Rowlet is the Mystery Gift. At least, she will be there 1 year.
To get the Mystery Gift, you will need to go to load screen and receive from there.

For some reasons, I don't use Google Drive anymore. If Google Drive is your only site you can use, then here is the link :blush:

So I'm doing a lets play of this game. I got the normal badge but the forest still has cones set up around it.
Also I caught a level 3 riolu expecting it to get counter at level 6 it's level 10 now with feint so I'm wondering when it gets it's moves as I'm a bit confused by it.

The 1.0.2 will end after you got the gym badge. The forest will open in next version which will be on Dec 16 if you get the gym badge.
And also, you are so lucky to encounter Riolu. Riolu only has 3% of chance to encounter.
