Released Games

Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.

Pokemon Graphite Grey Graphite Grey is my latest project which I wanted to put together to get me back into my Game Developer mode. This is set to be a small project for me to just practice using RPG maker and Pokemon Essentials. It's not set to be the best game in the world but I wanted to make it playable because why not? My main aim for this game was to focus on Pokemon who are generally not seen as very good and see if a world of these Pokemon could give a nice balanced game or not. I've also decided to remove the standard marts in each town and make items like Potions and regular Pokeballs a little rarer so the player can utilize specialized Pokeballs like the Apricorn Balls. Most of the tiles and characters are either Essentials defaults or from my other games. Story Travel the Sire Region and collect the 8 Gym badges to earn entry into the Pokemon League competition. Those who are successful will be known as the Pokemon League Champion and gain access to face off against the Elite Four. On your journey meet Team Snare who will be set on their own money making schemes. Stop them if you can but their greed maybe too much! Download Game Pokemon Graphite Grey Demo (Alpha) Pleases note this is the very first version of the game so save regularly and please do leave feedback so I know what needs sorting. Features Pokedex mainly consisting of low BST pokemon (Mostly below 480 + a few extras i.e. Starters) Double battles as the main form of battles rather than the normal single battle style in most games 8 Gym + Pokemon League (Currently 2 Gym Demo) New Level-Up move pools More focus on lesser used items such as berries and Apricorn Pokeballs rather than the standard marts found in each city which are now a lot rarer to find. Plans for the Future MBD Mega Evolution Screenshots Gameplay Q&A Bug Fixes & WIP Credits

CatPokemon Pink Special Skitty Edition By GhoulFool Made with RPG Maker XP & Pokemon Essentials v.17.2(Yeah this took me a while) UPDATE: Encryption was causing an issue so I've uploaded a new version. Welcome to the Altes region This large peninsula was once a prospering region like any other. Then a skilled young Pokemon Trainer completed his Pokemon League journey and became Pokemon Champion! He won so many battles that he ended up claiming most of the region's money in battle prizes. Now Altes is on the brink of financial ruin! In a last ditch effort the inhabitants have summoned a legendary trainer to undo this problem. That is where you come in. This is my first game so it is pretty rough still. It's sort of meant to be a parody as well as a rage game. Exaggerating and subverting aspects of the real Pokemon games to comedically trick the player. Traverse the paths of Altes Challenge the 8 gyms* Investigate the plans of the mysterious Team Arsenal Roll your eyes at the obnoxious references Discover secrets that will aid you in your quest Solve very annoying puzzles Multiple Endings The very best music of the GBA (and some others) Happy Caturday *Gym leader not guaranteed.

And some Pokémon unlocks new Innates either by level, friendship, evolution or even quests! Plot: The story begins an alternate timeline where you and your rival, Red or Leaf, move to Hoenn before starting their journey in Kanto. A lot of customization, you can choose if you want activate: Nuzlocke mode, Randomization, optional challenges, Sandbox mode, Physical/Special split, Inversed type effectiveness, "No Damage" challenge from SmallAnt, AI choose your actions in battle, Mirror mode, etc. There are four different Game Difficulties - Easy, Normal, Hard and Very Hard. Hi! My name is Figgity, and this is my pokemon fan game, OpenPokemon! OpenPokemon is my very first fangame. Made in godot, it's a fully open world pokemon game. I wanted to make something akin to Legends Arceus meets ARK: Survival Evolved meets my weird mind. In the future it will focus on pokemon as animals in the wild, with more in depth training. Like real animals! DOWNLOAD HERE (MEGA) To play, unzip and leave everything in the folder. Launch the OpenPokemon4.exe to play! The (Open) World The world of OpenPokemon is set on a vast, randomly generated archapeligo, with diverse biomes and pokemon, dungeons and challenges to face, and ruins of a past world, with secrets interspersed. As developement continues, more variation will be added to the islands. The world is heavily inspired to almost ripped from gen 5, as you can see from the trees! Battling (I know you love my programmer art <3) The battling in OpenPokemon is going to be cartridge accurate- with some tweaks for balance in a sandbox setting. Some pokemon getting new abilities or different movesets, or moves being altered or even brought back. I don't want to touch the type chart or pokemon stats at all, with the exception of mega evolutions, which will be included but rebalanced to work in a way that doesn't discourage team variety. Battling Sidenote- Difficulty Battling is at the heart of pokemon, and many fangames and romhacks aspire to fix the problems with the battle system. While I like this approach, I think in many ways this can also be achieved by changing the difficulty of the core game, making things that are normal in pokemon harder, like restoring health and PP, without them feeling unfair. Of course, some moves and abilities will be changed just for the sake of balance as the entire format of the game is different. Wilder Wild Pokemon Wild pokemon are the heart and soul of OpenPokemon. The wild pokemon will wander about, and have different temperements and behaviors per species. Pokemon will have a lot of variety in what you need to do to catch them, some as simple as taming them, while stronger pokemon require you to raise them from an egg (Don't worry, leveling will be easier for these due to the presence of mini-quests to accelerate their growth). Something I wanted to recreate was how the pokedex talks about some pokemon eat things or go to places to evolve, so many pokemon will have mini-quests to get their evolution, needing to eat a food or use an item. Whats Next? The roadmap for OpenPokemon is a long one, but a hopeful one. I've been working on it for a few years, but the past few months have really picked up steam as my skills develop. Thanks to everyone thats helped me learn! The roadmap, in no particular order, currently looks something like this: More Biomes Crafting Structures Base Building Bosses (Pokemon and trainers) Recruitable NPC's Wild Pokemon improvements Story THE FUTURE Credits to: Godot, the engine. I'm using godot 4 for this, and plan to release the tools I've made for public use. In the meantime, DM me if you want help or advice with a pokemon project in godot or check out the discord thats linked here, a community for a godot pokemon toolkit in developement as well as just people like me making pokemon projects in godot. HeartBeast - I'm using a sprite from his action RPG tutorial as the character sprite before getting one, as well as just generally being a useful resource for me. Gen 8 Essentials Pack - Even though I'm not using it in its intended place, I got a most of the pokemon sprites from this. Thanks to Golisopod User, among others for it. Gen 9 Essentials Pack - Same as gen 8 essentials, but has things from PLA+. Very good! Thanks to Caruban, among others for it. PDSMS - A program for making maps in DS pokemon games. I used it to find out how gen 5 models worked to apply to this. My friends that aren't on relic castle for helping me with the art!

This game was made for the Relic Castle Game Jam # 6 -#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#- Seasonal explorers Dust and Zee spelunk their way to the bottom of the sea, expecting to find all sorts of relics and treasures of aquatic nature. However, they instead stumble upon a world that has already ended... Join them in their whimsical and hopefully non-explosive journey through the streets of a former paradise by collecting treasures and uncovering the secrets behind its remains! Who knows what happened down there? -#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#- TEAM rankoruru - Story, Eventing, Spriting, Writing, Dialogue, etc. HollowGap - Puzzle Master, Scripting, Bugtesting Mikecakes/mustafa - Spriting, Mapping, Bugtesting Droid779 - Spriting -#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#- SCREENSHOTS FEATURES A Different Engine! - This game runs on the french Pokémon Essentials alternative PSDK which boasts a variety of differences in performance, layout, and form. It also allows me to do unique events! A special thanks to the entire PSDK team for helping me get this product out and pointing out how everything works. This was not possible without Nuri Yuri and Rey, who helped me the most with PSDK engine related things by fixing crashes, bugs, and scripts. The Journey! - Featuring Dust and her lovely Porygon-Z, they'll traverse their way through the labyrinth in search of gold and knowledge in Generation 4 Graphics with Pokémon available up to Generation 8! The story begins with them entering the ruins through an underwater cave, but the region ends up becoming much more complicated to comprehend over as they go on... - Lots of strange and impossible events are taking place in this submerged region... How did this all happen, anyway? - Pokémon that appear in this game are a bit different, some of which are Regional variants unique to the labyrinth! There are tons of balance changes and quality of life fixes that change how some Pokémon are used. Change log here, but beware spoilers: - In addition, Experience Points are boosted to reduce grinding, and every Pokémon in this game has a 50% chance to drop a unique item, and a 5% chance to drop a Nugget. I wonder what they're used for in the underground... - There are currently two endings to the game, and three unique zones to play through, with a run time of roughly 3-5 hours! Treasures! - There are special items known as Treasures littered throughout the region. Collecting them places them as a little trophy at the main campsite! - Treasures aren't just for show, however. Someone might give you something nice for collecting a ton of treasures... Challenges! - At each zone, a very powerful foe will appear. Defeating them not only gives you the ability to move on, but choose exactly which area to unlock first... Note: (The right door is a bit more difficult as of this Jam release) - There are more than battles to overcome however... There are places around the region that test your mind rather than your strength! Secrets! - Look around each and every part of the region to find rooms that lead into each other, Pokémon to befriend, and items to collect... -#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#- READ ME -#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#- RESOURCE PACK -#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#-#- DOWNLOAD v 1.8.2! (Big change) New PC mechanics! You can use the mouse to mass release Pokémon in the PC UI New Learn Move UI! Minor balance changes. Fixed game breaking bug when in a prolonged battle [/SPOILER] KNOWN ISSUES PSDK is an incredible alternative to Essentials, but the battle system is very experimental. If you see something off, tell me and I will report it. They need feedback to improve it! - There is a pervasive bug with the FollowMe feature that randomly has events follow you when they're not supposed to. Simply exit and reenter a room to fix it. This bug ONLY happens if you save the game before entering specific maps.UPDATE: FIXED in 1.7! LEMME KNOW IF IT HAPPENS STILL. - Stuff you guys haven't run into yet and I won't know about unless they get reported :) CREDITS PSDK CREDITS
