There might still be some right sideways stairs that softlock you. I'm not sure where though.
Hisuian Pokémon and Golbat sprites don't appear.
Machoke can learn Strength via level up allowing earlier than intended exploration of Mt. Coronet and a softlock if you speak with Dawn after moving a boulder.

See if this helps:
Step 1: Bike past through the muddy falls
Step 2: Go to cycling road and exit
Step 3: Just keep going back and forth between cycling road and the guard post multiple times until you get bugged and clip through everything
Step 4: Go to Eterna City Poke Center. Voila you are now stuck.

Edit: I can't evolve Petilil from the fossil to Lilligant. Do I need to do anything extra that's not using Sun Stone?
