Pokémon Burning Scales is a fan game that focuses on the exploration of a small open world and its story.
You'll encounter dozens of characters who will provide interesting interactions, impactful battles,
funny moments, and, most importantly, numerous side quests.
Made with Pokémon Essentials v19.1 and RPG Maker XP.
Story
The game's story unfolds at a significantly different pace from the series' standard.
Instead of traveling throughout Unova, you'll explore a small map filled with interactions and side quests.
You can thoroughly explore each part, interact with all the characters, or dive straight into the main quest.
You play as Nathan, an experienced trainer who is assisting professors Oak and Juniper
in their investigation of an unknown form of Pokémon. The research takes a dangerous turn
when a mysterious and powerful Pokémon begins to wreak havoc across the southern part of Unova.
It's up to you to uncover the source of the chaos and unravel the mystery behind these strange Pokémon forms.
