Pokémon Hazel is recruiting!
I've been developing this game's dex, world, characters and story for just about seven years! Besides a few guest designs from a couple close friends, this has been entirely done by myself for this point in time. This game originally started as a Romhack, but I migrated it all over to RMXP in 2019 and have been working on it since.

What is Hazel?
Pokémon Hazel has a regional Pokédex featuring both old favorites and 200+ new Fakemon crafted with love <3
My vision for Hazel has always been to make a game in the same vein as the classic Pokémon experience. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but with a few twists of its own to still bring out its own uniqueness! I also plan to finally bring the Gen 3 romhack look to Essentials, with a custom screen size, UI, and more!
This game also features:
-A full storyline with a bit of postgame
-V-powers, a completely rebalanced amalgamation of the mechanics of Z-moves and Max moves
-Gym leaders who can be fought in different orders (2 pairs of either-order gyms out of the 8 gyms)
Region and Plot
Pokémon Hazel takes place in the Umei region, based on the California Bay Area, and experiences I've had with it growing up.
On your journey, you'll meet two very strange organizations in clash with one another: Slate Co., a corporation with a rotten rep for espionage, and the Fang Gang, a longstanding gang of environmentalist troublemakers. Who are they, why are they fighting, and what do they have to do with the mysterious Pokémon called Kujirath?
