You can't use items like Potions and Revives during battles (neither can the NPCs), the battle mode is locked to set in important battles like the ones with gym leaders or rivals, and boss battles from mid to late game have EV-trained Pokemon. One day in end of 2023 I decided to replay Touhoumon: Another World It's a good FireRed rom hack with one of its premise being a game with physical/special split It was a lie So I whipped out this fangame out of necessity to make Touhoumon with actual Physical/Special split and quality of life that Another World deserve This is my first fangame ever whipped out in Pokemon Essentials for 8 days and this is a good start to learning basics of Pokemon Essentials TOUHOUMON: ASCENSION The game is located in whole new region named Ventri, a region entirely razed by Boneka's swarm. You are the survivor who have to survive with the last Pokemon and army of Boneka you gathered along the way. Story Summary This story is basically a normal Pokemon game which changes depending if you choose Pokemon Control or Freedom. In the story you have to stop team blood with their plans and catch hundreds of completely new and regional Pokemon, defeat the Pokemon league and catch the legendarys in the end. Pokemon Rising Earth After writing a letter to Professor Oak, who in turn gives you your first ever Pokemon, you begin your Pokemon journey in the mountainous Orhea Region. As you travel through Caverns and up steep hills, you coincidentally uncover a conspiracy that could lead to the destruction of the Regions entire ecosystem. You and your best friend will have to race against time, deep into the earth to stop a catastrophe from happening, as you have a powerful and well respected organization against you - but what really is their ultimate goal? About I've been thinking about making a Pokemon game for a few years actually, since I always enjoyed playing fanmade games, but I never really had the time to do anything of sorts. But then 2020 happened and we all suddenly had an overabundance of time. The original concept of this dates way back and it started as a theoretical sequel to X/Y. Originally I would've wanted to map the entirety of Kalos for this, but then I realized Lumiose City is a thing and also that Kalos' entire geography was really bad for what I wanted to do with it. I eventually decided to port it into a new region and over time removed all the references to X/Y (well most of them anyway). This is my first forray into Pokemon Essentials and as such this game is very basic when you break it down, without any groundbreaking or dazzling features. My main focus was the story as well as, well, getting the whole thing to work. I might stop this paragraph right here though, I realize I'm not making the best (hypothetical) sales pitch here. This all started in the summer of 2016 as an attempt to learn how to make a game. The project started off small (no more than one room and a boss Pokémon), but gradually overtime it's ballooned into something far greater. To the Lake You know that wealthy old guy who lives in the Manor by the lake? Nobody has seen him in months. Last time was when he out of the blue closed down his companys' warehouse and laid off all those workers. No contact ever since. Weird, right? That seems like a great hook for a movie, doesn't it? A true crime documentary about the disappearance of a business magnate. And as it just so happens, you and your best friend have always dreamt of becoming filmmakers. You'd be stupid to pass up this opportunity to break into the business. Right? Play as Cindy as she and her best friend Alice try to uncover a secret that leads them far below the surface of the imposing lake that borders their hometown. About I feel like my titles keep saying less and less the more I make of these games. (It's also not the same f*cking lake that Holly went to last year, I promise.) I made this game very much centered around the partner trainer mechanic, as you will move through the game with Alice, the secondary protagonist, if you will. Therefore, nearly all battles in the game are double battles and you will need to work around Alice's strengths and weaknesses to succeed. As for the theme of dimensions... I guess there is an alternate dimension, depending on how you see it even multiple, so it might qualify, but it's not like there is much narrative focus on those, so... I might just let the judges decide that. In Pokémon Containment, you can play as one of these three aspiring SCALD researchers (Aoichi, Anji, & Miaya) who've just been hired and wish to make a name for themselves. See if they succeed! Strong foes await you - Build your own team! Pokémon Containment's battles are heavily inspired by "boss rush" games and Raid battles in the Pokémon franchise. Each anomalous Pokémon you face will be very, very tough, being level 100 with boosted HP stats, but your safety will come from strength in numbers -- for every mission, you're allowed to bring any 2 Pokémon from a large rental selection just for researchers like yourself! Not only that, but SCALD has a dedicated free supply of TMs and a Move Relearner on-duty at all times. Use this to your advantage! You can build unique strategies, challenge yourself by picking less viable Pokémon, or just play with some of your favorites! Essentially no two people will have the same team.
