Critical Fix for Trainer Battles

The previous version of the tutorial had a quirk where the Hidden Encounter theme would play for Trainer Battles due to how I had it setup before. I've changed it, so now it shouldn't do that, and there's the perk of being able to set the track in Metadata.txt now!
