"A co-op solarpunk puzzle platformer about restoring worlds together."

Hi everyone! I’m TheLuxDiablo, one of the developers behind Bloom Division. While many projects here are fantastic fangames, Bloom Division is an original indie title with big ambitions. We're building it from the ground up as a commercial-quality release, with a solarpunk world, asymmetrical co-op mechanics, and a lot of heart.

This is a serious project with strong momentum and a committed team. If you’re looking for something unique to put on your portfolio, or just want to be part of something that aims to stand out in the indie space, this is absolutely a project worth jumping into.

Bloom Division is a cooperative puzzle platformer rooted in solarpunk aesthetics and philosophy. Players control Wattson, a solar-powered Builder Robot, and Sprig, a plant-like Grower, as they work together to restore a dying world.

Gameplay emphasizes asymmetrical cooperation: Wattson constructs and repairs energy systems, while Sprig cultivates plant life to heal the environment. Inspired by titles like Overcooked and Pico Park, Bloom Division thrives on tense, rewarding teamwork. As players progress, both characters gain more nuanced abilities that reinforce their interdependence.

At its heart, Bloom Division is about more than mechanics. It aims to model an alternate future rebuilt through collective action. In a time of climate anxiety, we want to create a game that feels hopeful, beautiful, and worth caring about.

The game takes place on Terranox, a once-thriving planet now fractured by ecological collapse. Players journey through five devastated biomes, ranging from drowned coastlines to fossil-choked cities, and slowly transform them back into living ecosystems.

Each region is inspired by real environmental crises:
• Withered Forest: Deforestation
• Drowned Coast: Ocean pollution and rising seas
• Scorched Wastes: Desertification and extreme heat
• Smogspire: Industrial decay and air pollution
• Frozen Fringe: Melting permafrost

The tone is hopeful but urgent: a reminder that even in the face of collapse, regeneration is possible.

• Asymmetrical co-op gameplay blending engineering and organic growth
• Evolving abilities that transform how you engage with each biome
• Dynamic environments that visually shift from decay to renewal
• Nonviolent mechanics centered on ecological restoration
• A solarpunk aesthetic and an optimistic narrative

We’re not just making a demo. We’re building something we plan to finish and share with the world. Bloom Division is an original IP, not a fangame, and we’re committed to seeing it through to release.

We welcome contributors who are excited to create an independent, professional-quality game. If you’re passionate about projects that feel a little different (and a little brighter), we’d love to hear from you.

This is currently an unpaid passion project worked on in our spare time, with revenue share planned if/when the game is commercially released.
