Released Games

Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.
The Rules and Regulations applies to this forum. Please give these a read before posting. When Posting a Project in Released Games While "Completed Games" is for completed games, this forum section is for games that have a playable release, but aren't complete. If you aren't ready to release a public, playable demo, then you should create a thread in the In Development section instead. Threads must be approved by a staff member before they're public. If we do not approve your thread within 48 hours, you will receive a message from us with what is missing from the rules as listed below. If we do not hear from you after that, your thread will be deleted and not make it to public view. If you believe it did meet the requirements, or the requirements do not adequately apply to your projects, please get in touch with a staff member. The following are the requirements for your thread to be approved. Each thread must have a clear project description, and must state what engine and/or kit, if any, is being used. For instance, "RPG Maker XP," "Godot," or "Pokémon Essentials." Each thread must have a plot outline. Include a small write up or summary of your plot and or backstory. Try for a paragraph at least. It doesn't have to include spoilers or in-depth plot details, but try to capture people's interest. This may not always be applicable, as not all projects have a plot. Each thread must have a list of unique features. Include any features in your game that you believe will make it stand out from other projects, preferably in a list instead of a block of text. They don't have to be ground-breaking. Commonly used resources are not unique features, and generic statements like "new characters" do not count. Each thread must have at least four screenshots that are unique to your project and tell us something about what your project entails. As such, generic screenshots, such as an unmodified Pokémon Essentials screenshot, do not count towards this threshold. Make sure they're fairly different from one another. We don't want four screenshots of one area of your game or just of your interfaces. Each thread must credit the creators of all assets they did not create themselves. This includes credits for your engine/kit. All individuals in a kit or resource's credits must be included. Be absolutely positive that you're giving the full and correct credit when using public resources, and make sure to list any team members you might have working on the game. We take credits very seriously. Not crediting someone for something they created is considered content theft and is a very serious offense. No thread may use URL shorteners to share images, patch notes, game files or other miscellaneous file, or host any files directly on the Eevee Expo forums. Considering file-sharing websites for this, such as Mediafire or MEGA. You may not use URL shorteners for this. Threads in this section are required to have a demo download link that is accessible by anyone, i.e. without signing up for an account on a website, including Discord. Advertising a Discord server is allowed, but you shouldn't require the reader to sign up for another website and/or join your Discord server in order to play your game. Some important things to note regarding credits... If you aren't sure the proper credits for something you're using, do some searching to find out who made it. If you for some reason can't find out who made it, you shouldn't be using that resource. If you're using Pokémon Essentials, Luka's Elite Battle System, or some other widely used resource: be sure to credit them as well. Just because they're well known doesn't mean you don't have to credit them. If we find that you are using (private) resources without the author's permission and or without credit, there will be repercussions. This is considered content theft, and your project will be taken down. We will then require proof that you have permission, or to talk to the author ourselves. If you notice your content is being used against your wishes or you're not being credited for your work, please contact a staff member. We'll work with you and the offending project to make sure proper credit is given or the project will be removed from the forums. Posting in General The following things should be kept in mind when posting in a project thread: Project feedback is highly encouraged; if you see something in a project that you feel needs improvement, point that out, but be respectful about it. Keep in mind that it's ultimately the developer's project and it's their vision for the project. Not all posts have to be feedback; you can talk about how much you like the game (make sure to say what you like about it), ask questions about it, or talk about it in general! A project developer (usually) loves nothing more than people discussing what's going on in the game. Spam The following types of posts are considered spam and will be deleted. If you notice a post breaking this rule, please report it and move on. Posts asking for a release date. Posts asking for a download link. Posts asking if the game is finished. Posts asking if they can be a game tester, unless stated by the project author that they're looking for testers. Posts with little to no substance: (eg. "I like your game, it's cool!") Tell us why you like the game! Double posting. Please edit your post instead of double posting. If you're the thread author, you may double post if you have some new content to share.

Order is born from Chaos, but this is merely the start of its gestation. Engine: Pokémon Essentials v21.1 Premise: The original Xenoverse holds a very special place in my heart, as the first fangame project I have been actively following for years finally coming to fruition. Over the years since its release, me and a lot of other passionate fans have had time to assess this charming, flawed, uneven game, and we felt like it deserved a second shot, to become the best version of itself it could possibly be. With the formation of Beehive Studios and the former developers moving onto an original IP, our as-of-now-unnamed Team has taken the opportunity, with the permission of said original developers, to retool this game while preserving as much of its original identity as possible. This is going to be a remake of Xenoverse, using Essentials v21.1, and this demo covers the first couple Gyms of the game, plus a little bit beyond that (everything before the Galvantula Boss + new stuff we added) Plot Summary: Months have gone by after the player character's father, esteemed researcher and family man Versil, was kidnapped by a mysterious figure from his past. Now his child, Kay or Alice, has set off on a journey across the Eldiw Region to grow strong and find out who has taken their father and why. In their travels, they fight off invasive X Pokemon from another dimension, the Xenoverse, as they wreak havoc, overtake territory, and endanger the lives of the people all throught the region. These encounters, however, are often less than spontaneous, as their appearances are tied to the criminal organization called "Team Dimension", the ones responsible for their father's kidnapping, whose ranks are filled by robots instead of people. Among the many mysteries of the Eldiw Region, the Starter that has chosen Kay/Alice seems to have a connection with the very forces that make up the fabric of reality, which becomes the point of interest for a young and brash cyborg, with a Pokemon who seems to share this connection alongside the Starters. For those who are familiar with Xenoverse's plot, this doesn't sound too unfamiliar, but the details and the context have been completely overhauled, while keeping the broad strokes of the story and the various set pieces mostly intact. I like to think that all the changes made were for the better, but I require feedback to be certain. What's new? The original Pokemon Xenoverse took place in an original region, featured Fakemon and Mega Evolutions and had a heavy focus on the story. None of this is going to change, but a lot of things around this framework have, and let's start off with a bang with: Rewrites While putting a lot of focus on the story, especially in the later half, this game seems to have never gotten the privilege of a second draft, and all sorts of creative turmoils behind the scenes have led to the overall story feeling very... unfocused and non cohesive. This is where this whole project started, my rewrites of the story that tried to tie together concepts introduced later into the very start, ensuring a more solid foundation from which the game itself could be built upon in terms of narrative. While the characters will be largely the same, outside of a few exceptions, I hope you find them more fleshed out and compelling than their original counterparts, especially since, as I said, the story is still going to be one of the main focal points of this game. Re-Balanced Many Pokemon from the original game have been rebalanced, that comes with the fangame territory a lot of the time, and some need it more than most (Looks at... all of Gen 2), but usually you don't really need that many powerful Pokemon if the trainers are as easy as they normally are... But not anymore! Because now the Trainers are (hopefully) gonna pose a real challenge, mostly in the important battles. Said battles are also mostly going to be double battles, as to spice up the gameplay experience, showcase potential strategies that help make bosses stand out from one another and allow more playstyle variety. Bossfights Speaking of battles, however, one of Xenoverse's biggest claims to fame was the X Pokemon Boss Battles, which sees you fighting a Pokemon with boosted stats and multiple health bars, and while that has remained, the boss battle mechanics have been remade to add more variety. You use 2 of your Pokemon to fight 1 Boss, like a reverse Totem Battle, but aside from the Pokemon you fight being stronger, they also possess multiple phases, where upon triggering the phase change all status and stat drops vanish, and something else happens to shake up the battle and make one boss more distinct from another. When I mean that important trainers and bosses are more powerful, however, I don't just mean their movesets and items (although they are), but they will also, after a certain stage, have fully realised IVs and EVs! Don't panic, because there's two other factors you need to consider: 1) We have a plug in that allows you to customize your own EVs from the very start! The EV Pool scales up with your level, so if you want to, you can try tailoring your mons to your needs. 2) ...A lot of these tougher buffs are reserved for the new Hard mode, and while Normal Mode is also gonna be harder, stuff like EVs and IVs and incredible items and moves is something that will be introduced more gradually later on. In short, your Pokemon are stronger, your enemies are stronger, and you are gonna have all the tools you need to face them and then some! Even more Fakemons We couldn't resist this one, this is what Pokemon is all about, creating creatures you can play with, and we wanted to stretch our creativity too! We mostly added more regional variants, so as to not leave Eldiwian Meowth completely alone, some Convergent Pokemon because those are just fun to design and come up with, and a few special scrapped Gen 2 Pokemon that have been given new life and new places in the world. There are plans for more regional forms and some brand new X Species Pokemon too, but those are best for locales that are beyond this demo's reach... for now. Gotta Catch them All Xenoverse's original Pokedex was by no means small, but since this franchise is all about monster collecting, I have decided to expand it even more, but to incentivse the player to actually CATCH the Pokemon, another fangame has shown me how to cater to that design philosophy. Pokemon Tectonic is a game entirely revolving around catching Pokemon to reap rewards in the form of EXP Candy and other items, so you can get any wild Pokemon into fighting shape (up to a level cap). The feedback loop of catching pokemon to get rewards so you can beat bosses to then unlock the ability to catch more Pokemon to reap more rewards is one that I find to be pretty engaging and satisfying, as such it has been applied to this game, with the addition of it being integrated with the Achievement system of the original Xenoverse too! Dens Dens were a really neat idea, exploring mini dungeons with your Starter to obtain some loot and engage in puzzles really helps both fleshing out both your connection to the Starter the world the Pokemon live in, since it is a den and all. This game also had some great puzzles... in the postgame. Yeah, it took them time to get good and most of the dens just... aren't. Most of the original dens puzzles rely on trial and error, and all for loot that is not worth it at all. Well, not anymore! Now there's more loot then ever, the loot is (hopefully) more worthwhile, and the puzzles have been diversified! This demo has 3 real dens to show that off, but there's gonna be way more in the future. Screenshots Demo 2 Download: MAC Version: Here WINDOWS: Here Invite This is the first step of a journey, where we try to make this game into the best version of itself it could possibly be, and we hope that you will provide all the feedback needed to get to that point. Thank you for your time, and hope you enjoy this Demo. Per Aspera Ad Astra. CREDITS:

One year ago, your gym leader title was revoked and you were forced into an early retirement. But when a new opportunity brings you to the Hallio region, you'll find yourself enveloped in a region-spanning conspiracy. Just like in any mainline game, you'll catch Pokemon and battle gym leaders, but you'll also ask questions, team up with characters, and investigate the history of the region to figure out Hallio's biggest secret: Who is the Beast? ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ Pokémon Blooming Beast is a plot-focused fan game that still offers the traditional Pokémon experience. It includes: A fully-fledged conversation system with dynamic dialogue that reacts as you learn more An original region to explore with new fakemon and regional variants Gen 9 content Six difficulty settings ranging from easy to impossible New Game Plus lets you customize your replay experience Over 400 expressive talksprites A diverse regional dex Modified pseudo-legendary starters (yes, including Togepi!) A battle facility with endless replayability HMs usable from the PC, and other quality of life features Witty and charming writing alongside an engaging plotline And more! ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ Woah, what's this "conversation system" in the bullet points above? I'm so glad you asked, theoretical person! As you meet new characters, you'll have the option to ask them about themselves, the history of the region, their opinion on other characters, and more! As you learn more, either through these interactions or by progressing through the game, the options you can ask each character will expand. Exploring these options will make characters more likely to sponsor you in your goal of becoming a gym leader, while also offering clues to piece together a dark secret that preys upon the Hallio region. Okay that's cool, but what if I just want to play it like a normal Pokémon game? That's fine, too! These conversation options are just that: options. You can still get a complete experience (at least up to gym 6, for now) without them. ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ ❀ ~~ The full game is still in development, and we are open to feedback! The current version goes up to the 6th gym and has an estimated playtime of 10 hours, excluding optional content. Included in the game is a link to a playtester survey. This survey is optional, but recommended. It is the best way to support the game. This is the third of four chapters planned for Pokémon Blooming Beast. Created in Pokémon Essentials v18.1 (+MKXP) Plot It is by chance one day that you fall into the Honnis Underground, left to fend for yourself with only a single Pokéball. It is through a rather unusual series of events that you find yourself wrapped up in a conspiracy involving the beloved "Baker's Dozen"! Will you save the region from chaos? Will you uncover the secrets of the Honnis Region? Will you beat 8 gyms and the Pokémon League in the process? ...Probably. The Honnis Region The Honnis region is a sprawling and diverse land filled with countless different Pokémon and cities filled with all kinds of interesting people and places. Though it contains countless secrets of its own, its most interesting feature is undoubtedly the Honnis Underground, a vast network of cave systems containing hundreds of Pokémon that cannot be found anywhere else in the region. Pokémon within it are more active than their surface counterparts, and there are some individuals that have demonstrated unusual amounts of strength and aggression. It is said that the Pokémon within have the mysterious property of 'scaling' to the strength of your party! Features Treat Traits Special abilities granted upon consuming specific items, Traits come in a wide variety of effects that can be granted to any Pokémon! Grants varying stat boosts depending on a species' strength, allowing even weaker Pokémon to keep up with their evolved counterparts While a Pokémon possesses a Trait, it loses the ability to evolve via level-up, requiring it to be evolved through the party menu. Through the use of the EZ-Oven and some recipes, you can even craft your own Pokétreats at any time! New Forms and Evolutions The Honnis region contains an utterly massive amount of Pokémon, and depending on what part of the region you are in, some species will even take on entirely new forms. It appears that some Pokémon even possess entirely new evolutions. Yet what are the mysteries surrounding this mysterious 'Flux Stone'? New Moves and Abilities, and Rebalances Freeze has been changed to Frostbite, as seen in Legends Arceus Certain 'weaker' moves and abilities have had their effects strengthened in some form Many Pokémon have had their learnsets expanded, and certain species that lacked secondary or hidden abilities have now gained them There are also a variety of brand new moves, items, and abilities! Various QOL Touches NPCs that allow you to fast travel between previously visited towns and areas All trainer battles can be forfeited, rather than requiring a loss TMs can now be taught directly from the summary screen (and even in PC boxes) instead of requiring you to manually sift through your bag. Sun Dust and Moon Dust, held items that let you make time-based evolutions at any time Marks can also be acquired through defeating wild Pokémon instead of being limited to newly captured Pokémon HMs can now be used just by having them in your inventory IVs and EVs are visible on the summary screen Pokémon with hidden abilities have a 10% chance of appearing in the wild Egg Moves can now be taught at any Pokémon Center (costs Heart Scales) 'Shards', items that allow you to boost a Pokémon's IVs Happiness-based evolutions have a much more lenient threshold The PC-Link, a rechargeable machine that lets you heal and use the PC from anywhere. And Many More...! Including... 2v1 Boss Battles against particularly powerful Pokémon Two additional shiny variations for every Pokémon Secret Bases Over 250 obtainable TMs Multiple battle facilities Raid Dens A wide variety of sidequests with exclusive rewards and encounters Wild encounters have a 20% chance of starting as double battles when possible, you can capture Pokémon even with two opponents on the field Soft level caps that slow experience gain past a certain threshold, boosted with each badge Online Trading & Battling Team Mak Lead Dev, general stuff-doer Vendily Scripting AOZero2 Composing Playtesters TanookiPrick, Donut, Glacierfury, saltymuch.jpg, Doop, senok, DoopyAngel, Ashwell, Count Sushik, HauntedDitto, KennyCatches, Ayrei, Mashirosakura, Lunarus Note: The game has not been developed with Joiplay in mind, and is not currently compatible with the app. DOWNLOAD LINK v0.4.15 (Updated 09/11/25) https://www.mediafire.com/file/40p6bjx4ojj3pt7/Zirconium_v0.4.15.rar/file Mirror: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18Nyywp-NODAZObvXSN7LJXMBFhuYloNL/view?usp=sharing Contains 3 gyms; 8-10 hours of main story content discounting side content Patch (v0.4.15) Install by unzipping the file and combining the 'Data' folder within with the root game folder. https://www.mediafire.com/file/anpypscdpqsc7am/Patch_v1.0.15.rar/file Changelog v0.4.15 Added two additional ingredient options to every café Nerfed the encounter rates in various areas across the game Fixed sidequest event triggering if you lost to Tyson in Ambell City Fixed issue where TMs did not work on the regional eeveelutions Fixed softlock that would occur when accepting the “A Special Specimen” quest from a certain direction v0.4.14 Fixed crash that would occur when picking up a Poison Barb during an expedition Added frequent checks to badge variable to prevent sidequest-related crashes v0.4.13.1 Fixed issue with shuffled Pokémon form data v0.4.13 Fixed pseudo-softlock on Route 7 Fixed issue where Route 8 could not be accessed prior to completing the Gym 3 plot. I'm Mirage, and i am glad to finally publicly show off Pokemon Amethyst! Pokemon Amethyst was made in RPGMaker XP with Pokemon Essentialsv21.1 Pokemon Amethyst aims to capture some of the more traditional elements of Pokemon, I've been channeling as much Sinnoh Energy as i can into this project while also trying to keep it original! I will now list off some Traditional and slightly more unique features! Traditional: Traditional Gym Challenge, Upon the completion of Pokemon Amethyst, there will be 8 Gyms, nicely paired with an Elite 4 and Champion. Evil Team! The Earth type, also not unique, but is seen quite a bit less than Sound, my Earth type is simply Rock and Ground combined, eliminating those two types. i used MandJTV's Earth Type video as a base! NRG Pokemon! NRG Pokemon are Enraged [e(N)(R)a(G)ed] Energy [e(N)e(R)(G)y] Pokemon, They are un-catchable and are stronger than their 'normal' counterparts, they act as boss battle and are almost a mix between Shadow Pokemon and Totem Pokemon! Last update to this ROM Hack - January 10th, 2026 (Beautifully made logo by Lindsay Panes, thank you so much for your very pleasing work made for my game!) Pokemon Conquest: Twin Dragons is a ROM Hack of Pokemon Conquest, a hack with a few quality-of-life features sprinkled in with moves from newer generations, a few new maps, bigger distribution of Pokemon around the game, a harder difficulty, and rebalanced base stat totals for every Pokemon, akin to Scalemons. - What is Pokemon Conquest? Pokemon Conquest is a crossover of Koei Tecmo's Nobunaga's Ambition series and Pokemon made for the Nintendo DS. Pokemon Conquest is an SRPG (Strategy Role-Playing Game, ie Fire Emblem, FF Tactics) with 200 Pokemon from across gens 1 through 5. In terms of Pokemon games, the original game performed pretty poorly in sales, yet remains my favorite game in the Pokemon series. As of recent, I've seen a growth of appreciation for the game, especially with very popular ROM Hacks like Reconquered and Imperial, both serving their own purpose in the line of the (very few) Conquest ROM hacks out there. I would like to share my project here that has been updated over the course of nearly a year now. It has been downloadable on social media platforms like Discord, Reddit, and Twitter, but it was about due time it was posted here with the release of the largest update to date. - Story Synopsis In a place distant from the modern Pokemon world you may know, the Ransei Region thrives with the Pokemon living in the world. The Region is split into 17 territories with a respective kingdom for each territory. It is revered that if one were to claim every kingdom, a wish would be granted for the brave warrior. And so, the region falls into turmoil to claim every kingdom in an attempt to realize their dearest wish. Now, where does your story start? Will you be able to see your story to the end? Who will be your allies? Who will stand in your way? - FEATURES - Updated Stats Depending on where Pokemon are in an evolutionary line, their BST (Base Stat Total) has been shifted to match a number with any other Pokemon in that stage. For example, if you were to add up Eevee's stats and compare it to Wooper in the base version of Pokemon Conquest, Eevee would be a lot stronger, because it is stronger in mainline Pokemon games (in this game, they based BST on the stats of Pokemon when they are at level 100, so however strong a Pokemon is in mainline games are usually reflected in normal Conquest!), but in this game, Eevee and Wooper's BST add up to the same total, since they are both unevolved Pokemon with only one evolution. Here is a reference point for data purposes- Unevolved 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 585 BST Unevolved 2 Stage Evolution Pokemon (like Eevee and Wooper!) - 635 BST 2nd Stage 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 735 BST Standalone Pokemon (like Carnivine) + Scyther, Scizor - 785 BST Fully Evolved 2 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 835 BST Fully Evolved 3 Stage Evolution Pokemon - 885 BST Legendary Pokemon - 1035 BST These numbers may seem like a lot, but are actually pretty close to the averages that existed in the base game. This includes new moves I have come up with and moves that were not featured in the game. I would like to thank Deijin and co. (WhatAUsernameIHave, Baconfry, Snap, etc) for their discoveries of Pokemon Conquest, and with their knowledge, helped foster the tool RanseiLink that helped create this ROM Hack. Link to RanseiLink tool, as it is needed to patch a Pokemon Conquest ROM (which I will NOT provide) with the .rlmod patch file that is in the Google Drive, which will be listed below- https://github.com/Deijin27/RanseiLink I would like to thank my testing team for the original version of the hack, released July 28th, 2022. Kirb, Rexbot2, ShiningBlue, and TJ The DJ played through the game to varying points and helped make it less of a mess. Thank you, Kirb, for refusing to play until I personally changed the starter to Scraggy for you, Rexbot2, for playing through the whole thing and introducing it to other people, ShiningBlue, for streaming the game to a large audience, and TJ The DJ, for inspiration for the hack itself. All documentation and information is listed in the Google Drive, along with the changelog (which will be updated soon with v1.5.0 changes). If you need to ask questions or report any bugs, I will be quickest to respond on Discord as @BagonGanda. To find the Google Drive, you can follow this link here, or visit the linktree here to get access to the Google Drive and the Twin Dragons Discord Server, alongside the Ransei Region server, which is the host of everything Pokemon Conquest (and Conquest ROM Hacks)! There is now a survey for people who have played Pokemon Conquest: Twin Dragons! If you have, please take a look! https://forms.gle/BaRzRaPY6ddZRcEW9 v1.6.0 Changelog ---------------------- Large difficulty increase in all Postgame stories Fix “Oichi’s Army” issue in Recruit 40 Warriors stories Fix "Ranmaru's Army” issue in Two Heroes Lower power of Starstriker Lower power of Leaf Blade, now 3 Row Ahead Raise Capacity of all Warriors by 1 besides Ranmaru Rank 1 Fix Greed Warrior Skill Update Rank Up requirement to 70, and 85 for MC Changed encounter tables for a few Pokemon (Pawniard, Axew, Sandile) Guardian Charm now does give exp, but only about 20% Dealt with issue in main story where Kai would teleport to the boulders to hit them Buffed Steel Spear’s chances of side effects WARNING. Neo Illusio is finicky in main story and may cause problems. If an issue occurs on the first time going into battle on one of these maps, like an enemy Pokemon being unhittable, running away from the battle/losing and trying again should fix it, unless you use that to cheese it and win anyways, your choice, but case in point, be aware these aren't perfect. I hope that you enjoy this new and (hopefully) improved Conquest experience. Have a great day! Feel free to ask anything!

Pokémon Ruckus Demo 1.0 Plot An Elite Four member's Pokémon has been stolen! The Torpedo Gang has always been a nuisance, causing ruckus around the region on their quest to get powerful Pokémon. The theft of Ernest's Pokémon however, is unprecedented. Their goals are... unclear. They've always operated with some vague semblance of secrecy, but it really just seems like they want to overthrow their own Leader for some reason. They're completely unorganized, with little to no functional teamwork between them, and the thieves of Ernest's Pokémon claim to be in the "Victini Chasing Special Unit"... ...Maybe it's best not to get too involved with them. You're on your own quest, after all! The Vibrund Region has 8 gyms to conquer and an annual League Tournament where the Champion is crowned. Just last year, Jaxton's seemingly neverending winstreak was stopped by relative newcomer Valerie. The League seems to be entering a new era, and maybe you could be the next Vibrund Champion? Features 90+ new Fakemon and Regional Variants A new region to explore with new Badges to collect (2 in current release) Plenty of sidequests to reward exploration Indoor furniture has unique dialogue for each room - some of them might even be funny Hard level caps Easy EV allocation on the summary screen Field moves can be used without teaching them to your Pokémon Goofs, gaffs, and more Screenshots Documentation Sheet w/ documentation on encounters, TMs, and Fakemon Download Demo 1.0 - Mediafire Credits

v0.1.9 Released 1/5/26! Welcome to the celestial land of Tenno! Known for its futuristic technology and advanced space program, the Tenno Region thrives thanks to the ambitions and benevolence of Team Planetary, an organization dedicated to the region's betterment. You start your Pokémon journey in the Tenno Region like many other trainers, but soon you and your childhood friend/rival witness a more sinister side of Team Planetary. They steal property and take Pokémon, all supposedly in the name of saving the region. Can the ends justify the means? As the only witnesses to these heinous acts in a region that idolizes the villains, it’s up to you to stop them while striving to become the Tenno Champion. Blast off on an out-of-this-world journey of astronomical proportions! Pokémon Sol Version is a fan project that aims to create a traditional Pokémon experience using Pokémon Essentials on RPG Maker XP. It is a part of the Cosmic Quest Project, and is technically the "third version" to the hypothetical Luna and Terra Versions. Currently released is a work-in-progress beta test/demo. What's a beta/demo? I explain in detail here. The main campaign is essentially complete and you can play the entire story up until the credits roll, but there is currently no post-game content. That will come in future updates, as discussed here. But, feel free to keep on exploring the region and completing missed optional content until then. Trailers Other Trailers Available Here Features 136 brand-new custom Pokémon (in addition to over 250 returning Pokémon from all generations) New Mega Evolutions New Regional Variants: Tennoan Forms Over 100 new moves and over 50 new abilities for new and old Pokémon alike An entire new region to explore, filled with a variety of unique locations A traditional Pokémon story, including a Pokémon League and evil team An expansive post-game story (Future Update) Light-Type Pokémon New mechanics, such as double abilities, combo-typed moves, and more Challenging boss battles against non-Pokémon entities and powerful Legendary Pokémon The Battle Final Frontier. It's the Battle Frontier, but in space (Future Update) The return of the Pokémon World Tournament, with more characters than ever before (Future Update) And so much more! Check out this link to read a series of articles that goes into behind-the-scenes explanations and examinations of many of the new aspects, features, and mechanics. Screenshots More Screenshots Important Notes This game is in beta and is an unfinished product. While playing, expect to encounter glitches and game crashes. If you do, please report them, as explained in the "Reporting Issues" section below. Due to the chances of encountering a game crash, I recommend saving your game frequently, especially before and after difficult or important battles or after long story events. The game is essentially complete up until the credits roll. That means you can play the entire main story, but there are no post-game elements added yet. Future updates to come. This game is designed to be a traditional and authentic Pokémon experience. It will not contain features common to fan games, such as a speed-up button. This game is designed to play more like the earlier Pokémon games (Gens I through V), rather than the more modern ones. As such, it may require more effort and thought to beat than you might be used to from modern Pokémon games. The game features the classic version of Exp. Share, rather than the modern version which distributes experience among all Pokémon in the party automatically. An Exp. All item, which functions like the modern Exp. Share, does exist in the game, but it is a reward for a side quest that spans the entire region and cannot be obtained until the very end of the game. It is better to think of it as a post-game item. One aspect of real Pokémon games that could not be replicated by this game is interactions with other players. This means it would usually be impossible to evolve Pokémon that require being traded. However, if you want to evolve such a Pokémon, just show a Pokémon that evolves through trade to the woman on the second floor of any Pokémon Center and she'll give you a special item that can evolve these Pokémon instead. Certain aspects of this game may be incompatible with JoiPlay. I have received reports of graphic display issues, random lag, and missing sound effects, all coming from JoiPlay, rather than any specific issue with the game. JoiPlay prevents players from skipping the opening movie. Players using JoiPlay should either delete or rename the folder titled "Movies" within their "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. This will cause the game to automatically skip the movie. This will have to be done every time the game is updated. Download v0.1.9 Here (Updated 1/5/26) No Hotfix Currently Required If you need help getting things working after downloading from this link, see here for instructions. Once you've downloaded the most recent version, apply the the most recent hotfix (if applicable) as explained below. Update Instructions: If you've already downloaded an older version of Sol Version and are looking to update, simply delete your outdated "Pokémon Sol Version" folder and download the current version from the above link. Your save data will transfer over automatically. Hotfix Instructions: If and only if there's a hotfix download link listed below the regular download link, then you'll need to apply the hotfix to Sol Version to play the most up-to-date version. Click the link to download a file called "Game.rgssad" and move that file into your "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. When it asks you if you want to replace the existing file, say yes. Now your game is up to date. You should always try to have to most recent hotfix applied to your game. If you've just installed Sol Version for the first time and a hotfix is available, you should apply the hotfix right away. Reporting Issues As this is a work-in-progress beta build of the game, expect to find glitches and other issues. Please report any issues you come across while playing. You can report them here, or send me an email at CosmicQuestProject@gmail.com. As much information as you can provide on the context of the issue, as well as screenshots if possible, is very helpful. If there's an error message, a picture or copy of the exact message would be of great assistance. The game's error log, with a list of all error messages you've received can be located in your file explorer under Users>[Your Name]>AppData>Roaming>Pokémon Sol Version. AppData is only visible if you first click the "View" tab, and then check the box labeled "Hidden Items." From there, you can copy and paste the exact error message, with the newest errors on the bottom. It is my hope that working together we can remove all of the issues that remain undiscovered in this game and we can move it ever closer to a final release. Known Issues Sometimes when an ability's name displays in battle, it will instead display the name of the Pokémon's other ability. This is a purely visual bug. The proper ability is still activating. Sometimes the game will crash when transitioning from the opening movie to the title screen. If this happens, you can simply relaunch the game and skip the movie to circumvent the crash. A handful of Tenno Pokémon are still a work in progress and do not yet have certain graphics. For a complete list of Pokémon missing some or all of their graphics, see here. Any Mega Evolved Pokémon not listed here is not yet available in the game, even if a Mega Stone is obtainable. The Mega Stone is a placeholder and will not work. Have A Question About Where to Find Something or How to Do Something in the Game? Look Here First Mystery Gift Sol Version has a rotation of Mystery Gift distributions. Pokémon Samba ReBirth is a revitalized take on the original Pokémon Samba fangame, bringing a fresh coat of polish to the "Brazil inspired Pokémon game". Revisit the vibrant Samba Region as you embark once more on a journey to collect 8 badges and challenge Champion Armstrong — now with enhanced visuals, updated mechanics, and a host of new features that elevate the experience while staying true to the spirit of the original. Many legends still echo throughout the Samba Region — tales of a chimera that watches over the Evergreen Jungle, or magical faes that are said to have been blessed by Arceus itself. These stories, passed down through generations, serve to guide the hearts of the goodwilled citizens and warn those who stray from the path. Though folklore plays a key role in shaping the region's identity, the people of Samba also rely on the strength and protection of the 8 Gym Leaders — powerful trainers elected by the people, tasked with safeguarding the region and challenging trainers who dare take on Samba's Pokémon League Challenge. Your journey begins at a special date — it's your 16th birthday, and with it comes the opportunity to become a Licensed Pokémon Trainer. Joined by your childhood friends, Marco and Clara, you'll travel across the Samba Region to take on the Gym Leaders, meet new friends and foes, earn your place in the annual Pokémon League Tournament, and perhaps even challenge Champion Armstrong himself for the title. But not all is as peaceful as it seems. The shadow of Team Gold looms over the region. These shady profiteers seem to be plotting to dominate the Samba region by disrupting the sacred Hidden Masters. What is their true plan — and can you stop them before they reshape the future of Samba forever? The Samba region returns in this remake as a vibrant, diverse land, filled with deserts, mountains, jungles, and more — each home to unique Pokémon. Its cities are just as varied, from the academic hub of Solanum to the battle-hardened Nanuza. With a growing mix of people and cultures from around the world, Samba has evolved into a rich, multicultural region, with 158 new Pokémon to be found. 158 Original, Fully Animated "Fakémon"! - Battle, catch and train never before seen Pokémon! Created in Pokémon Essentials v20.1 This has been an on-and-off passion project for over 15 years (wild, I know 😅). The beta 3.3 currently includes 3 full regions - Johto, Kanto, and the Orange Islands - with Gyms and main story progression already in place. Plot Pokémon Silver Chronicles is a re-imagined version of Pokémon Silver (and Soul Silver) games, expanded into a much larger, more connected Pokémon world, with new narrative arcs, long-term progression, and a more grounded take on legendary Pokémon. What if Pokémon Silver didn't end in Johto, and you were able to keep going with the game a bit more? This game aims to provide you with that experience! You still play as Ethan (or Kris), a 14-year-old kid from New Bark Town, starting your journey by receiving your first Pokémon from Professor Elm. As in the original games, you can choose between Totodile, Cyndaquil, or Chikorita. From there, the adventure slowly expands far beyond the standard Gym challenge. Your journey begins in Johto, where you’ll face the eight Gym Leaders, fight against Team Rocket, and challenge the Elite Four. Johto is very similar to the original game, so expect this part to really look like a remake. Things start to change after you beat the Elite Four, as now you can take part in a major global event called the Pokémon World Cup, a tournament that happens only once every four years. So winning the Elite Four is not the end of the game, but the beginning of a much larger journey. After Johto, you move on to Kanto, where you can earn eight more Gym Badges while uncovering a darker storyline. The Pokémon Association, once seen as a symbol of order, is now being run by corrupt figures, and you need to help restore order in Kanto. The story continues into the Orange Islands, where you can collect four additional badges and eventually challenge the Supreme Gym Leader, Drake. The adventure doesn’t stop there. Hoenn will be your final destination, where you’ll face eight more Gym Leaders and participate in the Pokémon World Cup one last time, now older, stronger, and far more experienced than when you first started your journey. One of the core ideas behind Pokémon Silver Chronicles is to make the world feel a bit more realistic and grounded. The game spans roughly five in-game years, allowing your character to grow from a teenager into a young adult. Legendary Pokémon exist, including Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, and many others, but they are not handed out easily. I wanted to avoid the idea of a young trainer casually owning many legendary Pokémon, so encounters with them are rare, meaningful, and tied to the world and its story. Even after finishing the main storyline, the game is designed to never truly be “over”. There’s always something to train for, explore, or discover. Pokémon Silver Chronicles is my love letter to the Pokémon franchise and fans open to the idea of growing alongside their Pokémon. I’m excited to finally start sharing it with the community, and I’d love to hear any feedback or thoughts you might have. Downloads Beta 3.3.6 The beta 3.3 currently includes 3 full regions - Johto, Kanto, and the Orange Islands - with Gyms and main story progression already in place. Most side-missions are still missing and will be added later, after I gather more feedback from the community, fix more bugs, and finish the Hoenn main storyline. New general update (01/03/26) - OH NO! Mistake happened! Accidentally zipped up an old data folder in the main folder. Remove that please, and use one of the other ones included! NEW DEMO AVAILABLE! You can play till rank 4 now! Miragea needs you! As a rookie member of the Trainer Union, it’s your mission to help people, protect Pokémon, and safeguard the natural world. Climb the ranks from 1 to 6, but be careful: not all your fellow Union members are on your side. While Union Leader John wrestles with a growing number of missing person cases, Poachers lurk in each area, exploiting Pokémon for profit whenever they can. FEATURES: Story-driven gameplay based on your Union Rank (no Gyms, but Rank Battles!). People previously compared it to Mystery Dungeon & praised the characters. Custom character portraits to bring emotional cutscenes to life Simplified Hidden Base with customizable furniture – and a few surprises to discover! Mega Evolution available later on Exploration-first design: optional routes, secrets, and side content Unlock new, free-roam areas as you climb the ranks: forests, beaches, haunted mansions, fairy woods, deserts, snowy mountains, and more Custom battle backgrounds for many locations Balanced difficulty: challenging but fair, without endless grinding No wild battle music - except for boss fights A few, optional Fakemon Most weak Pokémon are useful now! NOTES: This is my first major project! I'm still learning a lot and would love any bug reports, feedback about the characters, or general impressions! 🌟 How's the difficulty? Who did you like the most and who made the most problems? How's the level-curve? Thanks so much for checking it out! c: DOWNLOAD: View: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rDCLM9Ofph3ggNyakL8pgj_J8KKSoQnN/view?usp=sharing

One of The Gamer's / MSN's 25 "Best Fan-Made Pokemon Games"! Ten years ago, Ash Ketchum never left for his magical Pokémon journey. Instead, he hid in his mom's basement, played video games, guzzled energy drinks, and obsessed over his anime waifus. Misty, on the other hand, dominated the competitive landscape before retiring to the Water Gym to 'Tat stream to lonely men, one whom is Ash. One Friday, she announces she will marry whoever can defeat her by the end of the weekend! Armed with no potential, skills, or capabilities of any kind, Ash rushes out the door for the first time in a decade to win her hand. But will all those beautiful lonely girls along the way let Ash get to Misty? This game is a parody dating sim of the original Pokémon games/anime as reinterpreted through Pokébeach's 2008 interview with Masamitsu Hidaka, the director of the original anime. There, Hidaka stated that they did not have plans to bring Misty back to the anime at that time. This was admittedly because they changed out the girls and slapped them into bathing suits to keep boys interested with new eye candy. This game therefore is something of Misty's revenge for this. It is set a few years before the forgotten Myutsuu no Gyakushuu trailer, where Nintendo had Ash sire Misty's child and then abandon both of them for his Pokémon journey. The demo is written in Pokémon Essentials 20.1 and focuses on shenanigans with the various characters and environment. It lasts several hours and ends after beating the first gym. The demo is a third of the final game, which will hopefully be released in two or three years. While the game utilizes a lot of awkward flirty dialogue, there's nothing that would put this game beyond a T rating on ESRB and its age rating would be similar to a show like The Simpsons. Misty! Several hours of straight, unabated memes! Branching dialogues and secrets! Needlessly ornate GUI! Animated Visual Scenes! Exclamation Points! Date your favorite characters! What are hotfixes!? Catch tons of Pokémon? No, limitations! Compatible with Android via Joiplay! For install instructions on Android, see here (just replace the game depicted with Misty Orange).
