I completed one blind playthrough of the game and loved it! In fact I loved it so much that I decided to do a second playthrough to get all the Extra Miles...

I am stuck on a glitch that I believe others have been describing, I've gotten through basically the full mission, prescribed the cone, heat pack, and blanket, and when I do the questions with Scarlett, the game pops back to right after confirming my treatment with Chansey (the scene in the waiting room where Aida brings Scarlett back into the clinic,) at which point Aida can clip through things and get stuck. I can interact with Zweilous, which seems to fix the clipping (but can also get Aida stuck in the table,) but my treatment plan is gone (I can't rebuild it as the blanket is ALSO gone,) and I can't talk to Scarlett. Is there any fix for this? Has anyone been able to get the extra mile for this mission?

Also I am on 1.7 (I just downloaded it today, so should be up to date?)

Help I'm totally stuck! I'm on the Pikachu case and I got the Gold but I can't seem to get the Extra Mile! I think I've tried absolutely everything I can, does anyone know how to get the extra mile, I must be missing something!

I've watched a lot of Pokemon fan games being played before but this one especially stood out to me with its unique take and story. Its made me want to download the game and try it for myself but I'm a newbie at this and have no idea how to install it or anything. Is there like a guide or something for how I do so?

Click the 'Main Game' button below the Downloads banner on the first post, and then you extract the zip file and open the game application file

I'm currently trying for all Extra Miles, so let me see if I remember all the things you have to do (order might vary?)

Take a Tissue from your Reception desk (only works on the upper side, I think)
Observing Pikachu will now let you give it the tissue after it sneezes, prompting Aida to describe the phlegm as greenish (yuck)
Use the Electro meter thing to discover Pikachu is constantly discharging electricity
Take bloodsample to find high amount of white blood cells
Talk to Tajiri, ask him how he's doing. He'll tell you he feels like death (because he also has the flu)
I think if you've done all of these things and diagnose Pikachu with the flu, you should get additional dialogue options to tell Taijri that Pikachu actually caught the flu from him.
Comfort/Strength care objects that work: Plain pastry, Water. Pets after picking up the gloves. Ice pack.

Funnily enough, I actually came here to ask if anyone knows how to get the Extra Mile on Zweilous. Is it possible that this case is bugged? It does a little loop after I finish treatment where I basically call in Scarlett twice. That's a little awkward, but I can finish the case just fine, however all the Comfort and Strength I've built up is reduced to basically nothing on the scoring screen.

Spoil the poor thing rotten with food and pets (pets balanced, no fertilizer being fed)
Take a close look
Use the distraction toy a few times
Go through all dialogue with Scarlett
Blood test
Cone of Shame, Heat Packs, and Blanket as final treatment
Diagnose with Anemia, prescribe Iron tablets

The happy music that usually plays for the extra mile achievement does play as soon as I complete the final step, so maybe it really is just a bug?

Okay so I figured it out. It's not bugged. I figured I should put it here, in case anyone has the same struggle:

Basically, putting Zweilous in the cone of shame is wrong. Instead, you have to let it tear up the heat packs and get it your Larvesta to cuddle. I think that's a little counterintuitive and almost "punishing" players for thinking ahead. That being said, the little artwork of Larvesta Cuddles was worth it. Ideally, I think both versions should lead you to the Extra Mile Achievement, since the conversation and diagnosis with Scarlett is the same.

did you check out the tissue box on the counter of the waiting room? I know that was what I missed the first time :)

I tried interacting with the tissue before but I went in front of the tissue to grab it but I couldn't so I thought I couldn't grab the tissue lol

What about getting Gold on Zweilous? I can't seem to get that too.

Help with a soft lock/glitch?
I was trying to get an extramile ranking with Zweilous and as soon as the trainer asked for a supplement to prescribe the cutscene that plays where you enter the room triggered again. Now I am soft locked and can walk through funiture after the cutscene ended again while not being able to interact with anything. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game which did not work, I however didn't try a new save (which I would rather not do) as I am trying to find a better possible solution. Lastly I don't have the font folder in the control panel, I doubt this is what is causing the problem but I thought it was worth mentioning just in case.

Hi, I was doing the chansey mission and got the key stone but when I tried to leave the guy was in the way of the door and didn't move. Is there any way to un-softlock myself?

This game has been SO fun to play!! I never knew I needed a pokemon doctor game until I played this. I really wanted to finish it, but sadly something went wrong. Okay so I was going to go get the rainbow rock (trying to avoid spoilers) and my bag was full, the game thought I grabbed it so it took the item off the screen, but the text window told me my bag was full. Idk if I can do anything to get the stone to spawn again, so I think I'm soft-locked from finishing the game.

I'm trying to get Zweilous on my party but none of the food I'm finding is working :( I can't feed it anything from the fridge in the center, the break room (it'll say I took the item, but then it doesn't appear in my bag at all), or from the room with the leftovers out on the table. I feel like I'm being punished for remembering seeing things earlier in the game. Is this just a 'the game is going to pull stuff out of nowhere' moment? Or did I miss another food source?? Zweilous isn't giving me any hints to what it could actually want either. I've tried everything that was food that I could find, but none of it is going into the bag... I've also tried my best to check the entire map for the record, clicking on every box, every npc, etc. sorry if this is stupid I just legitimately can't figure this out

Got to the Ditto chapter. But the screen goes black the moment I chase the wheat bag out of the lounge and then never recovers.

I get a whole dialogue over a black screen, and then am left free wandering completely blind. Not sure what can be done, seems like I'm just locked?

Also seems to be a bug that I can chase the wheat bag from the moment I finish the 3rd case and am left standing in the lounge. In which case the dialogue with Dr Garcia upon leaving the lounge for the first time begins, but again with an entirely black screen until I return to the lounge.

If it's intentional and not a bug then why can I walk through walls?

It's definitely jank and a bug, but it's not a softlock I don't think. I was able to interact with the supplements cabinet.

You want to prescribe an iron supplement

Extra mile hints:

There might be more damage that requires closer care, a written doctors note might help

Tissues help against sneezing, like pokemon like master

Sometimes talking to people can help and cuddles are the best
