Reminds me of a baobab tree, sort of. It also looks sort of grumpy. Grass/Dark, maybe?

If it's a coconut, I would think it's something like a grass and water type, just because it looks really tropical. But if it's grumpy, I guess you could give it a dark or ghost typing.
