Idea Trying to rebuild Unova, need help

I'm wanting to make a Pokemon Fan Game set in the Unova Region, and to do so, I'm trying to make a Top Down version of Unova, and I'm currently struggling with a few things, including Tilesets that lack important tiles for maps, have the things in the tiles centered wrong, or even have a different building's tiles clipping into the tiles for another building. If anyone has good tilesets for Unova, or even in a rare circumstance has a built map for Unova, that would be very helpful. I also need to find out the dimensions for each route and town so that I know what to sent the area for each map to on RPGM.
