Here at the Scientific Center for Anomalous Lifeform Defense (or SCALD, for short), we strive to presrve normalcy by containing and studying anomalous Pokémon.
In Pokémon Containment, you can play as one of these three aspiring SCALD researchers (Aoichi, Anji, & Miaya) who've just been hired and wish to make a name for themselves. See if they succeed!

Strong foes await you - Build your own team!
Pokémon Containment's battles are heavily inspired by "boss rush" games and Raid battles in the Pokémon franchise. Each anomalous Pokémon you face will be very, very tough, being level 100 with boosted HP stats, but your safety will come from strength in numbers -- for every mission, you're allowed to bring any 2 Pokémon from a large rental selection just for researchers like yourself! Not only that, but SCALD has a dedicated free supply of TMs and a Move Relearner on-duty at all times. Use this to your advantage! You can build unique strategies, challenge yourself by picking less viable Pokémon, or just play with some of your favorites! Essentially no two people will have the same team.

This game was made with Pokémon Essentials v18, with a lovely plugin called Pokémon Essentials GBC by Xaveriux.
Special thanks to Zygoat and Nue for assistance with dialogue.

So I've run into a game-breaking bug where after defeating the Blackout event boss, the dialogue meant for before fighting the boss plays, leaving me trapped in an endless loop. I, uh, don't know what to do.

Honestly, this was a fun game to play through. It was different enough from standard pokemon to make it interesting but similar enough to make it feel familiar.

Overall it was a fun experiance.

Hello! I've encountered a bug really early into the game. After the tutorial fight, at the start of the second day, the game crashes and spits out this error message, followed by the application closing;

Hi, thanks for fixing that bug! However, I'm on the first mission, and my Pokemon don't obey me? They keep hitting themselves and sleeping, making me blackout every time. I try going back to the mission and see if I can get a hit off, but every time they never listen. Am I doing something wrong? I found this game from a YouTube video and when they did the mission I was on, they didn't have this problem. Is it just me or something? If you or anyone else could clarify, it'd be much appreciated.

Yeah the crash after the tutorial battle got fixed. But now my pokemon just disobey me all the time.

Update: i fixed the disobedience (by disabling it) so i was finally able to beat the smeargle.
AAAand the game just crashes afterwards.

I'm sorry to make another bug report so soon, but I seem to be completely softlocked after
The Snorlax Anomaly?
When I went for the briefing, Dr. Morello jumps right into the post-briefing dialogue, but worst than that is that Clover gives me the usual flight dialogue, and the proper sound effect plays, but nothing happens, so I seem to be totally stuck in the facility?

Found a bug where if you black out during the snorlax event, you literally black out for eternity lol. Black screen stays.

Hi there. Kind of stuck on the Aromatisse one. A little too OP. Pretty much knocks out any of the two pokemon I have in one hit with either Sludge Wave or Overheat, and the second attach is why any Steel-types won't be much use. I think if I were to even have a chance at it, I'd need more than 2 pokemon party limit.

Hi, I found the problem with ability capsule and ability patch.

The confirmation text is too long and does not load correctly.
So, in the script editor search for "[[ Items ]]", then "PItem_ItemEffects", then search for lines 1176 and 1307 and shorten the text to something like "Would you like to change Ability?"

Then everything works correctly.
By the way, it's a great game. I enjoyed it a lot.

I'm sorry if I make any mistake. I do not speak English very well...
