The Unionists: A faction made up of those who wish to create a democratic union between all of the towns & cities of Calypso led by a council made up of elected officials from each town. Their leader is "Warner", who has no problem picking up the sword when it comes to defending his people! The Separatists: A faction made up of those who wish for the towns and cities of Calypso to remain independent from one another and to self-govern themselves. Their leader "Vivian" is an absolute technical genius, who is able to pull the strings from behind the curtains like a puppet-master, manipulating the region's politics in her & her faction's favor. The Royals of the Calypso Region: Like gym leaders, you will need to defeat the Royals in battle to earn a scroll, the equivalent of a gym badge. Unlike gym leaders however, you will need to complete a quest for the Royal before being able to battle and obtain a scroll instead of doing a puzzle. You are to collect scrolls from royals, due to it being customary for calysian league trainers to provide service and assistance as appreciation for passage and hospitality. The scrolls are provided to you as proof of your service to each royal. Gym leaders do still exist in calypso as well so get ready for some tough battles and cunning puzzles! Pokémon Camry Remake This is a remake of The Camry Legend 1 and 2. Just as my Tentin Remake I did earlier this year, it comes with a slightly different story, less bugs, and other quality of life features! I modeled this remake off of the Tentin Remake as well, so some things will be the same mechanics-wise. New/Updated Features The remake uses Pokémon Essentials v21.1! Back to the Camry Region - It has been a while since we've seen the Camry region. It's waiting for your return once again! HM Items Instead of HMs - You don't need to worry about HMs anymore. They have been replaced by Key Items. Generation 9 Mechanics and Pokémon - As expected, right? Camry has a brand new selection of Pokémon to choose. If you can't find a Pokémon you want, try talking to the Move Master and his new Specific Trade system! Quality of Life Features - Exp. All (and the ability to turn it on and off), the Storage System in the menu, and options to speed up battles and text are here as well. Lots of TMs - Just as in my previous games, 229 TMs are here for you to use. The Move Master - What would we do without him? He was first introduced in Camry 2, but now he's in Camry 1. Need to remember or forget moves? What about figuring out a Pokémon's Hidden Power? Maybe you want to find Eggs at the Nursery, or even trade Pokémon away? The Move Master has you covered for all that. Overworld Encounters - You can find overworld encounters by using Lures (purchased at any Poké Mart). They cause Pokémon to appear right in front of you. Not only that, but using Lures increases the levels of wild Pokémon and increases Shiny rates. How nice! And Trade Evolutions? - The Linking Cord is back, no worries. You don't have to trade certain Pokémon to evolve them. Be a Chef and Cook Curry! - Remember the curry cooking in Camry 2? Probably not, but now cooking curry gives benefits such as increasing your Pokémon's happiness and grants Exp. depending on how good you did. The Camry and Dulyn Regions The Camry and Dulyn regions in The Camry Legend 2. Dulyn has been changed a bit. It looks different so it can fit on the Town Map. It's been 2 years since the end of a war with Hoenn. The Parthenia region has nearly finished reconstruction, and the region is slowly returning back to its normal routine. The region of Parthenia is returning to its more industrial ways, being the major exporter of construction materials and Potions to the other regions of the world. However, it seems no one really knows how the war ended. Some believe Parthenia was beaten but Hoenn left the Parthenians with their dignity to allow for more peaceful reconstruction. But the government has made no confirmation of anything. However, you are just a student at the Pokémon Institute. And your path to graduation is to take on the Gym challenge in Parthenia. This Gym challenge is unlike many others, in that it chooses to adopt different strategies instead of adopting type themes. Along the way, you'll encounter the different military branches, as well as the military science groups that have developed Pokémon that were modified for war. And since you happen to start your adventure right as the Professor runs out of starters, you get to choose one of the Wartime Pokémon as your starter! Get ready to explore Parthenia and see what all kinds of Pokémon were modified for war, learn the story behind the Parthenia-Hoenn war, and find out what the secret Militia group is scheming as you travel to defeat the Gym challenge. Pokémon Apathy August 2023 - Update Notes To give myself a mental break from my main projects, I decided to update Apathy to Version 20 of Essentials. February 2020 - Original Notes Here’s my entry for RC’s Winter Jam! It was a fun run to make, although I pulled some pretty late nights to have it finished on time for playtesting to be done. Unfortunately she was very peculiar about her ingredients, so you'll have to make your way across the island to collect the special seasonings that make her food so irresistable. About This is the game that I made for last years Insert Name Jam, that for some reason I never bothered to post on here. But here it is now! This one is a lot more light hearted than my usual jam games, a bit of a short and sweet slice-of-lifey island adventure. About Pokémon Nightshade is made for Relic Castle's Second Winter Jam! This entry is a bit of a departure from my usual work. It's finished, it's as polished as it can be given the deadline, but I have mixed feelings on it. If any positive has come from Nightshade, it's helped me view my main projects in a different light. I have to give much thanks to my wonderful testers @Foxowl and @PurpleZaffre for all their hard work! @Michael also did testing, but it was his assistance with coding that really helped get the core mechanics of this game off the ground. Nightshade has around 4-5 hours of gameplay. Summary In this game you play as Giselle, a Ranger for Cypress Park. There is no shortage of work to be done, but Giselle has grown somewhat bored of these tasks. So, her boss gives her a challenge. By dealing with various shenanigans related to her job, Giselle can earn Park Points. These, in turn, can be used to buy Ranger Badges. Unlike mainline gym badges, the Ranger Badges have more noticeable effects. They can lower encounter rates, make eggs hatch faster, increase experience gain, and so on. Gather all 10 to become the Ultimate Park Ranger of the Universe! Or... something. Giselle's boss wasn't exactly clear on what collecting them all would accomplish... Hey folks, last two weeks I've been playing around with another Nintendo 3DS project on Unity 5.6.6f2: Pokémon Escape from Gengar Mansion 3DS (PEMG3DS). This game is a recreation of a semi-lost arcade game with the same name that was developed and published by pokemon.com as an online mini-game in 2015; and became unavailable in 2017. Luckily, websites like numuki.com made a backup of the original game and you can still try it unofficially. Gameplay: In PEMG3DS we must escape from Gengar's mansion by pressing on the D-PAD or secondary screen of the New Nintendo 3DS the OPPOSITE direction to the one shown by the ghost Pokémon. This of course only if Pumpkaboo does not appear, which will indicate that we must press the SAME direction. PEMG3DS Features: PEMG3DS has been recreated from scratch for the New Nintendo 3DS due to huge technical limitations with the hardware of the system. However, it brings back all the original features adapted to the console and its dual screen. Simple gameplay: Everything is done with just TAP on the bottom screen or by pressing the (A) or (B) button. Multi-language: PFGM3DS comes fully localized to English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Portuguese and Japanese. The language can be selected from Others > Settings > Language at any time. Compatible with stereoscopic 3D effect of the Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS. Gameplay with easy (Gastly), medium (Haunter), hard (Gengar) and challenge (Challenge) modes. Screenshots: Note that even if the screenshots are in Spanish, the game is in English by default! Troubleshooting: Unity has many issues with old3DS when more than 100 scripts are in the project even if they are not used or referenced at all. That's why this game won't work on Old3DS. If you plan to run it on Citra, Azahar, Lime3DS, Folium, Provenance or similar emulators, please enable new 3ds mode. If you experience any bug on retail hardware, please let me know with firmware version and model. Trade evolutions like seadra into kingdra are handled by using the trade item on them. Levelscaling is enabled for this game, that way you can keep exploring the same maps without overlevelling. The game is a bit dark (not super edgy or anything) so if you don't handle stuff like that very well then I don't recommend you play this game. Underground, a new NPC in the Waste Forest, decreased the difficulty curve, graphical updates and more.
