    Yes and no. The game is doing a big overhaul so saves from the current version will be incompatible. However, we will be debugging saves for those who aren't interested in replaying, restoring progress to the best of our ability.

    Not sure if I just missed this somehow but would it be possible to add a reset EVs option in the statue menu? Having to readjust every EV stat to 0 whenever I'm trying to do a build change can get a bit tedious.

    Alright, so, you're actually not softlocked. There's a staircase at the top-left of the basement that takes you up to a higher level. If you keep going up, you'll find your rival and the story can continue from there.

    Glad you enjoyed it so much! The game is currently going through somewhat of a large overhaul in terms of graphics and mechanics so the next release won't be for a while. All of the new story content is pretty much complete, it's just a matter of updating what already exists now
