Plot
POKEMANVSAPOCALYPSE.png

Five years have passed since the Metropia region was liberated from the tyranny of the villainous Mr. Apocalypse by the current Pokémon League Champion, the heroic Pokéman! People have adapted to this new era led by the Pokéheroes, Pokémon Trainers who focus their efforts to protect the citizens from evil doers with their Pokémon.

However, absolute peace is still far away, as many trainers known as Pokévillains remain at large, waiting for the right moment to take over the region again, highlighting among them the Team Kaiser, formed by the followers of Mr. Apocalypse who remained in the region after he went into exile.

Play as a young aspiring trainer to become the next Metropia Champion and, consequently, the new #1 Pokéhero, facing all kinds of dangers along the way on a journey to save the region from its doom!

Features
Gen 3 graphics.
Superhero-themed story, with an extensive post-game after finishing the Pokémon League that serves as a second half for the overall plot.
POKEHEROES.png
POKEVILLAINS.png

More than 20 different major villains to encounter.
New Battle Frontier with a different mechanic from the main games.
New Poké Ball types.
A fight club which allows Pokémon vs Martial Artist battles.
The 48 Mega Evolutions, with a few original ones.
The Pokémon that evolve by trading evolve now by special item.
Voltorb Flip mini game.

The Region
mapRegion0.png

The Metropia region was ruled by a villain who managed to win the Pokémon League Championship back in the day and had been enforcing his will on the citizens with his powerful Pokémon. It wasn't until Pokéman defeated him five years ago that he was forced to leave the region in order to avoid getting imprisoned.

The Starters
STARTERS.png

You can choose one of these three starters before starting your journey: the Chameleon Pokémon Hiteon, the Flame Moose Pokémon Blazebi or the Drop Fish Pokémon Childrop. Each one of them excels at one way of battling.

Characters
PLAYERCHARACTER.png

You can choose to play with a male avatar or a female avatar. The avatar that you don't choose will become one of the rivals you'll encounter throughout the game.
TREVOR.png

Trevor is the other main rival in the game, a shy and humble young trainer, who starts his journey at the same time as you in order to become braver.
TEAMKAISER.png

Team Kaiser is the biggest threat in Metropia since Pokéman became the new Champion. It is formed by Pokévillains still loyal to Mr. Apocalypse's and want to turn the region into a villain paradise again.

And many more!

Hey! I am having a blast playing this game. I've just got out of victory road and I am wondering if there is a pokemon location list? I would like an ice or fairy type for my team but haven't encountered one yet. My team is Magmoose, Cacturne, Gastrodon and Medicham. I am thinking of adding an Altaria that I encountered on victory road and that ice or fairy type. Thanks in advance!

So glad you're having fun! Let's see... The postgame after beating the Elite Four grants you access to the snow area of Metropia, which is full of Ice-type Pokémon but before that... I think you can fish Cloyster with the Super Rod in Mt. Ferrus. And as for fairies, the only one I remember now is Floette, which can be found at Septi Village (but they appear at a level far lower than what you're now). Also, you can find Kirlia in the Safari Zone.

The Safari Zone is in the route between San City and Penta City. You couldn't go there before because there were two trainers battling and blocking the path.

Eevee should evolve by leveling up inside the Penta City gym. There's a woman there that tells you that (unless her dialogue hasn't been translated which is also possible). Tthe Trevenant in the dark forest are part of a sidequest of the postgame. Once you defeat the Elite 4, you'll be able to pass.

The barrier should be already open if you beat everyone in the cafeteria. You must go back to the long vertical corridor and then turn right to the second corridor starting from the bottom (the one with the door to the first control room). There was a red laser barrier but now there shouldn't. There are Trainerbots patrolling that area after that so you should know when you find it.

Abra appears in the Blind Grotto with low chance.

After the cutscene that shows up when you enter the city, you must find the villain. Try looking in the alley next to the purple building.

What to do after
the alien invasion
?
Go visit the Pokétraz prison. You can access it by the exit in the left side of San City. Once in the prison, find the visit room and talk to Ferdinand. After that, go back to the exit and tell the guard you want to leave the prison. That will activate the cutscene that starts the final phase of the postgame.
