What's new?

- Well, the big thing is that there's a postgame now. There's uh...not a lot I could do with it, admittedly, since the game's world is kind of destroyed by the end of the main game. I did my best to create new content without having to make a ton of new areas.
- There's a properly organised Pokédex now. Speaking of, there's like, 8 new Pokémon lines. They're all really cool, Mak did great on their designs. There's also a couple of new evolutions of existing mons.
- The dex is now a grand total of 124 Pokémon. You can see more info about them by copying the link to the spreadsheet in the "_Credits" file of the main folder.
- A lot of sprites have been redone, such as Pistoff, Pillost, Eggception, Spectreon and many more have either received touch ups or full resprites.
- The same applies to backsprites, a lot of work went into them to make them all consistent.

Can I use my old save?
- Due to all the changes made, not only by the engine but by my optimisations, old save files would probably break somewhere, so it isn't recommended.
- It's also a 5 year old game, so playing through and refreshing your memory could be cool...

Is the game harder?
- I've tried my best to rebalance the game to make the experience as smooth as possible, and will continue trying to do so unless the general opinion tells me otherwise.
- I've rebalanced a lot of Edgemon stats and movesets, so the experience may not be exactly what it was 5 years ago.
- Early game has and probably been the hardest to balance. There's not really enough time to give players specific counters early on, but you can probably brute force it a lot with Mankey and Gorelett? If you didn't start with Riolu anyway.
- I haven't tested specific team comps so it's all a little subjective, but I look forward to hearing feedback!

Is there any new features?
- Well, there's no haunted mansion DLC, but there is a battle tower-esque building in its place I've dubbed the Belltower. Test your wits against tough opponents for a chance to win fabulous prizes! (Postgame only)
- A couple of new moves exist, like a Fury Swipes clone that's flying type, or a signature move that fires a button. I hope you'll try out all sorts of team members in the Belltower to see what's new!
- Speaking of trying out team members, there's a gauntlet at the end of the game, for those daring enough to try. Once postgame is complete, take a trip to the Blood Lake...

Where is (x)?
- Move Relearner is in Blackheart City Game Corner (regardless of time period).
- Silvally discs are also sold in the Game Corner.
- Stone vendors are in Eerie City in postgame.
- Once postgame is complete, you can get Rare Candies infinitely at the Belltower.

So I got some footage. Not from the ice beam from the above posts Pokemon, however it's from Ice Punch from Slowbro. It inflicted burn to the Pygasus and did the burn animation, meaning it's not a visual bug. (Footage is fast because I was playing sped up). Pygasus has no items equipped that causes burn. (They have leftovers).

Edit: Another recording of Ice moves causing burn, this time from Electabuzz using Ice Punch.

Edit 2: Ice Beam from Tentacruel causing burn on Makupika. (Makupika has Wide lens equipped).

I've updated the game to Revengeance.6. This is a full game file, not a standard patch like the others.
Here's what's changed:
(I haven't had time or motivation to look into the ice burn problem noted above yet)
- Fixed officers crashing if you have a certain Pokémon.
- Fixed Cursed Egg's description.
- Fixed a typo in Sqwovet's dex entry.
- Made the Poké Ball item colour consistent with other depictions.
- Fixed a collision error.

Where do I start for this review... Hum... Oh I know.

The game's in full is intriguing to play but it is not suitable for some people. I won't talk about the music and some other assets but I do believe the game is a 6/10

Spoiler: Game Parkour

While playing the game, I've watched the Introduction and got jumpscared at the end of it. I did found as well a Magizard killing our mom... yeah... the game is about Revenge and all. Theres not much to say about the game but I got my first starter, Riolu. Then I faught with our Rival. Little that I know... the KILL option is on the first slot. Accidently killed the rival.

The bro of the story is actualy a little sceptical of the situation, as if he tried to hide his emotions as us... main character, is obsessed on killing everything, especially the GIANT Pokémons.

Went further and I've met in a Pokémon Gym, sorta thing Hollow City I think it was. The first Gym Leader... I've realised that you can ACTUALY lose and your opponent will die.

Some battles can't be decided if you kill or spare which is a shame to be honest. But further, I went to the next gym. Along the way I found some sus Cultists but didn't paid too much attention because some of the text were a little too dark for myself that I abstained my reading. Lore Town did not made me happy at all as well.. A little too dark on the suicide thing whatever you call it. Went to the forest.

Team Blade were there. A weird organisation based on kills? I guess that's fair since the world is made of kills. Anyways wiped some of them and exit the forest. Got the second badge in Blackheart city. And then the last badge in ColdSteel City. I want to point out that the Third Gym Leader is just an absolute psychopath which just made me and him explode.

You remember Bro? Well now he's Hate. He lost everyone he cared like the ''old'' main character. Will pursuit his bro's revenge. I think at that point it's considerated postgame. But yeah I did not understand most of the game sadly. I did finished the sequel with Hate which defeats Red because Hate is now the new main character like he says but... hum... Why this young damn youngster hedgy boy just interferes...

Anyways, after that parkour, I'll point out 2-3 things I think it is necessary :

This game should have an age rating.

What I loved about the game thought :

• The maps were well built, there was some living among the death.
• The cutscenes were detailed and well exploited.
• Bro's conversion onto revenge is just... Sick!

Now onto what I hate about the game :

• Reality of a game does shock onto a serious atmosphere but the language and the scenes are sometimes brutal. (Not suitable for childrens.)
• I had to kill the first Gym Leader which I clearly appreciate actualy. He's like the good in a bad guy sorta thing.
• The Game might not be suited for me.
• The story's motive is too... unidirectional. A quest of revenge leading to a quest of revenge leading to a quest of revenge.

I think this is only what I have to say for the game. I've skipped many things in my Game Parkour because... I just don't know what to explain. Between Blood, Death and more curses. This game is suitable for adults but this is not the type of game I would recommend at first.
But, this game for the full playthought, I've encountered absolute 0 bug. I do am impressed.
