Looks pretty damn nice to me (water routes that aren't too long, lots of towns and IDK caves or something where the red dots are, guessing the areas without 'route lines' near them are approached either by cave or by some sort of special transport) though admittedly for the purposes of 'how good it is for circling around' it might help to know where the player starts off?
Guessing at least one of those early water routes is skipped over with a boat or else surf is getting obtained surprisingly quickly. Also guessing that at least one of the 'long paths' up the top is late game that's cut off from the early gave via a roadblock of some sort for maximum loop but if not, I'd imagine the area ends up getting quite a bit of back tracking.
Those are just my off the cuff thoughts though and it's like 99% guesswork so er. Hope that helps with the info your were after somehow? XD
