Hi. I'm looking for people in need of Fakemon designs for their romhacks. Why romhacks? Because I like to play Pokémon games on the go and why sit on the computer playing when I can do that with my phone. Gen 2-based romhacks especially because it's one of my favorite generations to play and I can nail some designs that fit with the aesthetics. But it can be any generation, I'm pretty flexible. I'm not good at spriting, but I think I can draw some good poses. Of course, designs come with a price. For a single-stage line ($3), two-stage line ($6), three-stage line ($9), and for legendaries ($5).
Here are some Fakemon designs I've made:

Just as an FYI, people don’t normally charge for services. Fan games tend to be a passion project, not a money making scheme. Most fan games are free, so I don’t know where you think people will get the money to pay you with.

In addition, these artwork aren’t the best examples of your skills. Most of the time, designers are looking for moms that fit their theme, whether that be Gen 1, 3 or 5, or a unique style.

Actually, commissioning works isn't uncommon in the fangame scene- even though people aren't making profits on their games, there's still people willing to pay others for labor. (VanillaSunshine even has a guide to pricing commissions here.)

I suppose. But even so, they’re few and far between, and these works don’t match the current designs of Pokémon.

Which is why they're making an effort to find them by posting this thread.

It's up to a would-be commissioner to decide whether they want this style of design or not. Not everyone is looking for something matching the current designs.

The reason why I'm doing this is because I need funds to pay people who're making stuff for my fangame such as sprite-making. Progress has been really slow due to lack of manpower.
