Below is all the pics of my final teams in pretty much the order I played each one starting with Psychic and ending with Dragon. This is definitely one of the best Pokemon games I ever played I really love it.

That's awesome! What do you think was the hardest one to do?

Nope. When I feel like playing with controller I'll use a program like ReWASD or a similar program to remap my controller buttons to the associated keybinds (z, x, c, arrow keys).

Psychic was pretty difficult due to the Rough Riders having mostly Dark Types also I found Grass to be a challenge funny I thought Bug would be the most difficult but it wasn't to bad since I had a Scizor and I got to say I loved every team I had on each save. I did purposely save Dragon till the end because 1 its the most powerful type and its probably the most limited on what to catch luckily I managed to catch all the dragon types I needed also I remember Rock being a pain I managed to get through it but it would of been the most difficult if I didn't get a Tyranitar there is a reason Rock is usually the first gym you encounter in Pokemon its got 5 major weaknesses (Fighting, Grass, Ground, Steel and Water) the most tied with Grass but with Grass being super effective against Rock I put Grass a step higher.

All in All I had fun playing this game as the different gym types I am looking forward to version 5.0.

Sorry if this has already been covered, only discovered this game today >.< How do I restart the game? "Up+B+X" is not an option obviously. I tried deleting and reunzipping and this didn't work. TIA

You should just be able to start a new game, and when you save, it replaces your old save file. That's always worked for me, at least.

Worked fine for me. Though it does warn you that you are deleting an existing save file and defaults to No. So if you spammed through the dialogue...

Softlocked when vacationing:

I vacationed to Breezee Town for a day, caught a Luxio and Mantine, and returned to the inn to go back to Umbal City. However, when I return, I spawn in front of my bed in Umbal City and can't move at all. I can't move, pause, anything. The only thing I can do is force close the game and load back in. However, my latest save is in Breezee Town, and when I return to Umbal City again, the issue persists. I'm essentially softlocked :(

Does anyone know a way around this? I really love this game and don't want to reset.

Hi! The only way(I think) I found is to play on the 4.2.0 version of the game this problem happens when you sleep after coming from home a vacay, gym day, or any type of event. Your progress wont be erased if you play on 4.2.0 but if you have wendigar(new pokemon in 4.2.1) Im assuming 2 things will happen 1. itll get corrupted and deleted or 2. Itll turn into the normal Gengar. Hope this helps!!

Where would I find the old versions to download and what file would i need to do to transfer data

Oh? Hm.. I don't have the download link but if you deleted the extracted files maybe you can still find the 4.2.0 Winrar file inside your download folders. Or if you haven't emptied your computers trash can maybe you can still find it there. If that didn't help I apologise :')

Oh and the transfer data thing. Don't worry your 4.2.1 data will also work with 4.2.0 unless you have a Wendigar(New pokemon in 4.2.1) It might delete the Wendigar.

Keeping old version helped me alot of times. For some reason omegas forgot/didn't add pbs in v 4.2.1

We can do use non same type pokemon if it can learn the signature move.

It came helpful for me when i accidentally started duel with lv 70 Pokémon guy with lv 45 team

I kept both version in case bugs happen like the softlocking and I made a Saved file folder for when I wanna make a new game for a different type

I only rename the "Game" part of Game.rxdata since if you rename the rxdata part it might corrupt the file. I just rename "GRASS" to "Game" when I wanna play that type again and rename "Game" to "ICE" when I wanna keep that file.

I just found this game and only was able to download 4.2.1 so am I just unable to find a solution? And I don't see game.rxdata anywhere, not even in my data folder.

ps: If you don't mind Can you send me a copy of your 4.2.0 data so i can use it?

I also found that the details in it is basic have nothing to do with the game. none of the regional pokemons are in it

The regional forms are in pokemonforms.txt.

I do that everytime I go to Breezee town when you return home you'll be off the bike you'll only be on the bike in Breezee town if you enter the item shop and you lose the bike when you end your vacation.

I'm stuck on a Bike in Breezee town and can't get off and when I end my vacation I wake up and none of the controls work. Is there any fix for this?
