Looking for specific recommendations

Hello! Forgive me if this is in the wrong section. I'd like some recommendations on fangames that have all or most of these features:

Xp all (toggleable ideal)
Typical Pokémon game format (8 gyms, e4, etc)
Ability to run
Decent number of hours of gameplay
Fakemon are OK but only if they're done well
No difficulty hacks
None or toggleable level caps
Completed
Nothing too edgy, a little bit of edge is fine but nothing too dark
New region + protagonists

I am more into pokemon games that step out of the classic formula, but I know a few ^^ I'll only write down completed ones:

Pokemon Shattered Lights
-Great pokemon selection, and fun story

Pokemon Outbounds
-I am not a big fan of fake-mons normally, but the designs here are just fantastic and there is a unique story here

Pokemon Uranium
-Pretty popular, and I enjoyed it a lot

Pokemon Insurgence
-Again, a very popular game but the selection between a more dark vs light story and the option to play with or without fakemons is great

Pokemon Keishou
-Didn't play it myself, but I have it bookmarked for later as it looks very promising

Pokemon Gaia
-I don't play hacks, so this is another game I haven't played myself but it also looks very promising

Pokemon Nimbus
-I played this game a looong time ago, so I don't remember it that well, but it also hits most of your requirements

Pokemon Aether and Chaos
-Another game I have in my bookmarks but haven't played yet, I have been told the music is amazing



Also, if you decide to play other formats, games made by Ekat don't follow the classic formula and they really have so masterpieces I would definitly recommend
