Just finished playing the demo! Overall I really enjoyed it. Loved the interactions between Zak and Ghost. Pretty idiosyncratic. I can't wait for the next part, no matter how long it takes!


Some Pros/Cons/Suggestions/Bugs, all spoilered for your benefit

Pros: I love Zoroark, so seeing a game about him was pretty fun. I actually thought Zoroak would be a party pokemon. I like the design of his human form. As a side note, my party pokemon by the time I beat the gym leader were Misdreavus, Infernape, Altaria, Ribombee, Petilil, and Pineco. Infernape almost swept the whole battle which was pretty impressive. Also, I love, love the music! I haven't heard Pokemon Mystery Dungeon music in a while and hearing it in a certain route gave me so much nostalgia. (I forgot the name of that route so forgive me lol, but it was where the cave where Zoroark was staying before the game officially starts).

Cons: The mapping was a bit intense because I had to backtrack a lot to get items I missed going one way when the other way led to that item. The items found were a bit questionable (like an Absorb Bulb?), but that's just me being nitpicky.

Suggestions: Have the option to release pokemon from your party or be able to switch out a party pokemon with the newly captured pokemon, since Zoroark can't use the PC anyways. I made the mistake of catching Pineco and then Ribombee (both bug types) and I can't release Pineco even if I wanted to.

Bugs: had that item cloning glitch with Focus Sash. At least it wasn't game-breaking. Funnily enough, that was the only bug I encountered and my game didn't crash once, which is a huge V for victory in my book.


Overall, I really like how it's going so far! Great job, devs!

Thank you for making the game, I'm playing it now and it was pretty hard, but maybe that's mostly because I don't play pokemon games a lot. The game gives me pokemon mystery dungeon feelings which I love it very much. I just really like to see the interactions, conversations between pokemon. I just finished the first arc and it made me love your game even more. The battles, the interaction between Zoroark and other pokemon, his friendship with Misdreavus, the pokemon mystery dungeon music,...I love them all. So yes, I definitely want you to continue with this awesome game, devs!

I’m really sad that this will probably never be continued, I absolutely loved the parts that I played:( I really really really really really really hope It will be a full game though
