Can someone help me figure out why my game crashes on the map as soon as i press the S button on my keyboard?

it also corrupts the save file so ist a really big problem. Thank you very much.

Also don't worry about your save file being corrupted, that's normal when installing this plugin the first time (some other plugins require new save too) plus it was mentioned clearly that you should start a new save to prevent issues.
And you're developing a game so you shouldn't stick to 1 and the same save file during development.

Hey, check your map_metadata and make sure everything is setup correctly there. If still not solved, join my discord server as I have the fix for you there. This issue has been reported a few times already so it's nothing new :D
Another solution is to not just press S.

I will look at that when i get home, thank you for replying :)

Mayby i explained it wrong but when the game crashes due to pressing S in the map screen, the whole save corrupts and you have to start a new savefile.
For me thats not a problem but when im at a point where people can playtest the game it becomes an issue. For example they are an hour into the game press S the game crashes and now they have to make a new save file. A nightmare haha.

For me thats not a problem but when im at a point where people can playtest the game it becomes an issue. For example they are an hour into the game press S the game crashes and now they have to make a new save file. A nightmare haha.

I'm not sure if the save file getting corrupted is something because of my plugin though. But I'll release a small patch later today that fixes this crash you mentioned

About the corrupted save file im not sure either. It mentions in the crash Voltseon's Pause Menu so maybe there is a conflict there?

I don't think it's a conflict or has anything to do with my plugin since that's the first time someone asked me about this. But who knows if the patch fixes it
