Pokémon Rose Gold This game was made using Pokemon Essentials and RPG Maker XP Plot Playing from the perspective of Red, adventure around a new small area around Mt.Silver. Following the events of FireRed and LeafGreen several years later, Red stays up in the Tohjo region to train his beloved team. Use his long time companions to face tough foes and legendary creatures in this short journey through the Tohjo Region. Approximately 1.5 - 2 hours of gameplay. Screenshots Notes This game was made just over the span of a month for Relic Castles 2016 Game Jam. There are a few things I would have liked to improve, but alas, here we are, at the deadline. Other than the things I'd fix or add, I think it turned out to be a pretty solid project, and I hope you all enjoy it. -The game ends after you battle the last boss on the top of Mt.Silver. But, a few more events open up after that if you want to go find them (3 legendaries and 2 battles). -I'd suggest playing with battle animation off. I didn't make any for this game, so it's all mediocre stock animations, plus the battles are faster with them off. -I'd suggest playing with Shift style set to off for added challenge. -Most bugs have been fixed (other than graphic glitches in the battle system) but please report any you find! -Check your PC at the beginning of the game. Hey Folks! Today I bring you the project I've been doing these weeks: my remake of PokéMate (𰷝ケメ～ト) in Unity Engine. Context: A few years ago I made a version that tried to look somewhat similar since there was hardly any information from the original title. For those of you who don't know it by now, PokéMate was an application created by Square Enix in 2006 and is considered the first mobile game of the Pokémon franchise. It was a messaging app in which you could capture Pokémon as well as send messages to your contacts (paying a subscription, of course). Well, a few months ago a partially functional rom of this game was dumped. The sprites of Blaziken, Charmeleon, Squirtle, Totodile, Mudkip and Pikachu have been extracted and the available content can be emulated. However, most of the functionality is not present because obviously, the servers are closed and it was totally dependent on them to download sprites, audio... Features: For this reason I wanted to remake it in a much more faithful way than my other version although adding new touches like: Being able to capture and register all Pokémon from gen 1 to gen 9. Localization to Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and French. Azure servers to manage Friends, Chat and Saving in the cloud. Send and read emails from your email directly from the game as it was done in the original. Support for modern devices and cross-platform connection. Export Pokémon as QR to be able to send it to friends as an image. Import and export room data. To be able to take care of the Pokémon of the "Home" so that they are happy. The gameplay of capture, mails management and care can be used even if you close the azure servers, as well as offline. The Starters You can choose one of these three starters before starting your journey: the Chameleon Pokémon Hiteon, the Flame Moose Pokémon Blazebi or the Drop Fish Pokémon Childrop. Each one of them excels at one way of battling. Characters You can choose to play with a male avatar or a female avatar. The avatar that you don't choose will become one of the rivals you'll encounter throughout the game. Trevor is the other main rival in the game, a shy and humble young trainer, who starts his journey at the same time as you in order to become braver. Team Kaiser is the biggest threat in Metropia since Pokéman became the new Champion. It is formed by Pokévillains still loyal to Mr. Apocalypse's and want to turn the region into a villain paradise again. And many more! The Royals of the Calypso Region: Like gym leaders, you will need to defeat the Royals in battle to earn a scroll, the equivalent of a gym badge. Unlike gym leaders however, you will need to complete a quest for the Royal before being able to battle and obtain a scroll instead of doing a puzzle. You are to collect scrolls from royals, due to it being customary for calysian league trainers to provide service and assistance as appreciation for passage and hospitality. The scrolls are provided to you as proof of your service to each royal. Gym leaders do still exist in calypso as well so get ready for some tough battles and cunning puzzles! Pokémon Camry Remake This is a remake of The Camry Legend 1 and 2. Just as my Tentin Remake I did earlier this year, it comes with a slightly different story, less bugs, and other quality of life features! I modeled this remake off of the Tentin Remake as well, so some things will be the same mechanics-wise. New/Updated Features The remake uses Pokémon Essentials v21.1! Back to the Camry Region - It has been a while since we've seen the Camry region. It's waiting for your return once again! HM Items Instead of HMs - You don't need to worry about HMs anymore. They have been replaced by Key Items. Generation 9 Mechanics and Pokémon - As expected, right? Camry has a brand new selection of Pokémon to choose. If you can't find a Pokémon you want, try talking to the Move Master and his new Specific Trade system! Quality of Life Features - Exp. All (and the ability to turn it on and off), the Storage System in the menu, and options to speed up battles and text are here as well. Lots of TMs - Just as in my previous games, 229 TMs are here for you to use. The Move Master - What would we do without him? He was first introduced in Camry 2, but now he's in Camry 1. Need to remember or forget moves? What about figuring out a Pokémon's Hidden Power? Maybe you want to find Eggs at the Nursery, or even trade Pokémon away? The Move Master has you covered for all that. Overworld Encounters - You can find overworld encounters by using Lures (purchased at any Poké Mart). They cause Pokémon to appear right in front of you. Not only that, but using Lures increases the levels of wild Pokémon and increases Shiny rates. How nice! And Trade Evolutions? - The Linking Cord is back, no worries. You don't have to trade certain Pokémon to evolve them. Be a Chef and Cook Curry! - Remember the curry cooking in Camry 2? Probably not, but now cooking curry gives benefits such as increasing your Pokémon's happiness and grants Exp. depending on how good you did. The Camry and Dulyn Regions The Camry and Dulyn regions in The Camry Legend 2. Dulyn has been changed a bit. It looks different so it can fit on the Town Map. The Story The Camry Legend 1 is the third game in the timeline, while The Camry Legend 2 is the fifth. It's been 2 years since the end of a war with Hoenn. The Parthenia region has nearly finished reconstruction, and the region is slowly returning back to its normal routine. The region of Parthenia is returning to its more industrial ways, being the major exporter of construction materials and Potions to the other regions of the world. However, it seems no one really knows how the war ended. Some believe Parthenia was beaten but Hoenn left the Parthenians with their dignity to allow for more peaceful reconstruction. But the government has made no confirmation of anything. However, you are just a student at the Pokémon Institute. And your path to graduation is to take on the Gym challenge in Parthenia. This Gym challenge is unlike many others, in that it chooses to adopt different strategies instead of adopting type themes. Along the way, you'll encounter the different military branches, as well as the military science groups that have developed Pokémon that were modified for war. And since you happen to start your adventure right as the Professor runs out of starters, you get to choose one of the Wartime Pokémon as your starter! Get ready to explore Parthenia and see what all kinds of Pokémon were modified for war, learn the story behind the Parthenia-Hoenn war, and find out what the secret Militia group is scheming as you travel to defeat the Gym challenge.
