Home to vibrant trees, clear skies, luscious waters, and interesting people, there's much to explore throughout your journey!

Choose Your Starter!
8PUzWpZ.png

Will you choose Treecko, the Wood Gecko Pokémon? Or will it be Fennekin, the Fox Pokémon? Or maybe Oshawott, the Sea Otter Pokémon?
The choice is yours to make! Build a strong team of reliable Pokémon and the Aisho Region will be yours to explore and conquer!

The Clans of the Aisho Region
Qcskb0T.png

In the Aisho Region, various Kenshi Clans work to protect their villages. Each clan represents a different typing!
They won't hesitate to use their katanas in a battle to change the weather or inflict status conditions on your Pokémon, so prepare for some difficult fights!

The Katanas of Bushido
zwpsDPN.png

The Katanas of Bushido: Virizion, Terrakion, and Cobalion.
These three are hailed as the protectors of the Aisho Region, due to their innate representation of the codes of honor.
Throughout your journey, you will be able to encounter these three legends, learn more about their story, and see what they have to offer!

The Akui Clan
XnADmMI.png

Due to their heinous crimes in the past, the Akui Clan have been isolated to their own island.
The Akui Clan are notorious for their trickery and experimentation with Shadow Pokemon.

The Story
Tsf759c.png

The story of Pokémon Bushido revolves around you, the child of the Royal Samurai.
After training under Sensei Sukiro for years, the time has come for you to get a Pokemon and become an official Kenshi.
However, upon attending the Kenshi Initiation Tournament, you experience an unexpected turn of events, causing your journey to take you throughout the major villages of the Aisho Region! You will challenge all the various clans and earn merit for yourself while stopping the Akui Clan in their tracks. As you travel the region, you will meet new friends, and enemies, who will shape your adventure.

Required Graphics Used:
Graphic 1: Jams
The 'jam' graphic was used to replace Potions in the game.
Instead of Potions, players use Healing Jams to heal their Pokemon.
Graphic 2: Letter
The 'letter' graphic was used at the beginning of the game when Sensei Sukiro gives you a letter to take to the Shogun.
Graphic 3: Leaves
The 'leaves' graphic was used in Tsuchi Village, Hanatsu Village, and Izumi Village.
In order to gain access to a dojo, players must first find the 5 leaves of each city.

Hi I caught a Riolu on Sakura Pass and have had a soothe bell on it for the entire main game. Now I'm at Yami Island and it's level 60 and it still won't evolve. Any reason as to why?

I caught a Riolu on Sakura Pass and have had a Soothe Bell on it nearly the entire playthrough. I'm at Yami Island and it still won't evolve even though it's at Level 60. I know it needs Max friendship, but what gives? Why is it still a Riolu?
lol give it a groom at the tsuchi city and make it hold a soothe bell and try grinding levels at day my one evolved at lv 31 and i 6-oed mashiro single handedly with lucario XD

is galarica cuff obtainable in the game? i want to have a slowbro :(

Unsure if this is a good place to post this or not, but there was a bug where I somehow opened two windows of the game and did not realize what was going on. I was in the middle of catching a shadow pokemon and managed to catch it in the window I was playing on but knocked it out on the other that was going in the background. By the time I finished the battle, the games were desynched to the point where the audio was off so I saved and closed the window I was playing on only to see the second game I had somehow booted up. I had saved on that one as well, and now I don't have the shadow pokemon anymore, and unless I am able to get that shadow pokemon again later down the road, I just missed out on that encounter.

what u did there was (what i think) when u save the first game where u catched the pokemon and then u save the one where u didnt catched it overiding the first one. making u lost the pokemon cause technically, u nerver catched it in the first place. So its not a bug (sorry ifthis is confussing, im not good w eng)

I understand how I had overwritten my progress by saving on both screens at the same time caused me to miss the catch chance as on one file I somehow beat the encounter without even seeing the screen or knowing what was going on and that was the save that carried over, what I'm saying might be a bug is the fact I was able to open up multiple screens in the first place.
After some quick testing, I was able to confirm that you can open up multiple screens by clicking the application while it's running. In my case, I somehow managed to open up a second window of the game so that I was able to control both screens at the same time. I have been unable to repeat this, as if I am even slightly off, the one in the background will just sit at the start screen and not register any inputs.
Regardless, the ability to open up a new application while the application is already open seems like a possible issue. I am not a programmer, so I do not know how difficult it would be to put in a few lines of code that checks to see if the application is running before actually opening. It is also possible that this is only a minor issue, a once in a blue moon scenario that might never affect another player again so there is no reason to try and patch it out if there is a risk of breaking the whole game.

Hi Comrades!

my game always crashes whenever I enter an area (Building, forest, cave...). I use MKXP version on linux by using wine. GameRGSS is also unplayable because of lags. Can you please help me?

Greetings

made an account on this website just to comment on how i appreciate the game; i love the idea, the execution, the soundtrack, and it's absolutely gorgeous to look at. really fantastic spritework that makes me a just little envious since i've always liked to make and edit sprites too!

in particular, i'm really enamored with the character kuro. i actually watched ray narvaez jr play through the game and decided to jump through a ton of hoops to make the game playable on my old subpar laptop just to meet kuro myself (it.... well, it runs! or, it walks.). was wondering if there's any postgame content involving him or the other hounds at all?

would also be very interested to see full arts for the characters if any exist, but i understand if only sprites were made for them.

one more question, i see that fake (shikamaru's theme) is in the tracklist, but i don't think i heard it anywhere in the game. is that a postgame boss fight i haven't gotten to, or some other hidden encounter? i just really like that song and would be interested to see how it was applied in the game.

Hello! Just finished the entire play through of this game and I just have to say it was one of the best Pokémon games I’ve ever played. Excellent story, some difficult battles but none that couldn’t be done without some strategy (thank god for not having to grind!), following Pokémon is one of my favourite features and I I’d the array of Pokémon available as I got to use some I never really used before!

Only one thing I would want added is super/max repels being added into shops (I could only see normal repels so idk if I missed something) - but apart from that the game was FANTASTIC so thank you so much! Looking forward to any future games you may work on😄

I'm 99.9% sure MEGA version is just downloaded on MEGA. MEGA is one of the alternatives to Mediafire and Dropbox and those types of websites

HI, I've just beaten the Grass gym and it's moved on to the next chapter and with it I seem to have developed a weird bug. The first move in all of my team is now only doing one or two points of damage, while all three other moves work normally.

I discovered this first when I used my newly acquired giga drain on Grovyle and it was useless but Pikapek's aerial ace was equally ineffective when I switched out and so on through the team so it's not just one move or type of move or one pokemon, it's every first move. Strange right!

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

1) Open the Start Menu and search for Settings. Open Settings
2) Now click on "System". In the left pane, select "Display", then scroll to the bottom in the right pane. Click on "Graphics Settings"
3) Under the "Choose an app to set preference" drop-down menu, select "Desktop App". Once selected, browse for the Game.exe in the Bushido folder.

4) You will now be able to see the application in the Graphics Settings. Click on "Options"
5) You will now see the "Graphics Preference" window, from where you can set which GPU to be used for the Game.exe. First try selecting "Power Saving" , then select "Save", then run the game. If the issue persists then select "High Performance", then select "Save", then run the game again.

6) If the game still causes issues after following the above steps then follow the instructions in the BUSHIDO_README to run the Backup RGSS version.
Please i have no clue what the start menu is help meeee
