A place further away from Azure Bay at the Kalos region, it contains several islands that are combined to become the Sylph Islands, which houses mostly Fairy-type Pokemon and Pokemon from the Fairy Egg Group.
Yancy just received a mysterious invitation to Sylph Islands after a couple unfortunate events of her life, and that might just help her wind down and take a vacation to uplift her spirits. But she might get more than she bargained for, as she embarks on an adventure after she encountered a friend nicknamed Sally and help fulfill her quest to restore the power of the elements.
Ocassionally, you'll cross paths with an organization called Team Archfairies, with the only leader, Ivoch. They, too, seek to acquire the same elements that Yancy and Sally are holding. Whether purpose they have to steal those elements remain to be seen at the moment.
During this quest, Yancy and Sally will encounter each Eeveelution, which will challenge them as their "trial battles". They serve to guard the temple but will let them pass if Yancy manages to clear those battles. Those will be hard, so she'll need all the power she can get!
Sylph Islands currently has 9 badges with a level cap of 55 and the main story is finished.
Features:
-Pixie City is a "sandbox mode" in which the player will have access to almost everything such as powerful items, move tutors, relearner, name rater, nature changer, and EV training rooms. However, the prize money received from trainers will be extremely low.
-The Sylph Islands Pokedex - with a dex cut that makes Sword & Shield Pokedex seem larger in comparison - contains over 120 Pokemon!
-Thanks to DemIce, persistent weather and inspecting element are enabled:
-----Inspecting Element is for viewing the stats and other aspects of a battle from both your and/or your opponent's Pokémon before you select a move. Pressing the S button will get you to view from one of the selected targets.
-----Persistent Weather makes it so that the weather will return to what it once was (the initial weather took over again). So, if the weather was rainy in the first place, and you change it to hail, sand, or sun, it'll last for a specific duration, and after that will revert back to rain weather.
-Field effects from the archaic Rejuvenation V10.2 (with a bit of modifications due to Gen VIII/IX stuff) and one new field called Speed World that is based on an emphasis on speed!
