Just finished this game, other than a few minor bugs I really liked it and my only critique would be the need for running shoes. (I don't know if anyone else brought it up already.)

Just downloaded and I've got the weirdest bug: the game screen is completely green-striped. Is there any plug-in I should have to play it? Playing on regular windows, no dedicated graphic Chipset whatsoever.

This is mainly an issue on PCs with weaker GPUs, what you wanna do to fix this is:

1) Open the Start Menu and search for Settings. Open Settings
2) Now click on "System". In the left pane, select "Display", then scroll to the bottom in the right pane. Click on "Graphics Settings"
3) Under the "Choose an app to set preference" drop-down menu, select "Desktop App". Once selected, browse for the Game.exe of your game.
4) You will now be able to see the application in the Graphics Settings. Click on "Options"
5) You will now see the "Graphics Preference" window, from where you can set which GPU to be used for the Game.exe. First try selecting "Power Saving" , then select "Save", then run the game. If the issue persists then select "High Performance", then select "Save", then run the game again.

Do you know if it's a problem with 19.1 or something about your scripts?

no, it's neither, no one else has had this problem so far, your system might just have problems playing it

There's a bug where when you catch one pokemon, you instead catch three of the same pokemon. Not the same exact pokemon tho, as they have diff abilities and natures but I caught a breloom in the grimwood and a carkoal on the second route, I now have three of each in my box

this is a bug that happens with a specific sequence of events. does it cause a crash?

This game looks so amazing! I tried to play it on joiplay and it sadly doesn't work, all it says is "RPG maker Plugin for joiplay script 'discord game log' line 7: nameerror occured unitianilized constant DiscordAPPI::MiniFFI "

this game doesn't really work on joiplay, as joiplay is third party in the process

Downloaded ver 004 - the game crashes with ArgumentException anytime I try to sell items.
Plus, it's weird to see quests without any way to open them again in the menu.
But so far, looks beatiful and runs smoothely.

This was a really fun little demo! I guess I should pre-face it with saying that I played the jam version so it would be eligible for the community vote, so I didn't play the most clean/updated version of the game.

The catching mechanics and the setting was all really cool, it made this game feel really unique as a fangame. Sometimes after playing so many fangames I get tired of the more classic pokemon game fangames even if they have new forms and whatnot, but your game really engaged me!

Something that helped with the feeling of the setting was undoubtably the graphics, the tileset, great. The characters, great. The menu icons, great. It was a short game but all the graphics so far went quite well with the game, I'd say the only exception being the title screen, but otherwise just a nicely styled game.

I guess the saddest thing about the game would probably be the length, the final town really showed that you guys must've struggled for time which is a shame. All the flavour text before that was amazing, there were some real funny ones, looking at mr. sleepy guard! But yeah it is a shame that the time crunch got you, but I guess that means all the more reason for me to look forward to what comes next! I know how easy it is to let projects slip post jam, but this shows some real promise, and I really hope your team pulls through with continuing to work on the game. I'd love to see it finished!
