Released Pokemon Burning Lotus

Pokémon Burning Lotus is a short comedic Pokémon fan game that takes place in the brand new Lotus region. Lotus is a small region not too far away from the Hoenn region, the region is filled with Pokémon from every previous generation including new species as well. You take control as either a male or female protagonist and there's 8 Gym Leaders who are all returning leaders from previous games. In this region lurks an insane evil team known as TEAM BLITZ it's a terrorist organization entirely ran by Pokemon, not that much is known about them aside from their hatred towards humans they're a strange bunch and IT'S UP TO YOU to but a stop to them.

The fire starter is pure fire
(I plan on making it fire fairy)
The water starter is water rock
The grass starter is grass dragon

As for pikachu you can find it in route 1

It's still pure electric and has way better stats than normal raichu. After you beat iono you get a mega ring and there's a store in that city that sells every single mega stone which obviously includes raichu's.
