TheTinfoilTemplar submitted a new resource:

Gen 3 Move Animation Pack - A resource for Pokémon Essentials that re-creates the classic move animations from the Gen 3 games.

The purpose of this pack is to faithfully re-create the classic move animations from the Gen 3 era of Pokémon games: FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, and to make them available for use with Pokémon Essentials. Future versions will also re-interpret moves from later generations into a Gen 3 style. My estimation is that the final version of the pack will contain around 75-90% of all Pokémon moves from Gen 1 to Gen 9.
