Bug Fixing

- Fixed a bug caused by me forgetting to comment out one line.

Updated to v18.1

-> Made the script plug and play
-> Added a multitude of comments to explain things
-> No longer will be updating v17s

Overhaul

Overhauled the script a bit, so that it works better.
Also added a section of how to make moves like Electric Terrain and Grassy Surge ability for the fields.
