Story​

Welcome to Altera, a wild and diverse region that overflows with abundance as well as danger. It is also the only place in the Pokémon world that emanates large amounts of Flux energy, a potent resource that has many uses. Flux is primarily used in electricity generation, but it also has applications in hand-held technologies as well as Pokémon Battles. The value and power of this resource led to rapid economic growth of the region. However, shortly after humans began tapping into Flux energy for power, reports started to emerge about vicious, powered-up Pokémon appearing: the Alter Pokémon.

To combat these Alter Pokémon and preserve peace and prosperity in Altera, the Altera Pokémon League was formed. The purpose of this League is to produce strong trainers to fight the Alter Pokémon, rewarding them with money and fame. This prominent league attracts trainers from all over the world and is structured differently from a typical Gym challenge.

After a championship match in Condor City, while going home, three friends meet face by face with the Alter Pokémon threat and soon after embark on a life changing journey across the Altera Region!

Instructions to play:​

(Windows) Click on the appropriate link below and download the zipped folder. Extract and click on Flux.exe to launch the game!
(Mac) Click on the appropriate link below and download the zipped folder. Extract and move the Flux.app to your Applications folder. After that just click on Flux.app to launch the game!​

Hello guys, do you where can I find the shiny stone that allows Selkid to evolve ?
And has Slushuu an evolution and if yes how does he evolve ?
well, if you're playing skye and started with selkid you'll be given one before the league tournament but otherwise you'll be able to buy one from the top floor of the department store in condor city, i believe it'll be available there after you either finish the alter event just before the league tournament or just after you finish the tournament, but if you didn't start with a selkid then you most likely have it unlocked already

game's great so far but slight issue (and it might just be something on my end but im not sure). the game runs great, until i get into battles. doesnt matter pokemon encounters or trainer battles, it sudden begins to run incredibly slow. any way to fix this?

If I download and play now, will I have to restart when the completed version comes out or will I be able to continue from the end of this demo?

i think that if everything goes well with the development of the game you won't need to restart when the completed version releases but i do think that if you do it could still be nice to start a fresh save to just more accurately remember what's happened in the game so far and possibly seeing how some things might've changed if that does happen, but i don't think it'll be necessary and that it might just be my opinion thinking that a fresh start would be nice with a completed game.
so in other words, if all goes well with development i don't think you'll need to restart although a restart could be a nice idea to freshen up on the game.

Hi ! If you're playing as Aster you'll be given one for free just before the Rook League. If you don't mind paying, I believe having arrived in Rook Town at all is what triggers their availability in the top floor of the Condor Mart (so basically if you want to be evolved before the Power Plant)

owten and the final evolution for winter coat nidoran?(i have the middle evolution rn but do not know how to evolve it to the 3rd stage, but i saw Andromeda has one.

owten evolves with high friend ship nidoran 3rd evo is currently not achievable as it requires a ice stone which is unobtainable. you can also check this for any further question about evolutions or revealed pokemon https://pokengine.org/dexes/Altera

The game so far is super laggy. Screen by Screen is like 30 second delay.
It's really computer by computer which is very hard to dev for because none of us have spare machines we can run tests on. There's some optimizations to be pushed in future versions but otherwise the best we can offer is "works correctly on 95% of machines"

how do u evolve gunafix?
his evolution is above the current level cap, as such he will not be evolvable until episode 2

I have nothing against the game itself. Its really fantastic. I finished the demo and let me say I love chicklet's evolution. Is Selkid still happiness evo?

If you reach the happiness threshold after hitting Level 30, a Rare Candy WILL work to force the evolution. That said, there is a happiness checker in one of the Condor apartments, and the following message covers the 220-254 range in which it will start to evolve (despite what it says in the image: we modified the parameter from the main games to make the line where it evolves more clear)
