Notes:
It's random chance that goes into deciding who you face at the Gym. I've done everything I could think of to keep it interesting and avoid repetition, but it may happen once in a while, especially early on. Also, some early-game Trainers get stronger if you leave them be. You can only fight each Trainer once, so make it count!
Finally, there is no barrier between areas. You can access areas containing Pokemon five times your strength straight out the gate!

Try running the 4.2.0 version of the game. There seem to be some broken triggers in 4.2.1 that you can get around by using the same save data in the older client.

Hello!

Im having issues with not being able to choose grass-type for my gym. Whenever I have selected my Pokemon, whether I give them a nickname or not, the game just gets stuck in a loop with the first text box that shows up when I selected grass-type to begin with.

Probably? I just pasted the one I had saved from a couple hours ago. It seems to be an issue where you would have a dialog box appear right as you are teleported into the house. So far 4.2.0 has yet to freeze on me so fingers crossed.

Is there a list of encounters for this game? It'd be nice to see what pokemon can be found where so I can plan out several different teams and a plan to get them during the other playthroughs for each type.

Hi ! I ran into some issues :

  • in caves, there is no image in the back of the scenes inside battles (just black)
  • the attack sandstorm does decrease precision of moves, but doesn't deal any damage to any pokemon
  • one of my pokemon holds a razor claw, that increase the critical rate, but when it uses its attack "Dragon Claw" that already has an increased chance of critical... It seems there is no critical hits at all. I had maybe 20-25 hits with the attack and never got a critical with it.
  • Smeltix doesn't have a sprite in the team and emits no sound when it arrives in battle

I'll tell you if I find any further issue ;)

PS : the event at the end of rank 2... Seriously taking us there with only our 3 arena pokemons ? x) I had nearly no items to heal so it was pretty hard as rock champion x)

Ghastly can be found in the first place you arrive(New days plain) at night and mimikyu at the mystical forest(?) at night. Go through dragons den and then you'll find mystical forest. Dragons den is at the top right corner of misher marsh. GL!

Issues involving teleportation back to Umbal City whilst on vacation has been dealt with. If you are in Umbal City, you should be able to return to vacation with no issues, just talk to the receptionist in Town Hall.

There was a similar issue with the secret area. This has been resolved, as well.


This has been added to the PokeMart for purchase. I don't know how I missed probably one of the most common Evolution Stones in Pokemon, but it's not that surprising to me at this point.


It evolves in the same way as regular Munchlax, level it up with high happiness. Battle with it, keep it in your party, and give it vitamins and Rare Candies and it'll evolve in no time.
