Loot table system - Allow players to gain rewards based from a loot table

This plugin allows you to set up loot tables with four diffrent reward types. Pokemon, money, items and even the built in minigame Triple Triad Cards as possible rewards. This plugin can be useful if you want a reward system for the player beating a dungeon or doing a quest and in the end of it reward them. You have a chance to get up to 15 diffrent rewards.

Added yearly time

Added so you can setup rewards that will come up each year between specified time instead of hardcoding each year
