Project Description:
Pokémon Unspoken is primarily a story-based game that focuses on the importance of communication.
Pokémon Unspoken was originally intended for the Eevee Expo Game Jam #10, but real life got in the way for our entire team.
Now, we're looking for a little bit of extra help to make this project come to life!
Plot Outline:
Pokémon Unspoken stars Claude, a "silent" protagonist that struggles with communication.
Without the ability to resist, Claude is begrudgingly forced into a self discovery adventure throughout Nidua,
a region based off of Argentina and it's culture surrounding collectivism.
Unspoken explores the isolation that anxiety harbors in a powerful narrative that's contrasted
and enhanced by Pokémon's focus on connection and exploration.
Claude has to finally push themself to face and overcome their biggest challenges.
Though, how does someone truly face themselves?
