Muddy submitted a new resource:

Random Trainer Shinies - Gives Trainers' Pokémon a chance to randomly be Shiny.

A simple plugin that adds a setting that can give each Pokémon of an NPC Trainer a chance to be Shiny.

Comes with settings to change the number of the switch that disables the functionality entirely and to change the odds of a Trainer's Pokémon being Shiny.

Only tested on Essentials v21.1.
