On PC, "Game.exe" is the actual file that launches the game. For Android, there's JoiPlay emulator, but I'm not convinced the game can be played on iPhone. Maybe someone else might know better!

Pause Menu -> Pokedex -> DexNav opens an encounter list for the current area. Species you haven't seen yet will be shown as question marks.
