Based in a discussion on discord here in this thread we shall make custom pokedex entries for all Pokémon that exist!
I will start!

Bulbasaur
The bulb on its back contains medicinal leaves, lots of people make tea out of these leaves.

Evolves from Bulbasaur. It turns bluer as it grows up.

Next Venusaur (but after Venusaur does not have to be charmander, but e.g. Torchic)

Petals on its back produce a substance, which acts like sulfuric acid, when wet.
