I'm using the Generation 8 and 9 packs with Essentials Deluxe, i get this error whenever i try to start a battle:

It depends on each tile tbh, test it and if it seems to look right to you, then it's probably fine.
You can always manually edit interior objects that appear too small too.
Tbh, i'd like to see an Action RPG fangame where the player fights together with the Pokémon. Even if that would probably require making a Battle System from scratch lol

It appears to work fine when i use it on clean Essentials, reversing the sillouette script is not really an option but here's my UI_Pokedex_Main just you could try to see if it reproduces the same error:
