    Perhaps making ice beam more restricted isn't a good idea since people could dislike it (It is used in a lot of smogon movesets or replacement for moves for more accuracy) but Blizzard makes sense.     I think 2 could be a little too overpowered, I would go with 3. But if you want to go with something else, perhaps Libero? (Cinderace's hidden ability) It's pretty strong and I think it fits Smeargle

    And Yaragi for the final one? Ya from Yagi in goat and Ragi from the Japanese translation of Holly which is Hiragi. Sure, I kinda followed the Charmender evolution line of having all too similar names for the last two but I think they fit!

    Wow...the plot twist was heartbreaking, man. An amazing game as always, I was waiting for a plot twist about the murderer since one of the reasons your games are so damn good is the story but THAT? Spectacular. I just finished the game so I'm lost for words lol
