v21.1 HGSS style Multi-Save 1.0

This plug-in script backports Maruno's work from the Pokemon Essentials dev branch (where v22 is being developed) to function with v21.1.

I also tweaked the "Quit Game" option from the Pause Menu to return to the Title Screen instead of closing the game. Give a s/o to @http404error and their own Auto Multi Save plug-in for this idea! =)

Confirmed compatible with:

• Voltseon's Pause Menu (by @Voltseon )
• Deluxe Battle Kit (by @Lucidious89 )
• Modular UI Scenes (by @Lucidious89 )

Known Incompatibilities:

• Modular Pause Menu (by Luka S.J. and ported to v21.1 by @A.I.R , even after adjusting to proc this Multi-Save screen)
• the v21.1 port of Elite Battle: DX (ported by @Manurocker95 )
• likely any other scripts using Luka's Scripting Utilities 3.x
• Lin's Weather System (by @LinKazamine )

I am currently investigating how to resolve these incompatibilities and hope to update ASAP. If anyone comes up with a solution, let me know and I will credit you accordingly =)

- Ensure/add compatibility with New Game+ from Hedgie's Essential Resources (by @Hedgehoggers )
