Hello everyone! Today I'm announcing a new type of event, something that was suggested to me by a good friend! There's plenty of projects on these forums, and we're always hearing from people looking for suggestions on what to play! With special times of the year, like holidays or seasons, as a whole being popular, reoccurring themes among game developers why not celebrate that with a special event badge? Play through a new game (or replay your favorite for nostalgic reasons..) from our list and earn a special badge*!
A special autumnal leaf badge for anyone who leaves (ha) a review!
I hope if you're either looking for something to play, love collecting badges, and/or wanted to support your fellow community members, you'll participate! And the more people that participate, the more motivation there is to continue with more themes!
And because we're celebrating these projects, after you've picked a game (or more!) to play, if you wanna earn the exclusive badge then leave a review! Interacting in the game thread is a great way to directly support game developers by showing that you care! Give some good feedback (suggestions if you'd like) and support your fellow Eevee Expo community members! *To earn the event badge, we ask you leave at least four sentences worth in your review and that they be specific to the game. For example, "I really liked the part where you X!" or "This game has such a cozy vibe when X!" or "These were my Pokémon teammates by the end!" Revive those game threads and show these games that we love them!
As it's November, let's get some autumn vibes in here!
Everyone pretend I'm not procrastinating and posting this after Halloween is already over, it's the Day of the Dead today at least! Fight off the incoming winter chill (and Mariah Carey) with some games from the forums that celebrate autumn vibes and/or spooky vibes in general. And for those in the southern hemisphere, I'm sorry for the lack of representation this time around. Hopefully in the future you can be included! 
For fall/autumn/Halloween/Halloween spooky vibes, try some of these!
If you like this idea, I'd love your feedback! You can suggest games for a Winter edition of this event, or even suggest more themes! Perhaps, a cat themed event?

Now that that's all out of the way, here's how to receive your event badge. First, pick the game (off of the list above) and play through it! Since Halloween was very recently, if you've already played one of these games then you've already finished step one! Secondly, leave a review in the game thread! Playing the game isn't enough, you gotta prove your work. Let the game developer know with at least four sentences what you enjoyed about the game with specifics to show them that you care. Thirdly, link your review from the game thread in this thread before December 1st, 2025 so I can see it and that's it! You'll get a notification when badges are sent out!
