Improved Healing - Ball Specific Icons and Pokecenter update - Ball Icons and Pokecenter monitor update

This plugin alters the pokecenter healing system, it now shows what ball the pokemon is in rather than the generic pokeball, it also displays the pokemon icon on the monitor when being placed and a little animation whilst being healed.

Included is the plugin script, the pokeball icons that go in Graphics/Pictures/Balls, an updated pokecenter tilesheet and an example map (map id 022)
