No, you don't have a priority on using that name. There can be more than one project with the same name. Not to mention neither of you even have a project thread.

I know, but it would be better if we had different names, so people don't get confused, and its more original not to have games with the same name.

That's true, but no one has more claim than anyone else to a single word as a title. A quick google search for Pokemon harmony even brings up a game with that name which already has a demo link. It's also apparently the name of a Pokemon Go movement to reach accross fractions, a role playing campain, and of a couple MLP/Pokemon crossovers.

It's quite alright. I'll change my game's name when I create a thread for it.
