Released Games

Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.
The Rules and Regulations applies to this forum. Please give these a read before posting. When Posting a Project in Released Games While "Completed Games" is for completed games, this forum section is for games that have a playable release, but aren't complete. If you aren't ready to release a public, playable demo, then you should create a thread in the In Development section instead. Threads must be approved by a staff member before they're public. If we do not approve your thread within 48 hours, you will receive a message from us with what is missing from the rules as listed below. If we do not hear from you after that, your thread will be deleted and not make it to public view. If you believe it did meet the requirements, or the requirements do not adequately apply to your projects, please get in touch with a staff member. The following are the requirements for your thread to be approved. Each thread must have a clear project description, and must state what engine and/or kit, if any, is being used. For instance, "RPG Maker XP," "Godot," or "Pokémon Essentials." Each thread must have a plot outline. Include a small write up or summary of your plot and or backstory. Try for a paragraph at least. It doesn't have to include spoilers or in-depth plot details, but try to capture people's interest. This may not always be applicable, as not all projects have a plot. Each thread must have a list of unique features. Include any features in your game that you believe will make it stand out from other projects, preferably in a list instead of a block of text. They don't have to be ground-breaking. Commonly used resources are not unique features, and generic statements like "new characters" do not count. Each thread must have at least four screenshots that are unique to your project and tell us something about what your project entails. As such, generic screenshots, such as an unmodified Pokémon Essentials screenshot, do not count towards this threshold. Make sure they're fairly different from one another. We don't want four screenshots of one area of your game or just of your interfaces. Each thread must credit the creators of all assets they did not create themselves. This includes credits for your engine/kit. All individuals in a kit or resource's credits must be included. Be absolutely positive that you're giving the full and correct credit when using public resources, and make sure to list any team members you might have working on the game. We take credits very seriously. Not crediting someone for something they created is considered content theft and is a very serious offense. No thread may use URL shorteners to share images, patch notes, game files or other miscellaneous file, or host any files directly on the Eevee Expo forums. Considering file-sharing websites for this, such as Mediafire or MEGA. You may not use URL shorteners for this. Threads in this section are required to have a demo download link that is accessible by anyone, i.e. without signing up for an account on a website, including Discord. Advertising a Discord server is allowed, but you shouldn't require the reader to sign up for another website and/or join your Discord server in order to play your game. Some important things to note regarding credits... If you aren't sure the proper credits for something you're using, do some searching to find out who made it. If you for some reason can't find out who made it, you shouldn't be using that resource. If you're using Pokémon Essentials, Luka's Elite Battle System, or some other widely used resource: be sure to credit them as well. Just because they're well known doesn't mean you don't have to credit them. If we find that you are using (private) resources without the author's permission and or without credit, there will be repercussions. This is considered content theft, and your project will be taken down. We will then require proof that you have permission, or to talk to the author ourselves. If you notice your content is being used against your wishes or you're not being credited for your work, please contact a staff member. We'll work with you and the offending project to make sure proper credit is given or the project will be removed from the forums. Posting in General The following things should be kept in mind when posting in a project thread: Project feedback is highly encouraged; if you see something in a project that you feel needs improvement, point that out, but be respectful about it. Keep in mind that it's ultimately the developer's project and it's their vision for the project. Not all posts have to be feedback; you can talk about how much you like the game (make sure to say what you like about it), ask questions about it, or talk about it in general! A project developer (usually) loves nothing more than people discussing what's going on in the game. Spam The following types of posts are considered spam and will be deleted. If you notice a post breaking this rule, please report it and move on. Posts asking for a release date. Posts asking for a download link. Posts asking if the game is finished. Posts asking if they can be a game tester, unless stated by the project author that they're looking for testers. Posts with little to no substance: (eg. "I like your game, it's cool!") Tell us why you like the game! Double posting. Please edit your post instead of double posting. If you're the thread author, you may double post if you have some new content to share.

Pokémon Aragonite- Sylia Region [Made with Pokémon Essentials V21] -Introduction- Pokémon Aragonite is a fanmade project based on the real life island of Sicily, in the South of Italy. This project aim to reimagine Sicily into the Pokémon world by creating the Sylia region, where you will be able to explore many areas and cities based off actual places! Initially this started as a fakemon dex where we had fun interpreting our culture, flora and fauna into Fakemon, but then we decided to use Pokémon Essentials to turn it into a playable game! -The Sylia Region & Premise- The colorful Sylia region offers a rich climate where many Pokémon have inhabited its ancient ruins and coastlines. The people live with the respect of its prominent volcano: Mount Ethenelle. But it's not just sights that make Sylia unique, but also its rich and ancient history, myths of creatures inhabiting the Messen Strait, strange ruins on the island of Pharot and the fascinating mosaics of Forter Town... Recently Mt.Ethenelle seems to be acting more active than usual, and the law is getting involved in keeping an eye on suspicious activities, what could this mean? But there's a charismatic team of researches that aims to study and uncover everything that is hidden on the island! And it is your chance to join them and get to the bottom of these events! -The Aragonite Research Team (A.R.T.)- The Aragonite Research Team (aka ART) is a group of researchers that wishes to study and protect the ecosystem of the Sylia region. The team has some important members: -Carob: the main leader, a jolly fellow that never says no to a challenge and adores the sea! -Silena: the passionate main assistant of Carob, overlooking Mt.Ethenelle's volcanic activity. -Asfodelo: the tech guy, it's thanks to him that the region can use the Box System! -Palma: who researches the cold areas and caves that lie hidden around Mt.Ethenelle. -Baldassarre: A new recruit in the team, researching the marine life and ecosystems of the region. -The trainers and Pokémon of the region!- Embark on your journey as either Biagio or Cecilia alongside one of the three starters, it is gonna be quite a long trek! You aren't just going around to collect badges, but to become a fully fledged researcher! As you collect Gym badges, ART will recognise you more and more as a proper member of their team, and you will be allowed to partake in their various expeditions. You might help some people, or collect ancient relics, or perhaps find rare Pokémon! Here are the starters, Buncti, Geckoal and Tunibble! -Features- + New Region, New Pokémon! 150 new Pokémon for you to catch and battle with around the Sylia region, all based off Sicily's culture, flora and fauna! +Become a fully fledged researcher! In order to join ART, you will have to prove your stenghts, collecting badges will be enough to do so. As you rank up, you'll be able to access more and more hidden and dangerous areas of the region, with quests and special content! +A story with multiple layers Not everything is what it seems, why is the police getting involved in checking the current Ethenelle events? ART is a very passionate team, but could there be more to them? What dwells deep within Mt.Ethenelle? This is all up to you to dig deeper... +Speedup button with Q! Just don't use it in a nuzlocke accidentally... +A healthy postgame No hand holding, gloves are off, will you be able to properly show your detective skills and investigate what's left to search? +A detailed Pokédex Moves, abilities, stats, you name it, all neatly shown in your trusty Pokédex! -THE ACTUAL GAME- Of course, this is all gonna be playable! Have a look! What's gonna be finished? when it's done lol Want to try the game right now??? CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE DEMO!!! (Version 1.3.2) CLICK HERE TO JOIN OUR OFFICIAL DISCORD SERVER! Pokémon Comet In an attempt to try and discover what could be the source of so many 'Fallen Pokémon' appearing, Professor Alani Coastal happened upon a potential answer in the form of the 'Alpha Pokémon', as no other deity could do such a thing. Perhaps its intent for the region was only the first? Behind the scenes, a conglomerate of people, simply known as Team Space have been spotted around the region, planning to take a hold of something primal in nature, something made to never be understood by human hands. So much in the region appears to be changing: new friends, dangers around every corner, and the mystery behind it all. What's exactly at stake here? The region? The world? Perhaps even something beyond that scope that not even you can understand. You as the player are not only going to be experiencing the new wonders of the Zyroh region, but are going to delve deep into the mysteries behind the scenes and what could this dastardly team want with such a being as strong as 'Arceus'. Discover something new in Pokémon Comet! Currently: A whole new, fresh region to explore New "Fallen" Pokémon New and reoccurring Mega Pokémon Custom, hand-picked Region Dex containing 500 Pokémon Side quests located in Pokémon Centers and in certain areas New custom abilities To be added later: The Type Safari: A place you can encounter certain types of Pokémon, just like the Friend Safari in X & Y The "Open Area": Similar to the Wild Area of SwSh, but on a remote island! Made using Essentials v21.1 on RPG Maker XP Download Recruiting! Story Welcome to the Fervor Region, a region up in the north that has been in crisis for a couple years due to the events of a group of criminals releasing a chaotic substance across the entire region, essentially trapping everyone within out of fear it'll spread. Our protagonist and their friend are stuck at their relatives' place because of this, and are just trying to enjoy life even with a fractured league. However, a chance encounter are going to expand these children's understanding of the world... and perhaps another. but it is actually new content. If you're updating from an older version, MAKE SURE YOU'RE IN EASY MODE!!! Changes: Chapter B1 added. An overhaul of the candle system. Even more new music by danger!ghosts! Travelling trainers event in overworld event. Enhanced Battle UI added. Ferocity and Resilience charms will not work on any mons with a BST over 535. Modified encounter table for rebalancing purposes. Updated the trainers taking the modified dex into consideration. Modify dialogue to make it so wild Pokémon are more wary of balls and require candles because of this. Removed the difficulty stuff for now. I need a proper balancer for that. Fevorian Natu and Xatu have been changed to convergent evolutions Batu and Vatu. If you have a Natu in your party, it should just become a regular Natu with some of Batu's moves. Bug Fixes: Updated some more outdated dialogue involving Pandora's Box. Fixed the Otherside doors crashing. Fixed weird visiblility stuff with the Mantrees. Eris' trainer class was "Trainer" and not "Pokémon Trainer" on accident. Facing a playable character in a different outfit works properly. Candles crash fixed. Blocked off access to Galveson park without a Pokémon. Fixed some dialogue for certain quests in Nepdewn Town. Partner trainers were having disobedience issues. Made Sociedew guaranteed female (she's a "matriarch" after all). Fixed oversight in mid battle dialogue, along with some of Lotta's dialogue. Using a blank charm in a multi battle has the same properties as a Poké Ball where it ends the turn. Starting up game in Uakitite Tower doesn't adjust the map until something leaving map or new decoration. Fixed crash when opposing trainer has no graphic. Version 1.0.10 Changes: Removed the "Toss" option in bag. Modified the priorities of events so some are more frequent than others. Boss Pokémon have smarter AI. More food items that can be bought at Simisavor. The Otherside now has a custom theme. Bug Fixes: Reimplemented the missing functionality of the Constant Tileset. Nerfed the cactus juice a little since it was on an older version of the hunger system. Fixed Typeless Charm being called "Typless Charm" Status effects weren't applying to the right Pokémon during a boss phase. Fixed Tropius Charm working on anyone. Removed early access to the Holiday Home. Version 1.0.9 Fixed the save functions. Especially since you could technically save if you press quit, which defeats the purpose of not being able to save everywhere. Version 1.0.8 NOTE: It turns out soft resetting the game causes issues with UnrealTime, so for now avoid F12 like the plague. Changes: Couple new events added to carriage travel. Some mid-battle dialogue for important battles. New Galveson City theme thanks to danger!ghosts! More coming soon. Bug Fixes: Fixed carriage travel. Particularly how the movement goes on even when the map changes. Made sure you can't go anywhere else in the mainland to cheese to the cutscene. Version 1.0.7 Changes: New challenge that disables IVs on the user. Bug Fixes: Anything that heals was broken UI-wise due to 1.0.6. Fixed Paisley's overworld sprite. Version 1.0.6 Mostly just improvements and fixes to the bosses. Changes: Design on special DLV Pokémon so they scream "special form". Bug Fixes: Fixed Fruity Scent not actually trapping the user. Modified the UI so the caught symbol isn't over the boss bars. Shrunk the thin battle bars a bit so you could fully see the remaining boss bars when there's more than one Pokémon on a side. Potentially fixed a bug where the game is trying to heal more than what remains between the hp and totalhp. I'm not able to recreate it, but it's always been wildly inconsistent. Version 1.0.5 pbStoreBag broke because of item_decorations? It fixed itself when I opened the bag, so do that if you get an error involving pbStoreBag. Changes: Added missing materials. Bug Fixes: Modified Trollodile's minigame winning reward so that no charm is left out. Battle Low HP doesn't exist yet, so battles break when player's mons reach low HP. Cactus juice is not a decoration. Version 1.0.4 Changes: Decreased Sociedew's height by a meter. Decreased the time for the HP bar. Frugivore Charm that applies the "eaten berry" effect instantly. Buffed Belch's accuracy to 100%. Bug Fixes: Added Sociedew's missing camo typing. Version 1.0.3 Changes: Worked on the battle UI some more. More random dialogue for characters in tower when nothing specific to say. DLV Swalot design updated so it's a little more unique. Certain important battles have a variety of Pokémon that can appear (though right now it's just the first gym leader). Certain items obtainable while fishing. Add new trainer tip after Sociedew boss fight explaining using blank charms on anything DLV, Updated badge part of the Trainer ID, specifically for the boss Pokémon. Reworked the Fervorian Applin line along with adding the missing third path (thanks ScVi DLC for throwing an unexpected Dipplin and Hydrapple). Changed up a certain plotline a bit. Bug Fixes: Forgot to remove a print statement during the carriage traversal in the savanna. Messed up the cutscene code, which made the first carriage traversal impossible. Removed Losrick's overworld sprite for now since it utilized the old spirte version. Fixed sideways sprites of Boy and George not bouncing when walking. Direction is now kept after fishing. Cut off pixels in Interior tilesets fixed. Fixed some form names for certain regional forms. Fixed the type matchup up not properly showing alternate forms. Fixed some passability issues with plants. Version 1.0.2 Changes: Completely changed Losrick's design, along with making its evolution Trovake. Some more EBN news. Removed the moss(?) from Galveson City since it didn't look good at all. Especially when considering that it isn't at all pixel-y. Nerfed the availability of a certain NPC in a certain library. All fakemon now have a habitat for the Pokedex Data Page Plugin. Bug Fixes Fixed jack-o-lanturn graphic. Certain NPCs now have a cooldown. Version 1.0.1 Bug Fixes: Time doesn't show during story events (unless you talk to the clocks I guess). There isn't really supposed to be a specific time to worry about while free time is not going on. Accidentally didn't change day after gym battle. Fixed some lines that referred to Quarter by an outdated name. Can't walk on locked door tiles in route gateways. Fixed major oversight in replace_tileset function that was causing the tileset_name to not save the correct name. Outdoor Light now only applies to night, not evening (just because of how the tilesets look). Zaria is always cleaning the shower once she starts doing it (aka no event page that hides her).
Made with RPG Maker XP and Pokémon Essentials v. 17.2 (incorporates some bug fixes from later Essentials versions) Developer: Celestial Mine Discord: link Download: here On a planet far, far away, lies the galaxy's greatest mystery... a collection of hermetic tombs that seemingly defy all logic. 10 Standard Years ago, the tombs began to open... Unbeknowst to the people of the Pangalactic Empire, the fate of the galaxy was about to change forever. Trailer (with in-game footage): watch here Screenshots: Story Inspired by and originally an adaptation of the two first novels of the Hyperion Cantos series, though the final plot deviates quite a lot from the novels. Expect, however, many references to the Hyperion Cantos. 2856 AD. On Zelene, a recently colonized agricultural planet that is part of the powerful Pangalactic Empire, two 18-year-olds are set to begin their journey as Pokémon Trainers. However, tragedy strikes when a Senator is mysteriously murdered in the capital Alpha Centre, triggering a state of emergency. Meanwhile, cracks are starting to appear within the Pangalactic Empire. Not all colonies are happy with their political status and the dominance of the Empire. Organized crime is starting to flourish, and Team Rocket is taking advantage of the situation to step up their operations, seemingly in pursuit of an unclear end goal. But that's not the Empire's only concern. On Archaeon, a far-flung underdeveloped planet, the mysterious Eternal Tombs have opened. The Eternal Tombs are famous for their reality-bending properties, and the scientific might of the Empire is trying their best to understand who built them and why. But this effort is proving increasingly dangerous, as the strange effects the Tombs have on their surroundings intensify... A galactic crisis is looming on the horizon. Nothing is what it seems... 𐡌𐡍𐡀 𐡌𐡍𐡀 𐡕𐡒𐡋 𐡅𐡐𐡇𐡓𐡎𐡉𐡍 Features! 15 different planets to explore, varying in size from a single city to a small region, each with its own culture and history! 14 different Pokédex to complete and over 500 Pokémon to catch! A complex story with two main routes and multiple character arcs, with a morality system based on the player's decisions A relationship system with your rival, based on player decisions Custom EBS animations (more are added every update!) A level cap system with three difficulty settings that the player can change at any time! The best of every generation's mechanics! (see below) Mechanics IMPORTANT: Credits Please notify Celestial Mine immediately of any potential mistakes with the crediting. NOTE: The use of this resources does not imply an endorsement of this game by the resources' authors in any way. FAQ How many people are involved in this project? How long did it take to develop? This is a solo project, with Celestial Mine as the only developer. Some of my real-life friends provided input and even playtesting in some earlier versions, though their identites are protected for privacy reasons. The original Pokémon Beyond began development in January 2021. This is a heavily remastered version updated for public release. How long is this game? In a test run, I completed the Pokémon League in about 18h, plus 3-4 h of extra post-game content. How "complete" is this game? What features are missing? This game is complete in the sense that all of its major features and all locations / story events are done. However, it's not listed as completed because it is essentially a beta, with potential unsolved technical issues and some minor aspects (e.g. battle animations) still needing some work. However, a full game run can already be finished. Is this game hard? Compared to the official games, yes. Compared to many "hardcore" Pokémon fan games, Pokémon Beyond DX might seem a breeze. Will this game be expanded further? No promises, but maybe. There are no plans for DLC-style updates, but the potential for expansion is there. Changelog

Whether by luck or by fate, you've encountered a mythical Pokemon and formed a psychic bond. Now you're on a journey with your Pokemon to find inspiration together and discover Meloetta's true potential. Don't know what version you have? If your titlescreen looks different than the above image, or doesn't say version 2.3, please update! Download Here! If you've already played, get yourself a forum badge! This game is designed to be free range. I guess I might mean "Open World" but it's not as if there's a large open field with infinite directions to travel in, so by calling it free range I mean that it's really chill and has features like these: Features: You can completely ignore the story and what characters tell you to do Wild Pokemon and trainers will scale with your party, so do things in any order you want The region map isn't filled out, at least not with route markers. If a character mentions a certain area or asks you to travel somewhere, they'll try to mark the path for you. Gyms have no strict order or type, so challenge them in any order! Or not at all! They'll also rematch with different teams. Following Pokemon! The first Pokemon in your party can be toggled as a following partner, and they'll unique reactions or pick up items based on your surroundings. Catching Mechanics Earn exp for catching Pokemon, and have the option of switching them into the party immediately. Unreal Time Some Pokemon might only appear at night or might appear more often in the day, but time moves fast so you don't worry about resetting your system clock. Elite Battle System Battles look great, thanks Luka! Breeding Heck yeah the daycare is in get those egg moves and hidden abilities. Known issues/bugs: F.A.Q.: Q: Why did HeroVoltsy get a shiny Zorua and I didn't get a Pokemon? A: It's an easter egg! If your character is named Voltsy, or Jasmine, you'll get a shiny Zorua. Q: Are there other easter egg names? A: Heck yeah. I love adding gifts for my friends so there's a bunch of names and you might even find something by accident. Q: Why do I have to play as the boy character? Why do I have to play as the girl character? A: The character is chosen at random, you can reset if it really bothers you. I prefer to write without using pronouns, but both protagonist's pronouns are they/them. Q: What's the shiny rate? A: Higher than normal. If you wanna have a giggle, there's also some names you can give your character (Glitter, Glimmer, Shimmer, Sparkle, or Shiny) that will make your whole game shiny. (some stuff is shiny locked though and won't be affected) Q: Which Pokemon are available? A: There's not a plan, I just add whatever suits the areas I design. At time of writing I can say that all the starters from generations 1-5 are available, and there's also some regional forms and split evolutions. Q: How many badges are there? A: Currently, 4 badges. Q: Was that a reference to another fan game? A: Probably, I like fan games and I'm not subtle about it. Q: Why isn't this working with my emulator? What emulator do I need? Can I play this on mobile? A: This game isn't played with an emulator, so if someone told you it was playable on mobile, they lied! The game should work fine on any Windows PC without any extra programs to run it. Macs should be able to run it through Wine(? Sorry I don't know the details on this one). Q: How do I update to a new version? Can I keep my old save file? A: Save files are stored on your computer separately from the game files, so it's safe to completely delete an old version of the game. The new/updated version of the game will recognize an old save file and use it with no problem. Q: Is the game finished? A: No, it's not complete. There's several areas that were blocked off (probably by rocks) because they're not finished. I don't know when the next big chunk of content will be done; I make games for fun so Q: When will it be done? A: I don't know! Making games like this is my idea of fun, so I'm not gonna like, recruit people to make parts of the game just to get it done faster. And some days I feel like playing games instead of making them :P Note for devs: If you want something from the game please download the resource pack, but don't rip or take files directly from the game, most of this stuff is a public resource and not made by me. Credits are linked to all the public resources I used if you want them for your own game!

Welcome to the kingdom of Keltios! I have the honor to present my fangame project: Pokémon Sacred Phoenix. Born on June 23, 2018, here it is officially presented in the community! Currently developed on a heavily modded version 24 of PSDK, this ambitious project aims to bring audacity and originality both in terms of the scenario and Pokémon gameplay while retaining the very essence of this famous license. In the long term, it is on the open-source Godot engine that I want to develop on, because it is the only way to make a fangame worthy of my ambitions. In the spirit of the Relic Castle's game jams, this project that will be free of public use in order to allow everyone to benefit from it, but also to be able to make a contribution to the edifice. When a Legend falls into one of the eternal human conflicts, the Mythical King will lose his Guardian and will no longer be worthy of Arceus' Throne. From this fall will be reborn the curse of the Sovereign of Kalos. Then utter Shadow will plunge the Divine Pokémon into a tormented sleep, subjecting it to dark servitude. From this Shadow that puts many Pokémons' souls to sleep, the Rebirth will shine with the Rainbow Bird. Blessed by the flames of the Sacred Fire and the unconditional Love of the Phoenix Prophet, the Pokémons of Light will restore the balance of the Legendaries ... For from the Shadow type is born the Light, the balance of the world will never be broken. Pokémon Sacred Phoenix is a fan-game that will introduce you to the kingdom of Keltios, a medieval-fantasy world blessed by the Legendaries. Loving myths and legends, it is therefore only natural that I transcribe these passions through my creation. This will involve a unique project on many points, originalities that will make the strength of this project: On Giratina's sphere (the plot): What would a world be without adventures? A medieval-fantasy world is full of mages, prophecies, court intrigues, quests, enemies, battles, deaths, hope and heroes. Through a scenario that skillfully mixes Celtic inspiration and the richness of the official Pokémon Lore, you will live the Phoenix Prophecy and will be led to discover the origin of a mysterious evil (the Shadow type) corrupting the heart of some pocket monsters. On Palkia's sphere (the space): Keltios, a frontier nation of ancient Kalos, will be a brand-new land to explore. At the height of its glory, this historically rich kingdom remains twice the size of a traditional Pokémon region. On Dialga's sphere (the time): A very rare originality, the quest of the Sacred Phoenix will go far into the past: 500 years after the Kalosian reign of AZ, or 2500 years before the contemporary events of the Pokéworld. This implies the absence of almost all technologies. Forget about glass buildings, motor vehicles, computers, Pokémon Centers and modern medicines! It is an opportunity to discover new landscapes (tilesets) and a different philosophy of life, especially magic which is very prominent. It is thanks to it that the forging of Apricorns into Pokéballs was already known and mastered in Keltios. And to make sure you don't feel out of place, you will have the opportunity to "Gotta Catch 'Em All" and to collect dozens of pocket monsters thanks to a mage's privilege that you will inherit very quickly. Yes, an enchanted grimoire will act as a Pokédex! On Arceus' sphere (the physical laws): As magic replaces technology, the inhabitants have learned to live in symbiosis with nature and the "magical creatures" that populate it. You will learn for example that Pokémons recover their energy by camping or resting in an inn (or by praying at an altar), but also that battles can be deadly to your fellow travelers in case of a blow that is too powerful (feature that can be set in the options: disabled, realistic or Nuzlocke). Because yes, in Keltios, the carnal envelope of a Pokémon remains mortal and many trainers have shed tears as a consequence! Generally speaking, the Pokémon gameplay will be revisited in order to get closer to a classic fantasy RPG while keeping the essence of the license. The Sacred Phoenix Quest (and its secondary objectives) will lead you to visit all 22 kelt towns, but also potentially some of the 12 known cities beyond the borders. After an introduction on Phoenix Hill, where your starter will be given to you, your story will start in the peaceful province of Alienor in the west of Keltios, to the battlefields near the Distortion Massif, and to the dream of every trainer: the Mt. Asgard, where the Colosseum of Arceus, the headquarters of the Pokémon League of Keltios, is built. The map is designed to offer you a semi-liberty inspired by open worlds while guiding you a minimum to avoid finding yourself in an off-level zone. In keeping with the Pokémon tradition, most of the cities are themed around the Celtic tree. The geography will also make nods to ancient legends such as those of Avalon or Broceliande. – A mature scenario rich in myths and legends, and where the Legendaries are honored as gods. – Three Dragon Starters: Dratini, Bagon and Gible. All three final forms have their Mega-Evolution. – Unique tilesets for a medieval-fantasy atmosphere – Mapping using the terraforming technique: all Keltios maps have a realistic relief and are perfectly joined. This provides an organic environment and a semi-open world that will allow soaring in the sky between all areas. – An orchestral soundtrack by Pipevanes and Braxton Burks! – 3 rivals – 10 Augurs (replacing Gym Leaders), 2 of which are optional. Each will give a Talisman, equivalent to a badge. – Two sects that will act as Teams: the Cult of Darkrai and the Cult of Giratina. – Fully customizable difficulty, from Assist Mode to Giratina's Hell (hardcore Nuzlocke). – You can forfeit to most trainers and thus decline the battle (but it will be perceived as a dishonor by your party). It is also possible to explore Keltios without battle-capable Pokémon, but be careful not to make unfortunate encounters! – A Game Over is present and can be triggered in three ways: being defeated by a hostile enemy (death match), being killed by one of your own Pokémon or having all your creatures die (with an optional Black Out Clause). – Follow Me: you first Pokémon walks by your side. This can be toggled by [Ctrl] key and has implications on the gameplay. – Presence of holy and cursed places. This impacts your magic and the behavior of your Pokémons. – Shiny encounter chance increased to 1/1074. Shinies have better IVs. – Alpha and Noble Pokémons ! They have a greater chance of being shiny because of their perfect IVs (1/266 and 1/64 chances respectively). – Speed-up button ([F5] key). – An internal clock for the game with its own calendar and season management. – Harvest of Keltios: many wild plants can be harvested in the lands of Keltios and require no maintenance. Their productivity depends on the season, but the Floral Gift (a passive ability possessed by fully evolved Grass Pokémons) can speed up an almost ready harvest. – New potions and healing items adapted to the old era of Keltios. – A mining system allows you to collect the raw materials needed for crafting, including the creation of Pokéballs. – Field Effects: Like Pokémon Reborn, battlefields will have a very significant influence on the power of attacks and will combine with weather and auras. The number of weathers will also be extended. – Caught Overhaul: The capture mechanics have been revisited. A Pokémon that is not weakened or of too high level can deflect balls. Conversely, weakening them will significantly increase your chances of capture! At the same time, the Apricorns-based Pokéballs – the only ones present in Keltios – are rebalanced and offered in three levels of quality. Thus, each one of them will have its utility. – Death Overhaul: The death of Pokémon will be a reality in Keltios: you will be able to lose your magical creatures if they are hit too hard. This can be set in the options (disabled / realistic / Nuzlocke mode). A reincarnation system is present and allows you to get some ghost Pokémons! – Overkill mechanism: Grants a XP boost in case of a powerful fatal blow, but beware not to bloodshed too often. – Loyalty Overhaul: Many parameters influence the feelings of your Pokémons. Gain their trust by giving them food or massaging them. Their level of friendship will have a real influence on battles and will determine how loyal they are to you. You can also instill fear in them to gain respect. – XP Overhaul: Depending on the importance of the fights, the experience gain will be more or less important. At the same time, an original soft level cap greatly accelerates the experience gained if your Pokémon is underlevel and reduces it by half if your Pokémon is too high level. The overlevel also reduces the dread felt by your magical creature, which will impact the obedience they have for you. This effect can be compensated with high friendship. – Pokémons can evolve mid-battle and trade evolutions are replaced by alternatives ones. – A Keltios Pokédex made up of around 500 creatures, of which 15% are Fakemons and regional variants (known as "ancient" forms). New Mega-Evolutions are also present! – Two new types: Shadow and Light. It will be possible to grant one of these two types to your Pokémon through a ritual. – A rebalanced type chart! – Status moves are divided into three sub-categories: buff, debuff, and terrain. – Effectiveness Overhaul: Chances of hitting with a debuff move are influenced by type affinity. Affinity also influences the chances of inflicting a side effect and the rate of indirect or fixed damage. – Statuses and critical hits have been overhauled. – Haxx smoother: Minimizes the luck/bad luck discrepancies that frustrate players in battle. This will be done by taking into account the success or failure of the last actions. For example, if you failed your Blizzard, the next one will have more chances to succeed, and vice versa. – EVs and IVs will be visible on the stats. The Pokémon summary will also include much more information than in the official games. (Great for fans of RPG feats). – The EV system is rebalanced and expanded to be closer to what it was in Gen 1 / Gen 2, rewarding trainers who train the same Pokémon over the long term. – Possibility to curse, strengthen or bless the IVs of your Pokémon in order to minimize or maximize them. All your magical creatures will have a chance to become "Perfect". The nature in battle can also be modified in the same manner as mints. – The hermaphrodite gender for Pokémons and egg groups redone from scratch. – Each Legendary Pokémon will have its own Legendary move and/or Ability, reflecting its divine power over the world. – A craft system with the smithing art. – Double and Triple battles with the possibility of meeting wild Pokémons in pairs or triples (the latter is a horde battle.) – Wild Pokémons that will act as bosses and will be fought in 1 vs. 2. In return, they will be able to call for reinforcements in the manner of the SOS battles in SM/USUM. – Completing the three branches of crafting: forging, alchemy and enchanting. (Forging is done, left Alchemy and Enchanting.) – Develop the game in HD with a resolution of 1280x720 and sprites in 192x192 for the Pokémons. My ultimate wish is that these HD sprites are also animated. – Augur Battles will take place in colosseums. (Pokémon matches are the most popular entertainment in Keltios and the public wants to see the show!) No puzzles in these buildings, but the Augurs will give you an Alola Trial-style quest before facing you. – Augur Battles will follow the Gym leaders' rules of the Anime with a battlefield to their advantage and a no item clause. – A Pokémon League in the form of a Double battle tournament in a sumptuous colosseum. – Replacing PP system with 2 new energy gauges for your Pokémons: Mana and Breath. This will allow more than 4 moves per Pokémon. – 6 tactical options instead of 4 in battle: Attack, Stances, Tactics, Pokémon, Bag and Run. – Ho-Oh's Scepter will allow your character to use magic, including casting O-Power style spells, but also to Mega-Evolve your Pokémons and use the Z-Power. – The Sacred Mega-Evolution! Find the true Mega-Evolution as it is described in the anime: the one that requires a sincere love towards your Pokémon. It will also allow the use of Z-moves. – The possibility of performing Poké-Jobs, a kind of repeatable quest that will allow you to earn money without spilling the blood of your magical creatures. – In-map use of HM moves based on the Pokémon's ability to learn the attack (instead of having it in its moveset) and the presence of Poké Ride. – Integration of Pokémon Contests. The Silvynis family is a lineage that has had several royal ancestors. The latest was Nimue the Pure, Mythical Queen who watched over Keltios a century ago. Going back in the genealogy, it is revealed that the blood of Morgana Harmonia and AZ of Kalos also runs in their veins. Of course, as in any self-respecting Pokémon game, you can choose your character's name. Be aware that if you take the hero, the heroine will become one of your rivals and vice versa. The hero Only son of Brendan and Ygerne, Aranel is a young man of 18 who, after the death of his father, found hope by following the teachings of the Ho-Oh cult. Shy but honest, he has always dreamed of becoming friends with Pokémons. He is very close to his cousin Viviane. The heroine Only daughter of Elowen and Gorlois, Viviane is a young lady of 19 years. Her destiny seems to be linked to Aranel's, for she too saw her father die during the terrible battle of Taranus 11 years ago, the same battle where the Mythical King Oromis lost his Suicune. Like her cousin Aranel, she decided to follow the teachings of the Temple of Ho-Oh. Enthusiastic and determined, she has always been fascinated by the magic of Pokémons. The Pokémon "Professor" Fintan the Wise is the grandfather of Viviane and Aranel, 68 years old at the beginning of the adventure. Lord of Sylvan Town, his manor houses a vast library, his dream being to list all the existing Pokémons in Keltios. Legend has it that he even met Celebi in the Lake of Time when he was 12 years old. When he sees that his grandchild has inherited the Scepter of Ho-Oh, he will entrust him with the Pokégrimoire, an enchanted book that acts as an ancient Pokédex. Gwydion High Priest of Ho-Oh, he plays the role of your mentor during the beginning of the game. Guardian of the Scepter of Phoenix Pokémon, he masters the Sacred Mega-Evolution, but it seems that his artifact attracts dangerous lusts... Kerdus He is the blacksmith and the Lord of Tintignac, the second town in the game. Master in the art of making Pokéballs from Apricorns, he will teach his knowledge to our hero very early in his adventure. (Yes, there will be crafting!) Aerouna Intrepid damsel of the Draconid People and aspiring Dragon Rider, it was she who gave you one of the three dragon eggs she possessed as a reward for your initiation. She will keep you company as your second rival, for she too was entitled to her dragon hatching as the new Priestess of Rayquaza. Sveifla Sveifla is an enigmatic character. The son of a high-ranking person, he used to serve the Cult of Giratina, but was banished after losing control of his Shadow Pokémon. The scar on his face is a testament to this. In revenge, he stole a dragon egg from Duiraco and hatched it, and is now trying to rebuild his career as a trainer. He will cross your path several times and will act as your third rival. AZ - Azoth of his real name Former King of Kalos and master alchemist, his love for Pokémon earned him the trust of Xerneas and Yveltal. But at that time, the Legendaries refused to intervene in human wars, which cost the life of his Floette. Despite the kindness of the two Guardians of Kalos who helped him create the Philosopher's Stone and resurrect his beloved Pokémon, the sovereign succumbed to his dark side by freeing Giratina from the Distortion World. The ultimate weapon was created and ravaged Keltios, ending a 16-year war... but at the cost of his Floette's departure and an unforgivable reputation as a god of destruction in the eyes of the kelts. The only thing he was able to keep was his Philosopher's Stone, which is why he is still living 500 years later, wandering around looking for his redemption. Our heroes will cross his path several times. Unos the Mythical King Successor of Oromis, he is the current Mythical King of Keltios. He is the first mortal to have obtained the allegiance of three Legendaries at the same time, including Arceus himself. Needless to say, with so many divine Pokémons at his side, he is an exceptionally powerful trainer! The equivalent of Gym Leaders, Augurs are the head of each Keltios Cult. Guardians of the wisdom of the Legendary they represent; they will subject you to a trial (like the Trials of Alola) if you express the desire to them to face them. Succeed in their quest, and they will then give you an appointment in their arena backed by the Temple, coliseums offering very beautiful shows for the inhabitants of their city. These official Keltios League battles will be tough, as Augurs treat their magical creatures with the utmost love, healing items will be forbidden, you won't be able to send more Pokémon than your opponent has, and the arena's terrain will be significantly to their advantage. A small concession, however: you will be allowed to switch Pokémon for free if you knock out one of the Augur's magical creatures, and the Augur will never be allowed to switch voluntarily. In short, it's exactly the official rules of the Gym battles from the Anime. Triumph and you will be rewarded with a Talisman, a badge that will reinforce your authority over your pocket monsters and unlock a quest that will allow you to learn a field move... And let's not forget the applause of the audience who will reward you with a nice amount of gold! List of Augurs Awena: Augur of Celebi – specialized Grass and Psychic-type Meirion: Augur of Kyogre – specialized Water and Ice-type Aedan: Augur of Groudon – specialized Fire and Ground-type Blodwyn: Augur of Xerneas – specialized Fairy and Grass-type Arianna: Augur of Lugia – specialized Water, Flying and Psychic-type Houarnon: Augur of Heatran – specialized Fire, Steel and Rock-type Erwana: Augur of Yveltal – specialized Dark and Ghost-type Cerridwyn: Augur of Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf – specialized Psychic and Light-type (It will be a Trio Combat) Neñvel: Augur of Rayquaza – specialized Dragon and Electric-type Ambros: Augur of Ho-Oh – specialized Fire and Flying-type Note that the Augurs of Ho-Oh and Heatran will be optional (although highly recommended). The first one, because you'll already have his Talisman from being initiated by the priests of Ho-Oh, the second one because it won't unlock a field move that's essential to the main quest (and the League of Keltios only requires 9 Talismans to compete). You'll also notice that their teams won't be monotype, but in the theme of the Legendary that fits them. Sacred Phoenix renews the battle mechanics in depth, offering a new wind on the Pokémon license. If your will is to be surprised and discover everything by yourself, follow the path of Azelf. The scenario will introduce you to these new features gradually. But if you choose the path of Uxie and wish his knowledge, a documentation has been specially written for you. It is available in the "doc" folder of the game. Fintan's library contains many books that can be accessed from the shelves of his manor. For an independent reading of the game, these writings are also available in PDF format. A good majority of the gameplay changes are described there, as well as some of the lore. Last update to this ROM Hack - October 12th, 2024 (Beautifully made logo by Lindsay Panes, thank you so much for your very pleasing work made for my game!) Pokemon Conquest: Twin Dragons is a ROM Hack of Pokemon Conquest, a hack with a few quality-of-life features sprinkled in with moves from newer generations, a few new maps, bigger distribution of Pokemon around the game, a harder difficulty, and rebalanced base stat totals for every Pokemon, akin to Scalemons. - What is Pokemon Conquest? Pokemon Conquest is a crossover of Koei Tecmo's Nobunaga's Ambition series and Pokemon made for the Nintendo DS. Pokemon Conquest is an SRPG (Strategy Role-Playing Game, ie Fire Emblem, FF Tactics) with 200 Pokemon from across gens 1 through 5. In terms of Pokemon games, the original game performed pretty poorly in sales, yet remains my favorite game in the Pokemon series. As of recent, I've seen a growth of appreciation for the game, especially with very popular ROM Hacks like Reconquered and Imperial, both serving their own purpose in the line of the (very few) Conquest ROM hacks out there. I would like to share my project here that has been updated over the course of nearly a year now. It has been downloadable on social media platforms like Discord, Reddit, and Twitter, but it was about due time it was posted here with the release of the largest update to date. - Story Synopsis In a place distant from the modern Pokemon world you may know, the Ransei Region thrives with the Pokemon living in the world. The Region is split into 17 territories with a respective kingdom for each territory. It is revered that if one were to claim every kingdom, a wish would be granted for the brave warrior. And so, the region falls into turmoil to claim every kingdom in an attempt to realize their dearest wish. Now, where does your story start? Will you be able to see your story to the end? Who will be your allies? Who will stand in your way? - FEATURES - Updated Stats Depending on where Pokemon are in an evolutionary line, their BST (Base Stat Total) has been shifted to match a number with any other Pokemon in that stage. For example, if you were to add up Eevee's stats and compare it to Wooper in the base version of Pokemon Conquest, Eevee would be a lot stronger, because it is stronger in mainline Pokemon games (in this game, they based BST on the stats of Pokemon when they are at level 100, so however strong a Pokemon is in mainline games are usually reflected in normal Conquest!), but in this game, Eevee and Wooper's BST add up to the same total, since they are both unevolved Pokemon with only one evolution. Here is a reference point for data purposes- Unevolved 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 585 BST Unevolved 2 Stage Evolution Pokemon (like Eevee and Wooper!) - 635 BST 2nd Stage 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 735 BST Standalone Pokemon (like Carnivine) + Scyther, Scizor - 785 BST Fully Evolved 2 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 835 BST Fully Evolved 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 885 BST Legendary Pokemon - 1035 BST These numbers may seem like a lot, but are actually pretty close to the averages that existed in the base game. Images for the sake of comparison- Pokemon shown at 10% Link with normal energy on Base Conquest, then Twin Dragons. The difference at 10% Link (which is essentially Level 10) is small, but this strength difference will scale over time, which will make it matter more in the long run. - Quality of Life features Evolution Stones and Items can be bought in normal Shops instead of from the Wandering Merchant Every warrior can link with every Pokemon, albeit some have very low link caps Some gimmick items on maps have been rearranged or removed for the sake of enjoyment (ie Chrysalia fencing) Some items have been made cheaper Harmony items boost experience at a higher rate Every warrior also has an evolutionary line that reaches 99% and an extra strong option etc. - Challenge features Warriors use evolved Pokemon earlier in the story Warriors use more helpful items to make players strategize against them Most warrior skills now have a self debuff of some sort or are worse (comparison below between normal Conquest and Twin Dragons, main character does not have this warrior skill, they were just used for demonstrational purposes Enemies have higher link with their Pokemon Postgame stories have NFE Pokemon on enemy warriors instead of Little Cup Pokemon - New Moves In Pokemon Conquest: Twin Dragons, some moves have been replaced, Dig and Sky Drop have been removed, and many new ones have been made, amounting to 20 new moves and 20 replaced moves. This includes new moves I have come up with and moves that were not featured in the game. Rising Voltage Tailwind Waterfall Bitter Malice (changed to Dark Type) Reckless Bolt Metal Sound and many more! - Maps Every map now has a fresh new background color to make every area more unique, instead of having a generic sky color. Here are a few examples! I have begun to learn how to use Blender and worked with the limitations of Pokemon Conquest, and I have made a few new maps, which are a new addition to version 1.5.0! Please take a look at these image previews! Neo Illusio (banner claim for 5 turns win con) Neo Avia Greenleaf Recolor - Credits and Links There is a list of people I would like to dearly thank for making this possible. I would like to thank Deijin and co. (WhatAUsernameIHave, Baconfry, Snap, etc) for their discoveries of Pokemon Conquest, and with their knowledge, helped foster the tool RanseiLink that helped create this ROM Hack. Link to RanseiLink tool, as it is needed to patch a Pokemon Conquest ROM (which I will NOT provide) with the .rlmod patch file that is in the Google Drive, which will be listed below- https://github.com/Deijin27/RanseiLink I would like to thank my testing team for the original version of the hack, released July 28th, 2022. Kirb, Rexbot2, ShiningBlue, and TJ The DJ played through the game to varying points and helped make it less of a mess. Thank you, Kirb, for refusing to play until I personally changed the starter to Scraggy for you, Rexbot2, for playing through the whole thing and introducing it to other people, ShiningBlue, for streaming the game to a large audience, and TJ The DJ, for inspiration for the hack itself. All documentation and information is listed in the Google Drive, along with the changelog (which will be updated soon with v1.5.0 changes). If you need to ask questions or report any bugs, I will be quickest to respond on Discord as @BagonGanda. To find the Google Drive, you can follow this link here, or visit the linktree here to get access to the Google Drive and the Twin Dragons Discord Server, alongside the Ransei Region server, which is the host of everything Pokemon Conquest (and Conquest ROM Hacks)! There is now a survey for people who have played Pokemon Conquest: Twin Dragons! If you have, please take a look! https://forms.gle/BaRzRaPY6ddZRcEW9 v1.6.0 Changelog ---------------------- Large difficulty increase in all Postgame stories Fix “Oichi’s Army” issue in Recruit 40 Warriors stories Fix "Ranmaru's Army” issue in Two Heroes Lower power of Starstriker Lower power of Leaf Blade, now 3 Row Ahead Raise Capacity of all Warriors by 1 besides Ranmaru Rank 1 Fix Greed Warrior Skill Update Rank Up requirement to 70, and 85 for MC Changed encounter tables for a few Pokemon (Pawniard, Axew, Sandile) Guardian Charm now does give exp, but only about 20% Dealt with issue in main story where Kai would teleport to the boulders to hit them Buffed Steel Spear’s chances of side effects WARNING. Neo Illusio is finicky in main story and may cause problems. If an issue occurs on the first time going into battle on one of these maps, like an enemy Pokemon being unhittable, running away from the battle/losing and trying again should fix it, unless you use that to cheese it and win anyways, your choice, but case in point, be aware these aren't perfect. I hope that you enjoy this new and (hopefully) improved Conquest experience. Have a great day! Feel free to ask anything!

Art by @Cheesu Game description This game is made with RPG Maker XP and is based off of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Story Somewhere in the Pokémon world, there exists a continent that is prone to disasters and it seems the yearly amount has increased for an unknown reason. However, this one particular Absol named Midnight despises needing to hide. He also resents his powers since he sees them as a burden more than anything. Pokemon Legends: The Johto Incident About: You wake up in the Johto Region of the past with few memories of who you are or how you got there. But soon enough you find yourself wrapped up in a new adventure as a mysterious threat begins to emerge... Note: Due to time constraints and foreseen laziness, this game is unfinished and only contains a short segment of the entire game. I would also recommend saving frequently. Pokémon Grimm Early Demo Made with RPG Maker XP and Pokémon Essentials V20.1 Welcome to the Faerie Region! Trainer school is finally over, and you have the whole summer to do whatever you want! Of course, for you and many other trainers, there's only one thing to do in this period: Take on the Pokémon League, and become Faerie's new champion! Naturally, that won't be easy! You must travel through many different places, making friends and meeting new rivals, all the while catching and raising many new Pokémon! And of course, there's that group of ruffians, Team Riot, on the loose... It seems that they have a bone to pick with NW Corp, the new sponsor of the Pokémon League... I wonder what that's all about... -Features- Limited Pokédex: 382 hand-picked Pokémon, from generations 1-9, alongside some new surprises! Old Pokémon, new forms: 50 new regional and ecologically similar Pokémon, including new evolutions! Sidequests: Throughout Faerie, you will meet many people that will give you optional quests, rewarding you with money, TM's, and even exclusive Pokémon! Difficulty modes: If you seek a greater challenge, you can choose to play the game on Challenge Mode, where all trainers have stronger Pokémon, and important trainers receive extra Pokémon and powerful movesets! Configurable Autosave: Every time you enter or leave an area, the game will automatically save for you! If it's not your style, you can turn it off on the options box. Configurable Exp. All: Your Pokémon Exp. gets shared with the whole party, making grinding easier! You can turn it on or off whenever you want! The Exp. Share item is adquired after finishing the Pontypritt Train Station quest, at the beginning of the game. Pokémon everywhere: Wild Pokémon appear on the overworld, and your lead Pokémon follows you outside of its Poké ball! -Screenshots- -About the Demo- The Demo goes up to a little farther than the second gym, until the third rival fight, totaling up to around 2-3 hours of playtime. Originally, the first Demo would go up until the third gym, however, due to the lack of playtesters in my end, I wasn't so sure about the difficulty curve, so I decided to release the Demo earlier as to test the level balancing with a wider audience. Hence the Demo being version 0.5 instead of 1.0. If you have something to say about the game, just say it! Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated! -What's next- After the feedback is taken into account, if everything goes well, a new Demo should be launched in 2025, going up to the third gym as initially planned. After it launches, I probably won't do any more public Demos until the game is finished. -Known Bugs- -Game Download- (V0.5.3) Download -Credits- -Changelog- v0.5.2 v0.5.3
