OH- sorry lol Yeah, maybe some of them do. Most of the pokemon still can go ahead with their current (Or cannon on another member of its evolution line) but some do need it if it has big design changes or an extra type or maybe just cause you want it

I think 2 could be a little too overpowered, I would go with 3. But if you want to go with something else, perhaps Libero? (Cinderace's hidden ability) It's pretty strong and I think it fits Smeargle

And Yaragi for the final one? Ya from Yagi in goat and Ragi from the Japanese translation of Holly which is Hiragi. Sure, I kinda followed the Charmender evolution line of having all too similar names for the last two but I think they fit!

And perhaps go along with it for the rest of the evolution line? Like Amaranth is Amaransu in Japanese so you could say Amayagi which is a mix with Japanese of goat which is Yagi since the plant on its head kinda makes it look like a goat
