emulator, so if someone told you it was playable on mobile, they lied! The game should work fine on any Windows PC without any extra programs to run it. Macs should be able to run it through Wine(? Sorry I don't know the details on this one). Q: How do I update to a new version? Can I keep my old save file? A: Save files are stored on your computer separately from the game files, so it's safe to completely delete an old version of the game. The new/updated version of the game will recognize an old save file and use it with no problem. Q: Is the game finished? A: No, it's not complete. There's several areas that were blocked off (probably by rocks) because they're not finished. I don't know when the next big chunk of content will be done; I make games for fun so Q: When will it be done? A: I don't know! Making games like this is my idea of fun, so I'm not gonna like, recruit people to make parts of the game just to get it done faster. And some days I feel like playing games instead of making them :P Note for devs: If you want something from the game please download the resource pack, but don't rip or take files directly from the game, most of this stuff is a public resource and not made by me. Credits are linked to all the public resources I used if you want them for your own game!

Plot Dark Rising 3 is the final sequel to the Dark Rising franchise. Dark Rising 3 begins nine years after Order Destroyed. Our main heroes are the twins Zyro and Zyree Crosswell, and the game revolves around their survival stories in this post-apocalyptic world created in "Hoopa's Image". Description After several years in development, the fangame was officially abandoned, and the project uploaded here is the final version of the progress that the team made, with about 5-7 hours of gameplay. However, the project itself is not abandoned, and is planned to release as a ROM hack instead - more details can be found at the website linked below. Welcome to the kingdom of Keltios! I have the honor to present my fangame project: Pokémon Sacred Phoenix. Born on June 23, 2018, here it is officially presented in the community! Currently developed on a heavily modded version 24 of PSDK, this ambitious project aims to bring audacity and originality both in terms of the scenario and Pokémon gameplay while retaining the very essence of this famous license. In the long term, it is on the open-source Godot engine that I want to develop on, because it is the only way to make a fangame worthy of my ambitions. In the spirit of the Relic Castle's game jams, this project that will be free of public use in order to allow everyone to benefit from it, but also to be able to make a contribution to the edifice. When a Legend falls into one of the eternal human conflicts, the Mythical King will lose his Guardian and will no longer be worthy of Arceus' Throne. From this fall will be reborn the curse of the Sovereign of Kalos. Then utter Shadow will plunge the Divine Pokémon into a tormented sleep, subjecting it to dark servitude. From this Shadow that puts many Pokémons' souls to sleep, the Rebirth will shine with the Rainbow Bird. Blessed by the flames of the Sacred Fire and the unconditional Love of the Phoenix Prophet, the Pokémons of Light will restore the balance of the Legendaries ... For from the Shadow type is born the Light, the balance of the world will never be broken. Pokémon Sacred Phoenix is a fan-game that will introduce you to the kingdom of Keltios, a medieval-fantasy world blessed by the Legendaries. Loving myths and legends, it is therefore only natural that I transcribe these passions through my creation. This will involve a unique project on many points, originalities that will make the strength of this project: On Giratina's sphere (the plot): What would a world be without adventures? A medieval-fantasy world is full of mages, prophecies, court intrigues, quests, enemies, battles, deaths, hope and heroes. Through a scenario that skillfully mixes Celtic inspiration and the richness of the official Pokémon Lore, you will live the Phoenix Prophecy and will be led to discover the origin of a mysterious evil (the Shadow type) corrupting the heart of some pocket monsters. On Palkia's sphere (the space): Keltios, a frontier nation of ancient Kalos, will be a brand-new land to explore. At the height of its glory, this historically rich kingdom remains twice the size of a traditional Pokémon region. On Dialga's sphere (the time): A very rare originality, the quest of the Sacred Phoenix will go far into the past: 500 years after the Kalosian reign of AZ, or 2500 years before the contemporary events of the Pokéworld. This implies the absence of almost all technologies. Forget about glass buildings, motor vehicles, computers, Pokémon Centers and modern medicines! It is an opportunity to discover new landscapes (tilesets) and a different philosophy of life, especially magic which is very prominent. It is thanks to it that the forging of Apricorns into Pokéballs was already known and mastered in Keltios. And to make sure you don't feel out of place, you will have the opportunity to "Gotta Catch 'Em All" and to collect dozens of pocket monsters thanks to a mage's privilege that you will inherit very quickly. Yes, an enchanted grimoire will act as a Pokédex! On Arceus' sphere (the physical laws): As magic replaces technology, the inhabitants have learned to live in symbiosis with nature and the "magical creatures" that populate it. You will learn for example that Pokémons recover their energy by camping or resting in an inn (or by praying at an altar), but also that battles can be deadly to your fellow travelers in case of a blow that is too powerful (feature that can be set in the options: disabled, realistic or Nuzlocke). Because yes, in Keltios, the carnal envelope of a Pokémon remains mortal and many trainers have shed tears as a consequence! Generally speaking, the Pokémon gameplay will be revisited in order to get closer to a classic fantasy RPG while keeping the essence of the license. The Sacred Phoenix Quest (and its secondary objectives) will lead you to visit all 22 kelt towns, but also potentially some of the 12 known cities beyond the borders. After an introduction on Phoenix Hill, where your starter will be given to you, your story will start in the peaceful province of Alienor in the west of Keltios, to the battlefields near the Distortion Massif, and to the dream of every trainer: the Mt. Asgard, where the Colosseum of Arceus, the headquarters of the Pokémon League of Keltios, is built. The map is designed to offer you a semi-liberty inspired by open worlds while guiding you a minimum to avoid finding yourself in an off-level zone. In keeping with the Pokémon tradition, most of the cities are themed around the Celtic tree. The geography will also make nods to ancient legends such as those of Avalon or Broceliande. – A mature scenario rich in myths and legends, and where the Legendaries are honored as gods. – Three Dragon Starters: Dratini, Bagon and Gible. All three final forms have their Mega-Evolution. – Unique tilesets for a medieval-fantasy atmosphere – Mapping using the terraforming technique: all Keltios maps have a realistic relief and are perfectly joined. This provides an organic environment and a semi-open world that will allow soaring in the sky between all areas. – An orchestral soundtrack by Pipevanes and Braxton Burks! – 3 rivals – 10 Augurs (replacing Gym Leaders), 2 of which are optional. Each will give a Talisman, equivalent to a badge. – Two sects that will act as Teams: the Cult of Darkrai and the Cult of Giratina. – Fully customizable difficulty, from Assist Mode to Giratina's Hell (hardcore Nuzlocke). – You can forfeit to most trainers and thus decline the battle (but it will be perceived as a dishonor by your party). It is also possible to explore Keltios without battle-capable Pokémon, but be careful not to make unfortunate encounters! – A Game Over is present and can be triggered in three ways: being defeated by a hostile enemy (death match), being killed by one of your own Pokémon or having all your creatures die (with an optional Black Out Clause). – Follow Me: you first Pokémon walks by your side. This can be toggled by [Ctrl] key and has implications on the gameplay. – Presence of holy and cursed places. This impacts your magic and the behavior of your Pokémons. – Shiny encounter chance increased to 1/1074. Shinies have better IVs. – Alpha and Noble Pokémons ! They have a greater chance of being shiny because of their perfect IVs (1/266 and 1/64 chances respectively). – Speed-up button ([F5] key). – An internal clock for the game with its own calendar and season management. – Harvest of Keltios: many wild plants can be harvested in the lands of Keltios and require no maintenance. Their productivity depends on the season, but the Floral Gift (a passive ability possessed by fully evolved Grass Pokémons) can speed up an almost ready harvest. – New potions and healing items adapted to the old era of Keltios. – A mining system allows you to collect the raw materials needed for crafting, including the creation of Pokéballs. – Field Effects: Like Pokémon Reborn, battlefields will have a very significant influence on the power of attacks and will combine with weather and auras. The number of weathers will also be extended. – Caught Overhaul: The capture mechanics have been revisited. A Pokémon that is not weakened or of too high level can deflect balls. Conversely, weakening them will significantly increase your chances of capture! At the same time, the Apricorns-based Pokéballs – the only ones present in Keltios – are rebalanced and offered in three levels of quality. Thus, each one of them will have its utility. – Death Overhaul: The death of Pokémon will be a reality in Keltios: you will be able to lose your magical creatures if they are hit too hard. This can be set in the options (disabled / realistic / Nuzlocke mode). A reincarnation system is present and allows you to get some ghost Pokémons! – Overkill mechanism: Grants a XP boost in case of a powerful fatal blow, but beware not to bloodshed too often. – Loyalty Overhaul: Many parameters influence the feelings of your Pokémons. Gain their trust by giving them food or massaging them. Their level of friendship will have a real influence on battles and will determine how loyal they are to you. You can also instill fear in them to gain respect. – XP Overhaul: Depending on the importance of the fights, the experience gain will be more or less important. At the same time, an original soft level cap greatly accelerates the experience gained if your Pokémon is underlevel and reduces it by half if your Pokémon is too high level. The overlevel also reduces the dread felt by your magical creature, which will impact the obedience they have for you. This effect can be compensated with high friendship. – Pokémons can evolve mid-battle and trade evolutions are replaced by alternatives ones. – A Keltios Pokédex made up of around 500 creatures, of which 15% are Fakemons and regional variants (known as "ancient" forms). New Mega-Evolutions are also present! – Two new types: Shadow and Light. It will be possible to grant one of these two types to your Pokémon through a ritual. – A rebalanced type chart! – Status moves are divided into three sub-categories: buff, debuff, and terrain. – Effectiveness Overhaul: Chances of hitting with a debuff move are influenced by type affinity. Affinity also influences the chances of inflicting a side effect and the rate of indirect or fixed damage. – Statuses and critical hits have been overhauled. – Haxx smoother: Minimizes the luck/bad luck discrepancies that frustrate players in battle. This will be done by taking into account the success or failure of the last actions. For example, if you failed your Blizzard, the next one will have more chances to succeed, and vice versa. – EVs and IVs will be visible on the stats. The Pokémon summary will also include much more information than in the official games. (Great for fans of RPG feats). – The EV system is rebalanced and expanded to be closer to what it was in Gen 1 / Gen 2, rewarding trainers who train the same Pokémon over the long term. – Possibility to curse, strengthen or bless the IVs of your Pokémon in order to minimize or maximize them. All your magical creatures will have a chance to become "Perfect". The nature in battle can also be modified in the same manner as mints. – The hermaphrodite gender for Pokémons and egg groups redone from scratch. – Each Legendary Pokémon will have its own Legendary move and/or Ability, reflecting its divine power over the world. – A craft system with the smithing art. – Double and Triple battles with the possibility of meeting wild Pokémons in pairs or triples (the latter is a horde battle.) – Wild Pokémons that will act as bosses and will be fought in 1 vs. 2. In return, they will be able to call for reinforcements in the manner of the SOS battles in SM/USUM. – Completing the three branches of crafting: forging, alchemy and enchanting. (Forging is done, left Alchemy and Enchanting.) – Develop the game in HD with a resolution of 1280x720 and sprites in 192x192 for the Pokémons. My ultimate wish is that these HD sprites are also animated. – Augur Battles will take place in colosseums. (Pokémon matches are the most popular entertainment in Keltios and the public wants to see the show!) No puzzles in these buildings, but the Augurs will give you an Alola Trial-style quest before facing you. – Augur Battles will follow the Gym leaders' rules of the Anime with a battlefield to their advantage and a no item clause. – A Pokémon League in the form of a Double battle tournament in a sumptuous colosseum. – Replacing PP system with 2 new energy gauges for your Pokémons: Mana and Breath. This will allow more than 4 moves per Pokémon. – 6 tactical options instead of 4 in battle: Attack, Stances, Tactics, Pokémon, Bag and Run. – Ho-Oh's Scepter will allow your character to use magic, including casting O-Power style spells, but also to Mega-Evolve your Pokémons and use the Z-Power. – The Sacred Mega-Evolution! Find the true Mega-Evolution as it is described in the anime: the one that requires a sincere love towards your Pokémon. It will also allow the use of Z-moves. – The possibility of performing Poké-Jobs, a kind of repeatable quest that will allow you to earn money without spilling the blood of your magical creatures. – In-map use of HM moves based on the Pokémon's ability to learn the attack (instead of having it in its moveset) and the presence of Poké Ride. – Integration of Pokémon Contests. The Silvynis family is a lineage that has had several royal ancestors. The latest was Nimue the Pure, Mythical Queen who watched over Keltios a century ago. Going back in the genealogy, it is revealed that the blood of Morgana Harmonia and AZ of Kalos also runs in their veins. Of course, as in any self-respecting Pokémon game, you can choose your character's name. Be aware that if you take the hero, the heroine will become one of your rivals and vice versa. The hero Only son of Brendan and Ygerne, Aranel is a young man of 18 who, after the death of his father, found hope by following the teachings of the Ho-Oh cult. Shy but honest, he has always dreamed of becoming friends with Pokémons. He is very close to his cousin Viviane. The heroine Only daughter of Elowen and Gorlois, Viviane is a young lady of 19 years. Her destiny seems to be linked to Aranel's, for she too saw her father die during the terrible battle of Taranus 11 years ago, the same battle where the Mythical King Oromis lost his Suicune. Like her cousin Aranel, she decided to follow the teachings of the Temple of Ho-Oh. Enthusiastic and determined, she has always been fascinated by the magic of Pokémons. The Pokémon "Professor" Fintan the Wise is the grandfather of Viviane and Aranel, 68 years old at the beginning of the adventure. Lord of Sylvan Town, his manor houses a vast library, his dream being to list all the existing Pokémons in Keltios. Legend has it that he even met Celebi in the Lake of Time when he was 12 years old. When he sees that his grandchild has inherited the Scepter of Ho-Oh, he will entrust him with the Pokégrimoire, an enchanted book that acts as an ancient Pokédex. Gwydion High Priest of Ho-Oh, he plays the role of your mentor during the beginning of the game. Guardian of the Scepter of Phoenix Pokémon, he masters the Sacred Mega-Evolution, but it seems that his artifact attracts dangerous lusts... Kerdus He is the blacksmith and the Lord of Tintignac, the second town in the game. Master in the art of making Pokéballs from Apricorns, he will teach his knowledge to our hero very early in his adventure. (Yes, there will be crafting!) Aerouna Intrepid damsel of the Draconid People and aspiring Dragon Rider, it was she who gave you one of the three dragon eggs she possessed as a reward for your initiation. She will keep you company as your second rival, for she too was entitled to her dragon hatching as the new Priestess of Rayquaza. Sveifla Sveifla is an enigmatic character. The son of a high-ranking person, he used to serve the Cult of Giratina, but was banished after losing control of his Shadow Pokémon. The scar on his face is a testament to this. In revenge, he stole a dragon egg from Duiraco and hatched it, and is now trying to rebuild his career as a trainer. He will cross your path several times and will act as your third rival. AZ - Azoth of his real name Former King of Kalos and master alchemist, his love for Pokémon earned him the trust of Xerneas and Yveltal. But at that time, the Legendaries refused to intervene in human wars, which cost the life of his Floette. Despite the kindness of the two Guardians of Kalos who helped him create the Philosopher's Stone and resurrect his beloved Pokémon, the sovereign succumbed to his dark side by freeing Giratina from the Distortion World. The ultimate weapon was created and ravaged Keltios, ending a 16-year war... but at the cost of his Floette's departure and an unforgivable reputation as a god of destruction in the eyes of the kelts. The only thing he was able to keep was his Philosopher's Stone, which is why he is still living 500 years later, wandering around looking for his redemption. Our heroes will cross his path several times. Unos the Mythical King Successor of Oromis, he is the current Mythical King of Keltios. He is the first mortal to have obtained the allegiance of three Legendaries at the same time, including Arceus himself. Needless to say, with so many divine Pokémons at his side, he is an exceptionally powerful trainer! The equivalent of Gym Leaders, Augurs are the head of each Keltios Cult. Guardians of the wisdom of the Legendary they represent; they will subject you to a trial (like the Trials of Alola) if you express the desire to them to face them. Succeed in their quest, and they will then give you an appointment in their arena backed by the Temple, coliseums offering very beautiful shows for the inhabitants of their city. These official Keltios League battles will be tough, as Augurs treat their magical creatures with the utmost love, healing items will be forbidden, you won't be able to send more Pokémon than your opponent has, and the arena's terrain will be significantly to their advantage. A small concession, however: you will be allowed to switch Pokémon for free if you knock out one of the Augur's magical creatures, and the Augur will never be allowed to switch voluntarily. In short, it's exactly the official rules of the Gym battles from the Anime. Triumph and you will be rewarded with a Talisman, a badge that will reinforce your authority over your pocket monsters and unlock a quest that will allow you to learn a field move... And let's not forget the applause of the audience who will reward you with a nice amount of gold! List of Augurs Awena: Augur of Celebi – specialized Grass and Psychic-type Meirion: Augur of Kyogre – specialized Water and Ice-type Aedan: Augur of Groudon – specialized Fire and Ground-type Blodwyn: Augur of Xerneas – specialized Fairy and Grass-type Arianna: Augur of Lugia – specialized Water, Flying and Psychic-type Houarnon: Augur of Heatran – specialized Fire, Steel and Rock-type Erwana: Augur of Yveltal – specialized Dark and Ghost-type Cerridwyn: Augur of Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf – specialized Psychic and Light-type (It will be a Trio Combat) Neñvel: Augur of Rayquaza – specialized Dragon and Electric-type Ambros: Augur of Ho-Oh – specialized Fire and Flying-type Note that the Augurs of Ho-Oh and Heatran will be optional (although highly recommended). The first one, because you'll already have his Talisman from being initiated by the priests of Ho-Oh, the second one because it won't unlock a field move that's essential to the main quest (and the League of Keltios only requires 9 Talismans to compete). You'll also notice that their teams won't be monotype, but in the theme of the Legendary that fits them. Sacred Phoenix renews the battle mechanics in depth, offering a new wind on the Pokémon license. If your will is to be surprised and discover everything by yourself, follow the path of Azelf. The scenario will introduce you to these new features gradually. But if you choose the path of Uxie and wish his knowledge, a documentation has been specially written for you. It is available in the "doc" folder of the game. Fintan's library contains many books that can be accessed from the shelves of his manor. For an independent reading of the game, these writings are also available in PDF format. A good majority of the gameplay changes are described there, as well as some of the lore. The library of Fintan the Wise (French version) (Spanish version) Since June 23, 2018, Sacred Phoenix has grown and developed. The changelog traces its history. Pokémon Swallow is a fangame based on Game Freak's discarded mini-game concepts that were showcased at this year's Freak Leak 2024. These mini-games are Wario Ware style, where there is only one mechanic and they don't last more than 5-10 seconds. Minigames: Magnezone Recharge Magnemite Evolution Krabby Kut Machoke Pushups Splash to Pond Golduck Staredown Haunted Woods Gloom Blooms Base Pokeball Dig Digglett Spin Poliwhirl Football Lee Among others As a proof of concept I have recreated the first one: Magnezone Recharge and it is already playable. In this game we will have to have the mobile plugged to the current to give Magnezone a charge before the time runs out. ;) Screenshots: Video: Download: Zelda Credits: Game Freak

Created with: RPG Maker XP & PSDK (Old Version) Team: Elle - Everything except... Leparagon - Pokemon battle sprites Aaron Mesnard - Trainer / Overworld Sprites Jack - Promotional Art CoreyChampion - Music StriderTempxa -Music Story: You play as "Red" if you play as a boy, "Crimson" if you choose to play as a girl or "Garnet", if you pick the non-binary protagonist. After years of boredom up on Mt. Silver, you decide to head back home and re-start the Indigo League challenge, because, why not? As you head on this new adventure, Team Rocket makes its resurgence in the region and you'll ever discover new friends as well! The game takes place in Generation 1 and 2 Kanto rather than 3 and 4 Kanto, so characters and events from FRLG and HGSS are not canon in this project. Features: > Fakemon & New Forms & Expanded Pokedex - There has been a massive shift in the climate of Kanto and so new Convergent Pokemon have been discovered. Likewise, as Kanto has a close relationship with Alola and Johto, expect to find some Pokemon of those regions hiding in the tall grass! > Customization - Gyms will now have a difficulty option, so you can choose a harder fight or something at your level. Additionally, item balls in the overworld have been replaced with item-chests and you will need to choose one of three outcomes to take with you. There is even more to customize, but you will have to find it to learn more! > A Slightly New Kanto - While the layout of Kanto is largely the same, some of the maps and towns are upgraded and different from what you may remember. All the maps are unique, vibrant and detailed, but also hold some new secrets! You will even find some new areas and routes; all to make the game have a new and positive experience. > An Older Age Rating - To make Team Rocket appear more evil, there will be some instances of swearing or threatening. This "edge" is to add a bit more realism and the appearance of danger to the team, where normally there is none. > Dialogue Portraits - Like with all my projects, main story events will be accompanied by custom drawn dialogue arts drawn by myself. > And More! - I'm starting to run out of things to list so we'll leave it at that as I come up with more ideas! New Starter Pokemon Forms! These special forms are from Alola and not much is known about how they came to be other than relating to their environment. Like Pokemon Yellow, you will gradually be able to collect all the starters, as you progress in your adventure. Art by Jack. *The normal version of each starter is not available to obtain.. Screenshots Dev Notes: *Currently the only mature subject matter warning is for a few swear words. *Demo ends at the top of Mt. Silver, for anyone curious. Download Game Here! Hello! Welcome to Pokemon Alden, a fan game based loosely on my long running D&D game! Right now, this is a pretty modest project, but I want to share it regardless! I've done my best to fill this first big chunk of the game with as much detail and intrigue as possible. PLOT Pokemon Alden is set in the Helephen Region, a small portion of a larger nation ruled over by the technologically advanced Aldenian League. Your story begins when you are tasked with making a simple delivery for your neighbor, the local Pokemon Professor. As you travel North, you'll start to learn more about the region's problems. Pokemon are becoming sick and strange debt collectors are harassing the people of Helephen. All these unsavory happenings seem to point back to the Aldenian League, and you'll find yourself going from simple errand runner to hero. You may also find yourself joining factions such as the Pokemon Rangers and the archeologists of the Thaelian Society. You'll help the Pokemon Rangers in their fight against a group of poachers known as Team Plunder. If you choose to join the Thaelian Society, you'll pursue artifacts that tell the history of Helephen. And of course you'll also collect gym badges, hunt rare Pokémon, and achieve Pokedex milestones. FEATURES (Available in this Demo) Over 100 original regional variants. More than 300 new moves and more than 40 new abilities. 5 Gyms to challenge. More than 100 quests to complete. Basic crafting system with drops from wild Pokemon. The "Ancient" type. This includes all fossil mons, Relicanth, and a few others + several new variant species. A couple other things I don't want to spoil :) POKEMON CHANGES I have rebalanced almost every original Pokemon available in the game to fit better with the pacing of a single player adventure. In general I changed the following: Pokemon have higher stats but evolve later (sometimes significantly). Pokemon have expanded learn sets that sometimes include a lot of original moves. All evolutions have been streamlined to be either: Level up, Stone, or Happiness. Megas and Gmax forms are not present. Instead many of these have been repurposed and rebalanced as permanent evolutions for Pokemon like Lopunny, Lapras, Pinsir, Manectric, Garbodor, and many others. Check the 'Pokemon' and 'Pokemon Forms' documents in the PBS folder of your game directory if you want to confirm a specific evolution level or method. I know some folks won't like these changes, but I had a great time doing it, and I hope you'll see some new life breathed into old favorites. DOWNLOAD Download the Demo Here! About the Game Vinemon: Sauce Edition is a Pokémon Fan Game made in RPG Maker XP with the Pokémon Essentials Engine. The game is set in a new Region known as 'Fanoth', which used to be a region that was once believed that no person would or should ever be able to enter. Our goal while developing this game was to create a love note for the Vinesauce Community that we've been in for years. With that in mind, however, the game itself can be enjoyed by people unfamiliar with the community and the jokes/memes around such. As everything fits within the world as if it was always part of it. Vinemon: Sauce Edition, while isn't a challenge hack, is balanced to have every Vinemon be viable in battle with each one fitting into a niche perfect for one's team. We also believed in the idea that if all of them are balanced to be broken then none of them are broken. This has allowed us to create an extremely fun and interesting gameplay all of which can be taken online with the Cable Club. Here are some images to get a gist of your adventure. Note some of these do spoil some moments so click at your own risk: You are Vinny Vinesauce a streamer from Staten Island, New York. On one Sunday night, you planned to play a mysterious game made by your community titled Vinemon: Sauce Edition. The game is loaded up but your house’s power flickers on and off while the internet fully cuts out. Do not presume this was the doing of vineRizon. The power that calls you to this world is far greater than that of those internet providers. As you exit your house you find you aren’t in Statin Island anymore but in a region called “Fanoth”. As you look for answers to why you were brought here you discover that Imakuni was also brought to this world and is now your next-door rival. When you begin to share notes a sudden explosion happens and you both rush outside to see the cause of it. You discover the professor panicked and the only Vinemon he has left for you to use is a Water-Typed Vinemon named Scoot. After being given Scoot and a battle with your rival & friend Imakuni, You are given the VineGear to keep track of quests, manage your PC, and check the map of the region. As you overlook the map you begin to realize this world is strikingly familiar. Yet these places feel completely different from the ones you visited in the past on stream. As you travel the region you will meet many of the characters you’ve created and encountered while streaming. This includes iconic video game mascots, Original Characters (donut steel), Celebrities, Memes, Streamers, YouTubers, and many more! Explore, Battle, and Catch in Vinemon before it’s too late. After all, you still got a Sunday Stream to put on and you can’t leave chat alone unattended. New Abilities Pernio Frost - Can attack while frozen, reduces frozen foe's HP. Sticky Keys - Sticky stuff is launched on sendout. Delivery - Give the opponent your hold item. Nimble - Avoids entry hazards. & more! New Moves Levin Fury - User propels forward at lightning speed! Thaw Out - To inflict massive damage, the user thaws itself out, replacing their ICE typing with WATER. Blackhole - The user unleashes a black hole that can't miss, removing own-side stage hazards. & more! New Items Comfy Blanket - The world's comfiest hold item. The Vinemon holding it can't be frozen. Reversal Band - An item to be held by a Vinemon. It swaps the holder's Attack and Defense stats in battle. Boomerang - A held item that is thrown at the end of the turn. It comes back the next turn and damages opponents. Franklin Badge - The bearer reflects all incoming ELECTRIC-type attacks back at the foe. & more! An All-New Adventure in the Altera Region --- Join our Discord Server! Follow us on Twitter! Story Welcome to Altera, a wild and diverse region that overflows with abundance as well as danger. It is also the only place in the Pokémon world that emanates large amounts of Flux energy, a potent resource that has many uses. The value and power of this resource led to rapid economic growth of the region. However, shortly after humans began tapping into Flux energy for power, reports started to emerge about vicious, powered-up Pokémon appearing: the Alter Pokémon. To combat these Alter Pokémon and preserve peace and prosperity in Altera, the Altera Pokémon League was formed. The purpose of this League is to produce strong trainers to fight the Alter Pokémon, rewarding them with money and fame. This prominent league attracts trainers from all over the world and is structured differently from a typical Gym challenge. After a championship match in Condor City, while going home, three friends meet face by face with the Alter Pokémon threat and soon after embark on a life changing journey across the Altera Region! A Pokémon fan game inspired by the likes of various trading card game-based shonen anime like Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and Duel Masters. This game was made using RPG Maker XP and Pokémon Essentials v21.1. PLOT In a different world where Pokémon are not a normal everyday occurrence, you aim to become not only a pro-level duelist, but also the top #1 duelist in the Lif region! Your journey will have you start with humble beginnings in the lowest ranked dorm at the Duel Academy, Ocean Blue, learning the ways of being a duelist. There, you will first meet your rivals that you will see time and time again throughout your journey. And soon, you will have your first encounter with the Card Sharks, an organization whose sole purpose (at least on the surface) is to steal any and all rare cards they can get their hands on from others so that they can sell them on the black market, but what other ulterior motives and plans does this evil group have in store and how will it put the region of Lif in danger? That is for you to discover throughout the journey... FEATURES Explore the region of Lif in a Pokémon Colosseum-styled world map, and face all new opponents, both human and half-human/"furry" alike! Booster Packs- Pokémon are not encounted in the grass, water, or elsewhere like in other Pokémon games or fan games, but rather when opening booster packs! Earn booster packs from defeating rivals, gym leaders, and duelists you have beaten in rematches or buy them from Duel Stops so that you can encounter and catch new monsters to add to your deck! Trade in unwanted monsters to Card Maniac NPCs in exchange for EXP Candy that you can use to train up the deck of your dreams or that one monster you want to train who is falling behind the rest of your deck! SCREENSHOTS CHANGELOG PROGRESS AND FUTURE PLANS The game is only complete as of what happens after obtaining your first gym badge, but future plans intend to have a full world map with 8 gyms. Long term plans for the project include eventually moving away from the Pokemon IP itself and rebrand as a different game- this will include the need to replace all the existing Pokemon, types, move animations, item icons, and more. Planned PokéDex size is somewhere around 300 or so Pokémon. DEMO The demo contains everything players can expect to see up until after obtaining their first gym badge. Contents may differ in the demo than in the final game might, as this game is still in heavy, active development.
