National Dex sort option fix

Fixed National Dex Sorting Issue
  • Resolved the bug where "National Dex" sorting was incorrectly mapped to alphabetical sorting
  • Fixed species ID comparison method to work properly with Pokémon Essentials v21.1
  • National Dex sorting now correctly orders Pokémon by their Pokédex numbers (Bulbasaur #1, Ivysaur #2, etc.)
