Intro
Pokemon Astra Adventures 2 is a fan game created by myself using Pokemon Essentials & RPG Maker XP.
Pokemon Astra Adventures 2 is a completely remade version of my original game.
Astra Adventures 2 offers a more refined story with better tiles, mapping, eventing, etc... drawing from all of my experience from my other fan games.

Astra Adventures is set to feature more than just the Kanto region this time around which again will be completed over a few instalments.

Story
Join Professor Oak's trainer program, traveling the region of Kanto, collecting Pokemon to complete the Pokedex and winning 8 Gym Badges to earn the chance to battle against the Kanto region's Elite Four.
On your journey you will meet new trainers, both friends and foe. You may even have to save the world? Who knows what will happen there?

Can you explain whats happening?
I was able to get the download now

It’s not currently in the game I wanted to do something as an ingame event to receive it.

Not sure what to do yet but if anyone has any ideas I’m open to suggestions
Ingame event sounds good and where can I find mega stones for any of the other starters like Blastoise and Venusaur

None of the starters stones are in the game as of yet.
I’m thinking I need to sort out an event for each of them.

Is it possible to remove every master balls in-game? Can only get in events just like some mega stones?

will we be getting more master balls since there will be jhoto and other regions coming up?

I’m not sure if I want to add any more in.
I’m considering changing how event legends are caught.

Magic could you reword that? I’m unsure what you’re asking.

Version v1.4.4 is now live

V1.4.4 updates
  • Galarian Slowpoke should now be obtainable more than once
  • Afted defeating Cole Moltres sprite is now shown rather than Zapdos
  • Voltorb line and Growlithe Line are now shown as Kantonian forms in the Pokedex
  • Pokemon League Mart fixes
  • Victory Road entrance now works as expected

I played through the game and found some things in 1.4.3 that weren't mentioned in 1.4.4 notes. Some may not actually be bugs. I list a few of them here.
  • Wandering Pokemon in the overworld drop items even if the player runs from them.
  • Opponents crash the game when using Double Team. This happened consistently when using a Nidoking against a certain Pikachu owned by Engineer Bernie in Lt. Surge's gym
  • The mining mini-game pick and hammer have no sound effects
  • There's an item on the border between Routes 24 and 25. Nothing happens if you try to pick it up while standing on Route 25
  • Bill lists Evolutionary stones in dialogue in the lighthouse. He says Leaf Stone twice
  • The lighthouse elevator takes players to a floor when they press the back button
  • Some NPCs in the house East of Silph Co can't be reached because of invisible walls. In the same house a Nidoqueen sounds like a Nidorina
  • Surge doesn't walk while leaving the Captain's room on the ship. Blaine has the same issue in his gym
  • I can stand on some of the slot machines on Cycling Road
There's more, but it's definitely too much to put in a single post.

Thanks for this,
I'll make a note and get these sorted when I can.
somethings aren't finished like gym leader overworld sprites. I still have to work on those from the basic essentials files.

I may have to remove Double Team from the game if it is causing issues. It would take far too much work now to update to the new version of Gen 8 project.
I can't seem to find these invisible walls, could you screenshot to show me where they are?

keep coming with the bugs I want to make this the best it can be :)

Removing Double Team may not be necessary. The game only crashed from Double Team when opponents used it. When I used the move myself nothing bad happened. Removing it from trainer move sets might be enough to set things right for now.

As for the invisible walls: I have screenshots of a few of them, along with some places where I can stand on things I normally can't. None of it blocks game progress as far as I can tell.

The problem is I have a lot of bug screenshots. Like, over 100, mostly grammar/spelling issues in text. That's way too much to post for viewing here. Is there some other way I can get them to you? A zip file maybe?

You could create a zip file and upload it to google drive or something and then send that link over?

Right. Not sure why I didn't just so that right away. Here it is. Some of the text stuff may just be differences from American English, so it's up to you.

Also one other thing. There's an issue with the music in the Cerulean Gym ~65 seconds in. It sounds like a single note is held down while the rest of the track plays normally. I haven't noticed this in other gyms.

Hello, I got the games back when it started out and was wondering how to get the latest update? Do I just redownload it? I’m asking because I don’t want to ruin my saved data.

Just download the latest file and play the game from that folder.
Rpg maker fan games are amazing because the save file is just carried over
